Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim dosen program studi manajemen S1 Universitas Pamulang (UNPAM) tahun 2020 merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang menitik beratkan pada Pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan sederhana pada pelaku UMKM wedding organizer Iwan Tenda Depok. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pemaparan bagaimana cara mengelola keuangan dengan baik dan memberi motivasi kepada karyawan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan membuat laporan keuangan sederhana. Diperoleh hasil 95% pelaku UMKM dapat membuat laporan keuangan sederhana secara mandiri. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan solusi dalam masalah pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik agar keuntungan yang di dapat bisa dimanfaatkan sebaik mungkin untuk perkembangan usahanya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and communication on employee performance at the Bintang Timur Law Office Depok firm, both partially and simultaneously. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample with a total of 63 respondents taken from all divisions in the company. The data analysis techniques used were: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression test, simultaneous correlation coefficient test, simultaneous determination coefficient test, T test and F test. Partial hypothesis testing of the Leadership Style variable (X1) obtained a calculated T value> T table (4.639> 2.00) and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. This means that Leadership Style (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Partial hypothesis testing of the Communication variable (X2) obtained a calculated T value> T table (2.758> 2.00) and a significance value of 0.008 <0.05. This means that Communication (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table (19.975 > 2.760) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Leadership Style (X1) and Communication (X2) have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) of Bintang Timur Law Office Depok Firm.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of PJLP in the Environmental Management Unit of Kebayoran Lama District, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling, where the entire population becomes the sample, resulting in 57 respondents in this study. The research results show that the significant value for the effect of X1 (work environment) on Y (employee performance) is 0.004<0.01, and the F-calculated value is 63.891>F-table 2.55. Additionally, the significant value of X2 (work motivation) on Y (employee performance) is 0.000<0.01. Therefore, it can be concluded that Ha3 is accepted, indicating that X1 and X2 have a simultaneous effect on Y.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of discipline and punishment on employee performance at PT Atlas Resources Tbk Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with simple and multiple linear regression analysis. Data were obtained through questionnaires filled out by 58 company employee respondents. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 53.1%. This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test analysis which shows the t_count value> t_table, namely 7.916> 1.672 with a p-value <0.05 or 0.000 <0.05. On the other hand, punishment partially does not have a significant effect on employee performance, although it has a strong correlation. This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test analysis which shows the t_count value <t_table, namely -0.587 <1.672 with a p-value of 0.560> 0.05. However, simultaneously, discipline and punishment have a significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 53.1%. This is proven by the results of the F-test analysis which shows the value of F_count > F_table, namely 31.111 > 3.160 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the study, increasing work discipline can encourage employee performance, while the punishment applied does not always have a significant impact on improving performance.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine how much influence leadership and communication have on employee performance at PT Global Timur Ekspress Kebayoran Lama, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with a sampling technique using saturated samples, and obtained a sample of 69 respondents. Data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Descriptive Analysis, Quantitative Analysis, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient (KD), and Hypothesis Test. The results of the study indicate that partially there is a positive and significant influence between leadership and employee performance at PT Global Timur Ekspress Kebayoran Lama. This can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 18.676 + 0.567X1. The correlation value is 0.582 and the tcount value is 5.859> ttable 1.672 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Partially there is a positive and significant influence between communication and employee performance at PT Global Timur Ekspress Kebayoran Lama. This can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 20.912 + 0.517X2. The correlation value is 0.575 and the tcount value is 5.754> ttable 1.672 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Leadership and Communication on Employee Performance at T Global Timur Ekspress Kebayoran Lama. This can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 14.903 + 0.350X1 + 0.305X2. The coefficient of determination is 38.6%. And the Fcount value is 22.408> Ftable 3.16 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.
