Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the physical environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Jaya Hotel Lestari, Tangerang Regency. either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, namely using a sample of 86 respondents. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis by testing validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination, hypothesis t tests and hypothesis f tests. Results of research on the physical environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Jaya Hotel Lestari, Tangerang Regency. Shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.766 + 0.239 X1 + 0.870 X2. This is proven by the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing which obtained a value of fcount > ftable (119.831 > 3.11) and reinforced by a significance value of <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of the coefficient of determination test for work discipline variables (X1) and physical environment (X2) have an influence of 25.7%. on employee performance at PT Jaya Hotel Lestari Tangerang Regency. Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that it is proven that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the physical environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT Garnita Usaha Mandiri, Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses an associative quantitative method, with a population of 82 respondents and sampling using saturated samples. Data analysis techniques use data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the research show that leadership has a positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.220 + 0.611 (3.972 > 1.990) which means Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. Work Discipline has a positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12.226 + 0.703 > 1.990) which means Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.034 + 0.334 %, and the hypothesis test obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable, namely (59.710 > 2.33) which means Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment and discipline on employee performance at PT Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Hatchery Manis in Tangerang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative associative method, involving a population of 71 respondents with a saturated sample approach. Data analysis techniques include instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis tests. The results indicate that the physical work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.494, signifying a moderately strong relationship. The determination coefficient contributes 24.4%, and the hypothesis test yields t (4.715) > (1.995). Discipline positively affects employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.618, signifying a strong relationship. The determination coefficient contributes 38.2%, and the hypothesis test yields t (6.530) > (1.995). Simultaneously, the physical work environment and discipline positively affect employee performance, with a regression equation of Y = 20.151 + 0.067 X1 + 0.442 X2. The correlation coefficient is 0.620, indicating a very strong relationship between the variables and employee performance. The determination coefficient contributes 38.4%, and the hypothesis test yields an F-value of (21.192) > (3.13).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kineja karyawan pada PT.Sinar Baru Logistik Kota Dki Jakarta baik secara persial maupun simultan .Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif, dengan poluasi sebanyak 50 responden dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh . Teknik analisi s data menggunakan uji instrumen data , uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier , uji koefisien korelasi , uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis . Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kerjasama Tim berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y=18,743 + 0,423 X1 nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,618 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat ,koefisien determinasi memiliki konstribusi sebesar 47,5% dan uji hipotesis sebesar nilai thitung (3.187) > thitung (1,667) atau niali sig 0,00< 0,05 maka HO1 ditolak dan Ha1 dterima.Komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 19,533 + 0,412 X2. nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,415 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang ,koefisien determinasi memiliki konstribusi sebesar 37.2% dan uji hipotesis sebesar nilai thitung (3.162) > thitung (1,667) atau niali sig 0,00< 0,05 maka HO2 ditolak dan Ha2 dterima.Kerjasama Tim dan Komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y=16,053 + 0,226 X1+ 0,247 X2+ e nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,759 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat koefisien determinasi memiliki konstribusi sebesar 51,1% dan uji hipotesis sebesar nilai diperoleh nilai Fhitung (6.266) > Ftabel (3.20 ) dan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Syawalindo Pratama Rezeki Sawangan Depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Terdapat sampel 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik , analisis regresi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 4,349 + 0,689X1 + 0,203X2, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,800 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar  62,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji t menunjukkan nilai t_hitung 4,371 > t_tabel 1,672 dengan signifikansi 0,000 > 0,005 secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai F_hitung 29,626 > F_tabel 2,77 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0,050 menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara Bersama – sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Syawalindo Pratama Rezeki Sawangan Depok.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and extrinsic motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, at PT Nikomas Gemilang-Banten. This research uses a quantitative method with the Slovin formula, resulting in 85 respondents. The data analysis techniques include data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, with a regression equation of Y = 21.118 + 0.574X1, a correlation value of 0.606 indicating a strong relationship, a determination value of 36.8%, and hypothesis testing results of tcount > ttable (6.948 > 1.988) with a significance level of < 0.05. Extrinsic motivation also has a positive effect on employee performance, shown by the regression equation Y = 22.265 + 0.488X2, a correlation value of 0.683 indicating a strong relationship, a determination value of 46.7%, and hypothesis testing results of tcount > ttable (8.529 > 1.988) with a significance level of < 0.05. Furthermore, leadership style and extrinsic motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 14.805 + 0.356X1 + 0.368X2, a correlation value of 0.762 indicating a very strong relationship, a determination value of 58%, and hypothesis testing results of Fcount > Ftable (56.618 > 2.72) with a significance level of < 0.05.
