Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Motivation against Employee Commitment at the Ministry of Religion Banten Province. The research design used in the preparation of this study is quantitative causal associative with descriptive explanation. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with sample of 59 and sampling technique used is simple random technique. The test results prove that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Commitment with regression coefficient value of 0,462. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Commitment with the value of regression coefficient of 0,612. Simultaneously proved organizational culture and work motivation positive and significant to Employee Commitment with determination coefficient equal to 89,7%. While the remaining 10.3% is explained by other variables outside this study, such as leadership, career, work environment, competence and others

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze lecturer’s performance at Pamulang University. The research design used in the preparation of this study is quantitative causal associative with descriptive explanation. The analysis method used is structural equation modeling with sampling technique used is random sampling. Partially recruitment has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance with regression coefficient of 0,27. Selection has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance with regression coefficient of 0,50. Simultaneously recruitment and selection have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance of 0,55

Abstract

The purpose of this study, the researcher intends to know about the problems of performance, leadership and employee motivation. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The number of samples used was 48 employees, and the sample used was the full sample. The tests used for data analysis included authentication, estimation tests, regression, correlation, determination, and proof of presumption. The conclusion means that leadership has a significant impact on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 17.505 + 0.571X1. The hypothesis test gets an arithmetic table t > t or (5,522 > 2.013). Motivation (X2) has a significant impact on employee performance. (Y) Using the regression equation Y = 17.501 + 0.578X2. Hypothesis investigation shows that t count > t table or (5 906 > 2 013). While leadership and motivation at the same time have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resource management plays an important role for the company in order to provide maximum results while also having the best professionalism that can be relied on to achieve the company's goals and objectives, namely getting maximum profit. As the main key, human resources will determine the success of the company's activities. The demands of companies to acquire, develop and maintain quality human resources are increasingly pressing in accordance with the dynamics of the ever-changing environment. In an organization, the existence of human resources (HR) is the most important factor, so it can be seen in the reality of organizations or companies that have the same technology, work procedures and organizational structures, but the dynamics or mobility of organizations or companies differ from one another. . This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and promotion on employee performance at PT. Lasting Era Brilliant Thamrin Residence Branch". The method used is explanatory research, and hypothesis testing. With the survey technique, the questionnaire was distributed with a Likert scale. The determination technique uses saturated sampling with 50 respondents. The results showed that the obedience of an employee in the organization is strongly influenced by the amount of compensation and work rewards (in the form of a career). Statistically it shows a positive level of relationship, either partially or simultaneously. This confirms that discipline is born due to many factors, one of which is getting a decent salary and being given a better position.

Abstract

Organisasi menyadari bahwa tujuan dan kepentingannya hanya dapat dicapai melalui peran SDM (Karyawan/ Karyawan). Namun, karyawan yang dimaksud adalah sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, profesional, bertanggung jawab dan berkinerja tinggi. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan upaya yang terukur, salah satunya dalam pemeliharaan karyawan, seperti memberikan kompensasi yang baik, membangun nilai kerja yang positif, mengangkat pemimpin yang bijak, dan memberikan semangat kerja. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kekuatan hubungan antar variabel, tentang bagaimana kinerja pegawai dapat dibentuk, sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai. Metode ilmiah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan model pengujian statistik regresi berganda. Subyek penelitian adalah karyawan perusahaan Bangun Satya Wacana yang berjumlah 68 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kemungkinan yang sangat signifikan dari variabel kompensasi, budaya kerja, dukungan pimpinan dan motivasi terhadap penguatan kualitas kerja, dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 47%. Dari ketiga variabel tersebut budaya kerja merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa produktivitas dan kinerja adalah sesuatu yang dapat diupayakan, dan salah satu cara yang paling efektif adalah dengan menciptakan nilai kerja yang merupakan bagian dari pelaksanaan tugas, dan hal ini dilakukan oleh seluruh karyawan tanpa terkecuali.

Abstract

This study explores the application of spirituality-based leadership within the context of a philanthropic organization, focusing on the integration of spiritual values such as honesty, justice, discipline, humility, and openness to change. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach, the research was conducted through interviews and observations at a leading philanthropic foundation. The findings reveal that spiritual values are effectively integrated into leadership practices, contributing to increased organizational integrity, accountability, and productivity. Honesty and justice in decision-making strengthen employee trust and commitment, while openness to change and discipline support adaptation and the effectiveness of the work culture. The humility of leaders creates a conducive and egalitarian work environment, fostering collaboration and job satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of spirituality-based leadership in reinforcing the ethical and spiritual identity of the organization, as well as enhancing its operational effectiveness.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitia ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Generasi Mutiara Bangsa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, Metode Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Kuantitatif Asosiatif dimana datanya berupa kuisioner dan akan di olah menggunakan SPSS 2.2. hasil penelitian ini adalah diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 3.519 + 0,907 X1, Nilai thitung dari variabel Kepemimpinan adalah 3.952 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel sebesar 2.00100 dengan tingkat singnifikan 0.00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka dapat diartikan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara parsial Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 8.734 + 0,799X2 , Nilai thitung dari variable Kualitas Pelayanan adalah 5.009 lebih besar dari ttable sebesar 2.00100  dengan tingkat signifikan 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka dapat diartikan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan secara parsial bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 0,014 + 0,483 X1 + 0,517X2, nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,832 yang berarti koefisien antar variabel kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Sangat kuat. nilai koefisien dterminasi (KD) =(R2) x 100% diperoleh dari R yaitu KD = 0,693 x 100% = 69,3% diketahui Fhitung sebesar 65.460 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0 sedangkan nilai Ftabel pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05 dengan df 1 (jumlah variabel -1) 3-1 = 2, dan df 2 (n-k-1) atau = 61-2-1 = 58 diperoleh nilai F tabel sebesar 3.16 Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel (65.460> 3.16) dan signifikasi < 0,05 (0 < 0,05), maka Ha diterima , jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepemimpinan  dan kompensasi bersama-sama berpengaruh  terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawann
