Abstract

Perkembangan komputer yang semakin pesat menjadi suatu fasilitator untukmendapatkan informasi. Internet adalah salah satu cara untuk mendapatkaninformasi. Dengan adanya internet seseorang bisa mendapatkan informasi yangtepat guna tanpa mengeluarkan biaya yang besar. Selain itu, internet juga dapatdijadikan sarana promosi. Abstract

Abstract— Microcontroller is one of the basic parts of a computer system in which there is a processor, input and output, RAM, ROM, System Bus, Control Unit, Shift Register and Arithmetic Logic Unit. This microcontroller is able to activateseveral electronic devices such as leds, buzzers, DC motors, lighting lamps and so on. At this time in the pandemic coronavirus,crowded places are obliged to implement health protocols recommended by the government such as wearing masks, washinghands, carrying sanitizers. And for crowded places must implement it. Because coronavirus is very contagious. Therefore the author examines that the sanitizer in front of the store is still implementing manuals. So that it can transmit the virus. Therefore the author is thinking about applying an automatic sanitizer with a microcontroller made. With the creation of this system is expected to reduce the spread of coronavirus transmission (COVID-19) incrowded places. Intisari— Mikrokontroller merupakan adalah salah satu dari bagian dasar dari suatu sistem komputer yang didalamnya terdapat sebuah processor, input dan output, RAM, ROM, System Bus, Contol Unit, Shift Register dan Aritmatic Logic Unit.Mikrokontroller ini mampu mengaktifkan beberapa perangkat elektronika seperti led, buzzer, motor DC, lampu penerangandan sebagainya. Saat ini dalam masa pademi coronavirus tempat-tempat keramain wajib menerapkan protokol kesehatanyang dianjurkan oleh pemerintah seperti memakasi masker,mencuci tangan, membawa sanitizer. Dan bagi tempattempat keramaian wajib menerapkannya. Karena coronavirus ini sangat mudah menular. Oleh sebab itu penulis meneliti bahwa sanitizer yang ada di depan toko itu masih menerapkan manual. Sehingga dapat menularkan virus tersebut. Oleh karenaitu penulis berfikiran menerapkan sanitizer otomatis dengan mikrokontroller yang dibuat. Dengan dibuatnya sistem inidiharapkan dapat mengurangi penyebaran penularan coronavirus (COVID-19) di tempat-tempat keramaian.

Abstract

Competition in financial companies makes each company increasingly improve its performance so that its goals can still be achieved. The main goal of a company is to get profits, to achieve these goals, management is required to make good planning. Likewise, management in a financial company has a goal, where the Debt Policy and Company Value will affect the company's management in achieving profits. This study aims to analyze as much as possible the effectiveness of profitability, dividend payout ratio, asset structure, Free Cash Flow, company size and sales growth and have an influence on the Debt Policy and Company Value. In this study, researchers used the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method, the Panel Regression method and the Simultaneous / 2SLS method (Two Stage Least Square). Which aims to analyze the influence of independent variables on the dependent variables both separately and jointly and also see the influence of variables in the short and medium term.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the Blue Oceans Strategy method approach to improve strategy development for the Small and Medium Bamboo Industry in Binjai City. Woven crafts are one of the most abundant businesses in the SME sector, both rattan and bamboo handicrafts have dominated the activities of SMEs in Binjai City. The woven crafts are spread in 5 (five) sub-districts in Binjai City. Their business has grown more than 15 years ago, they have participated in many exhibitions or workshops outside the city to national. The fluctuating development of woven crafts is due to the large demand for woven bamboo and rattan goods. The data processing and analysis method used was through a post-positivism research approach, namely qualitative research. The method of analysis in this study uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, in forming a strategy for developing SMEs and Bamboo cooperatives with the ocean strategy and blue ocean strategy models in Binjai City. The competitive strategy used by the Small and Medium Shell Industry in Binjai City at this time is to identify competitive factors in the industry which consist of product uniqueness, a touch of art, done in detail, proximity to sources of raw materials, strategic location, availability of labor, Creativity, Prices are not fixed on market prices, Can be used as souvenirs, Skills and skills of employees, Attractiveness and impact after participating in exhibitions, Sensitivity to market choices, Organizational commitment, Work environment, Availability of online order facilities, Experience and managerial skills, Product orders completed on time.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Islamic Religious Instructor has a quite strategic role in the midst of society. besides he is a preacher of Islam, also the Islamic Religious Instructor, according to his function as a guide, illuminator, and community builder with religious language. The role of religious counselors in addition to functioning as an impetus for the community to actively participate in development also plays a role in overcoming obstacles that build the course of development, particularly overcoming negative impacts. Religious instructors as religious leaders always guide, nurture, and move the community to do good and stay away from prohibited acts, inviting something that is needed by the community in fostering its territory both for the purposes of social facilities and worship. The Religious Instructor is a place to ask questions and a place to complain for his community to solve and resolve with his advice. Religious Instructors as community leaders act as priests in matters of religion and social problems as well as in matters of state by an effort to succeed the government program. The role of religious instructors in improving and creating the quality of sakinah families in the Muhajirin AL Muhajirin voluntary II Ta'lim Assembly group in Teluk Betung Barat Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City, it can be concluded that religious counselors play an important role in improving the quality of sakinah families, one of which is in terms of worship , and also able to improve the quality of a new family and has long become a sakinah family.

Abstract

The mosque has a very large role and function in all dimensions of Muslim life. Where the mosque is a symbol that illustrates the strength map of the people and can unite and realize every meaning of goodness. Without mosque, the unity of the Muslims will be easily broken even divorced. The mosque is not just a place of worship, but all aspects of life problems of the people and the development and fostering of the community (people) of Islam can be resolved from the mosque. However, Along with the times, the mosque experienced a shift in values, where the mosque is no longer functioned as a function that has been exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad Saw. Based on this concern, some Muslims are aware and care about the condition of the mosque that began to be abandoned by the people, and it can be realized that lately there have been emerging movements that have encouraged the functioning of the mosque as it was in the early days of Islam. As an effort in managing the mosque by implementing several functions such as: planning, organizing, leadership actualization, supervision and evaluation become a structured management process. And this matter is combined with the development of human rights or the development of Islamic society. Awareness of the people of worship hereafter and balancing faith in worldly worship (capacital social).
