Abstract

This study focuses on the interpretation of the concepts of honesty and justice in the Qur'an which is a key element in islamic interpretation. In the verse of the Qur'an, it highlights the importance of honesty and justice as the foundation in human relations and relationships with Allah SWT. This study aims to deepen our knowledge about the interpretation of verses of the Qur'an related to the theme of "honesty and fairness". In Q.S an-Nisa' (4):105, emphasizes the importance of adjudicating cases based on the revelation of Allah SWT, namely honesty and justice must be used as the basis in every decision. In Q.S an-Nahl (16):90,it is explicitly stated that Allah SWT commands justice and policy (Ihsan). In Q.S al-Muthaffifin (83):1-17, this verse criticizes fraudulent behavior in economic activities, especially in terms of measurements and scales. In Q.S al-An'am (6):152, it gives directions about moral responsibility in maintaining the Trust, especially in managing the property of orphans. The method used in this study is thematic interpretation. According to the study that has been carried out on the concept of honesty and justice in the Qur'an, especially from the four main verses discussed, it can be concluded that islam places two main values in the life of the community. Justice is a universal principle that everyone must upholf, both in word and deed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning strategies implemented in the TPQ Morning Program at TPQ Al-Huda Jondang in developing the religious values of early childhood. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the learning strategies include auditory habituation through listen-and-repeat methods, a combination of classical and individual approaches, the use of concrete media, game-based learning, and gradual habituation of worship practices. These strategies are integratively applied to support the internalization of religious values, covering cognitive aspects, worship practices, and daily behavior. In addition, the implementation of the program in the morning supports children’s learning readiness due to more optimal physical and mental conditions. In conclusion, adaptive, varied, and habituation-based learning strategies play an important role in developing religious values in early childhood holistically. The integration of multiple learning strategies becomes a key factor in enhancing the effectiveness of religious value internalization within non-formal Islamic education contexts.

Abstract

This study examines the transformation of the jilbāb in Indonesia, exploring its evolution from pre-Islamic head-covering traditions to its current role as a symbol of piety, resistance, and cultural identity. Through a qualitative historical analysis combined with Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), the study traces the dynamic interaction of cultural, religious, and political factors that have shaped the jilbāb over time. The results show that local practices such as rimpu in Bima, tudung among the Bugis, and tengkuluk in Jambi were integrated into Islamic norms, creating hybrid forms of modest dress. The New Order regime’s prohibition of the jilbāb in public schools politicized the garment, transforming it into a symbol of resistance against state control. In the Reformasi era, greater civil liberties and the rise of Islamic movements led to the resurgence of the jilbāb as a symbol of religious identity, while also being commodified in the expanding Muslim fashion industry. This study demonstrates that the jilbāb in Indonesia is not a static symbol but one that has been continuously reshaped by political, cultural, and religious forces. By offering a diachronic analysis of the jilbāb, this research contributes to broader discussions on religious symbolism, gender norms, and the role of modest dress in Indonesian society, highlighting its significance as both a personal and political statement.

Abstract

This study recontextualizes the time value of money (TVM) in Islamic economics through a maqashid al-shariah lens using a case study of Sharia-compliant gold investment at Pegadaian Syariah. A mixed methods sequential exploratory design was applied. Qualitative data were collected via document analysis and semi-structured interviews with 10 informants to derive maqashid-based indicators of time-related value. Quantitative data were gathered through a survey of Sharia gold investors and analyzed using multiple linear regression and mediation testing. Findings show that investors interpret time-related value not as interest-based compensation but as ethical utility embedded in service provision, risk management, and wealth preservation. Descriptive results indicate high perceptions of maqashid alignment (M=4.11) and Sharia compliance trust (M=4.24). Regression results reveal significant effects of maqashid alignment on investment decision (β=0.32; p=0.001) and cost fairness on investment decision (β=0.26; p=0.008). Sharia compliance trust strongly predicts continuance intention (β=0.39; p<0.001), while Sharia financial literacy improves investment decision quality (β=0.28; p=0.004). Trust partially mediates the maqashid alignment–continuance link. This study extends prior work by operationalizing maqashid-based time utility into measurable constructs and empirically testing it in a retail Sharia gold investment setting.

Abstract

Mengajar anak usia dini, seperti pembelajaran di Roudlotul Athfal harus dilakukan dengan kreatif dan totalitas sebab kondisi psikologi anak masih belum menentu. Pembelajaran AUD lebih banyak dilakukan dengan bermain dan berimajinasi karena kecenderungan mereka suka bermain. Atas dasar itu peneliti melakukan penelitian menggunakan media patung 4 dimensi pada pembelajaran materi warna dan bentuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektivan patung 4 dimensi sebagai media pembelajaran dapat merangsang semangat ketahanan belajar dan kecerdasan anak. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari kondisi peserta didik sebelum treatment menggunakan patung 4 dimensi diketahui bahwa hanya ada 1 peserta didik atau 3% yang memperoleh nilai dengan kategori baik. Sedangkan 97% lainnya mendapatkan nilai dengan kategori cukup dan kurang. Hal itu menunjukkan rendahnya semangat dan kecerdasan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Adapun setelah treatment hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup signifikan yaitu 13 peserta didik atau 43% mendapatkan nilai dengan kategori baik dan 67%  lainnya masih dalam kategori cukup dan kurang. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulakn bahwa pembelajaran AUD dengan mengguanakan media patung 4 dimensi dapat menarik minat peserta didik dan meningkatkan ketahanan dalam belajar serta merangsang kecerdasan mereka.
