Abstract

Village Government Apparatus Work Ethics is the attitude or work behavior of village officials in carrying out their duties and authorities in providing public services. The purpose of this study was to find out how the work ethic of the Lantapan village government apparatus, Galang District, Tolitoli Regency. This research was carried out at the Lantapan Village office, Galang District, Tolitoli Regency. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The 10 informants in this study were conducted using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study by referring to the work ethic theory of Ahmad Janan Asifudin have not been maximized even though there have been rules that have been applied because of the five indicators there are only indicators that are adequate even though the application is not too optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses dan pengaruh mutasi terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kabupaten Tolitoli. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif ,dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu menentukan sampel dengan cara menetapkan ciri-ciri khusus yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yang ditetapkan peneliti sebanyak 47 orang/ responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mutasi Mempengaruhi Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kabupaten Tolitoli sebesar 0,00%

Abstract

The formulation of the problem of this study is whether the communication style affects customer satisfaction, whether the service influences customer satisfaction, and whether the communication style and service simultaneously affect customer satisfaction.
