Abstract

Growth and improvement of airline service from year to year progressively becomes the society’s attention. These things, can be seen from tightening of emulation of service quality, price, promotion among so much airline him. The plane role as transportation medium become progressively the necessary for world, what directly support international business and tourism. In a condition tight emulation, especial matter which must be given high priority by airline is customer satisfaction/ passenger can stay, vieing with to master market compartment. Airline have to know things any kind of lionized by all airline and passenger yield performance as good possible so that can customer gratify. On that account require to be importance and performance analysis.In this research data analyze used by method of discriptive qualitative quantitative. To answer formulation of problem until how far mount customer satosfaction/ passenger to airline performance pursuant to subdividing of tariff (cheap, medium, and expensive), hence used by Analysis Level Have interest and Performance / customer satisfactionFrom result of this research is obtained by formulated elements level and divided to become four part of into diagram of kartesius so that known relation between importance of cutomer to level satisfaction of airline service

Abstract

One cause of the poor quality of some concrete blocks in the city of Palu is the lack of cement used in the concrete block. This is caused by the high price of cement so that income of concrete blocks maker decreases. To find a way out of these problems, a lot of waste material that can be used in the manufacture of concrete block, one of which is coal fly ash. The purpose of this activity is to introduce the use of coal fly ash in the manufacture of concrete block to business partners of  the concrete block makers in Palu city. The purpose of this activity is to make concrete block business group partners can increase their income without compromising quality concrete block produced.Activity counseling / coaching and mentoring manufacturing concrete block using coal fly ash has been done to the concrete block makers. To facilitate the implementation of the concrete block-making, each made the graduated graduated barrel of sand, cement and coal fly ash graduated. To facilitate the implementation of the concrete block-making, made barrel graduated ie graduated sand, cement and coal fly ash graduated. The composition of the mixture is introduced to the partners is 0.75 sacks of cement: 0.25 sacks of coal fly ash and ± 300 kg of sand or 1 cement barrel dose: 1  coal fly ash barrel dose and 2  sand barrels doses. The results of this activity is to get that quality of concrete blocks produced by using coal fly ash strongly increased compressive strength but does not increase the quality of concrete blocks (Remain quality II). This activity was also found that any use of the three sacks of cement will result in an additional gain of ± 130 concrete blocks. This indicates that the use of coal fly ash in the manufacture of concrete blocks to provide added value to the concrete blocks makers.

Abstract

The congestion of traffic stream resulting in increased vehicle operating costs and the loss a lot of time forusers. Fuel compsumption will increase and will indirectly increase air pollution due to exhaust emissionsfrom vehicle traffic. Overall congestion caused inconveniens for road users.Flyover at Bundaran Dolog designed to solve the problem of congestion in Bundaran Dolog caused byconflict of traffic movement between Jalan Ahmad Yani that serves as a primary arterial road with JalanJemursari that serves as primary arterial road and a crossing with the railway track in the side east JalanAhmad Yani. LHR Volume forecast made during the life of the plan was first opened to vehicle traffic in2009, ie until the year 2009. Flyover design plans in Bundaran Dolog taken from the Final EvaluationReport Detailed Spatial Plan Area Siwalankerto 2006. Flyover plan this age 20 years olad, which is assumedto be done for development in 2008 and opened to traffic in 2009. Planned each direction of motion consistsof 2 lines, so that reporting requirements per lane ROW per direction of motion is about 10 meters.Based on the results of that analysis, feasibility analysis of development in Bundaran Dolog flyovereconomically feasible.
