Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 mengharuskan pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komputer. Siswa diharapkan dapat memperoleh informasi dari berbagai sumber termasuk dari guru, sehingga guru dituntut untuk dapat membimbing siswa mampu memperoleh informasi dengan baik. Informasi yang diperoleh siswa dalam pembelajar diantaranya adalah pengetahuan. Pengetahuan yang berupa logika dan fisik tidak dapat ditransfer secara utuh dari pikiran guru kepikiran siswa. Penggunaan media pembelajaran power point interaktif untuk membuat media pembelajaran video masih belum dimaksimalkan oleh pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di lingkungan Perguruan Muhammadiyah Ranting Wage, Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru untuk membuat video pembelajaran bagi kebutuhan siswa didiknya. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 20 guru SDN Muhammadiyah 3 “Ïkrom” Wage Sidoarjo dengan materi pembuatan video pembelajaran menggunakan power point, ketika selesai pelatihan diadakan evaluasi, dan diberikan pendampingan untuk melihat penerapan dan ketercapaian dari pelatihan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pembelajaran di sekolah yang dilakukan selama ini adalah pembelajaran tatap muka (luring) dimana siswa dan guru saling berinteraksi secara langsung tanpa adanya sekat/pemisah. Ketika wabah covid-19 melanda Indonesia awal April 2020, pembelajaran luring terhenti beberapa bulan, yang menyebabkan guru mencari alternatif untuk melakukan pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini akan mencoba melihat proses pembelajaran daring, serta kendala yang dihadapi masing-masing guru dan siswa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dengan observasi dan wawancara, sumber datanya adalah guru dan siswa Sekolah Dasar kelas V dan VI. Hasil proses pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan dirumah dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom, Google Meet dan Google Drive. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan akun pembelajaran belajar.id guru dan siswa dapat mengoptimalkan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi Sekolah Dasar dengan menggunakan akun pembelajaran belajar.id merupakan salah satu alternatif pilihan pembelajaran daring yang di fasilitasi Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi melalui Direktorat Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan bekerjasama dengan Refo Indonesia

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi efektivitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan Calon Kepala Sekolah di Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pendidikan dan pelatihan di Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan  Provinsi Jawa Timur yang meliputi (a) pre test, (b) post tes, (c) wawancara serta evaluasi dari pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan di Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan Calon Kepala Sekolah di Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Timur berjalan efektif dan efisien. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Metode deskriptif adalah suatu metode dalam meneliti status sekelompok manusia, suatu objek, suatu situasi dab kondisi, suatu sistem pemikiran ataupun suatu kelas peristiwa pada masa sekarang. Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk melihat kondisi secara langsung efektivitas penyelenggaraan Pendidikan dan pelatihan kemudian disesuaikan dengan kondisi nyata yang terjadi di lapangan. Implikasi yang diharapkan mengacu  pada Permendiknas  Nomor 19  Tahun  2007 tentang standar  pengelolaan sekolah, kepala sekolah diharapkan memiliki kemampuan  (1) perencanaan program,  (2) pelaksanaan rencana kerja, (3) pengawasan dan evaluasi, (4) kepemimpinan sekolah,  (5) sistem informasi sekolah.

Abstract

: The role of educators is very important in the teaching and learning process because the final results obtained by students determine the quality and quantity of learning. The role of educators is in charge of creating learning conditions in the classroom that are not monotonous, only listening, but learning that has innovation for the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of increasing educator motivation in learning using independent learning methods at Budi Utomo Middle School. The research method used is to collect data through the distribution of instruments and in-depth interviews with educators including the principal. The results obtained with the independent learning model of learning are 1. Reducing the burden on teachers, 2. Simplifying lesson plans, 3 Creating Received: 13-01-2022; Revised: 19-06-2022; Accepted: 25-06-2022 2 AL-FIKRAH, Volume X Nomor 1, Juni 2022 fun learning, 4. Improving the competence of educators. This aims to provide convenience for educators when carrying out the learning process with face-to-face meeting conditions as much as 50%, so that learning arrangements are needed with time divided into 3 stages each day. The demands of educator motivation are needed considering that learning activities and innovations in teaching need to be done to overcome boredom. From the explanation above, it is concluded that the freedom to plan the teaching and learning process is determined by educators to express creative and innovative ideas. With the qualitative method, the motivation of educators is expected to grow from the strength of internal and external encouragement in order to realize optimal learning. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the freedom to plan the teaching and learning process is determined by educators for creative and innovative ideas.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara manual akan membentuk pemahaman secara abstrak, dimana persepsi penjelasan menurut pemahaman secara pribadi. Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi digital mutlak diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pembelajaran secara visual dan akan menghasilkan pemahaman yang sama dan dapat dilakukan penjelasan berulang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan melakukan uji coba produk, pengembangan produk dan implementasi produk. Penelitian ini diawali dari model pembelajaran dilakukan secara manual, kemudian ditambahkan penggunaan teknologi digital dengan memanfaatkan media audio visual dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran. Tantangan utama adalah mengupgrade kemampuan digital untuk menguasai infrastruktur teknologi digital dan menyampaikan secara benar. Siklus yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 tahap dengan mengoptimalkan pendidik yang berada di Kelompok Kerja Guru Gugus Laweyan sebagai responden. Tahap I pendidik masih kurang percaya diri dalam melakukan: 1. analisis media pembelajaran yang digunakan, 2. membuat desain media pembelajaran yang digunakan, 3. membuat media pembelajaran berbentuk audio visual animasi. 4. melaksanakan menyampaikan materi media pembelajaran, 5. melaksanakan evaluasi dari hasil pembelajaran. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu 98% pendidik merespon model pembelajaran media audio visual animasi dengan baik, sehingga pada tahap ke II responden melakukan hal yang sama, respon yang diperoleh, responden memberikan apresiasi dengan baik.

Abstract

The research is intended to improve the learning outcomes of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) by applying the discussion method to  the Cultural Diversity material of grade V students of MI Khoiriyatul Ulum Tegalharjo Pati for the 2024/2025 academic year. The background of this research is because students have difficulty learning on the material, with a pre-cycle completion percentage of only 17%. The type of research to be used is the type of Class Action Research (PTK) with the Kemmis & McTaggart model which is carried out in two cycles, each of which includes the stages of planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used observation, multiple-choice tests, and field notes. Data analysis was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner. The results of the study revealed an increase in learning outcomes and student activities after the use of the discussion method. The average grade point of the class increased from 61 in the pre-cycle to 66 in cycle 1, and 75 in the second cycle. The percentage of completeness also increased significantly from 17% to 52% and finally reached 90% during cycle II. In addition to improving cognitive achievement, the use of discussion methods also encourages students' active participation during the learning process, fosters mutual respect, cooperation, and respect for cultural differences in their environment. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the discussion method in PPKn lessons is effectively able to improve learning outcomes, as well as foster students' tolerance towards the cultural diversity of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Indonesian teachers, especially in Central Java, encountered challenges in crafting differentiated activities to create deeper learning form students. They include being able to determine students’ prior knowledge and readiness, along with what works best for how learners like to learn (themselves using delivery and assessment methods) in related to individual learners. The research was conducted to explore kindergarten, elementary and secondary school teachers (n = 112) practices about implementation of differentiated instruction for deeper learning in public and private schools n= 35 using descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique was carried out with Self-Reported Essays, Video-Taped DI Practices and Interviews at the Teacher Appreciation event in Indonesia. The findings revealed that the most frequently used in all levels are giving explanation, providing additional support, and set goals. Furthermore, important variations in the selection of materials, goal introduction, prior knowledge activation, adapted instruction, grouping, adapted materials and varied assessment were also found across levels. This article suggests that teacher professional development be focused on strengthening differentiated teaching practices through classroom supervision programs and practical workshops. Areas of development that need to be carried out include understanding the concept of DI, the application of techniques such as flexible grouping and formative assessment, the design of differentiated lesson plans, and the use of adaptive learning media and supporting technologies.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Deep Learning within the Merdeka Curriculum as a response to educational transformation in the digital age, which demands 21st-century competencies, namely critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, digital literacy, and Pancasila-based character among elementary students. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a project-based approach in integrating technological skills while strengthening national identity. A mixed-method design was employed, combining phenomenology and a one-group pretest-posttest model involving teachers, principals, and fifth-grade students from SD Negeri Sondakan and SD Negeri Tegalrejo in Surakarta. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, pretests, and posttests, then analyzed using triangulation, descriptive statistics, and ANOVA. The findings indicate improved students’ technology mastery, with success rates of 93.33% in Sondakan and 84.62% in Tegalrejo. Supporting factors included school leadership, teacher collaboration, and parental involvement. These results show that Deep Learning effectively strengthens digital literacy, the 4Cs, and students’ national character in diverse elementary school contexts.

Abstract

The availability of productive subject teachers is a crucial factor in ensuring the quality of vocational education, particularly at the level of Vocational High Schools (SMK). This report presents the results of a mapping study on the adequacy of productive teachers in technical departments at public SMKs in Tuban Regency, under the supervision of the Regional Education Office of Bojonegoro. The study aims to identify the distribution of productive teachers across departments, assess their adequacy based on the ideal minimum requirements, and determine whether there is a shortage or surplus relative to the ideal maximum needs. Data were obtained from official school reports and analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The findings show that 96% of the 25 mapped departments have met the minimum required number of productive teachers, while one department still faces a shortage. On the other hand, 36% of the departments have a surplus of teachers, as the number exceeds the ideal maximum threshold. The distribution of teachers also reveals disparities both within schools (between departments) and among different schools. This mapping provides valuable insight for schools and the regional education authority in planning teacher redistribution, recruitment, and dual-skill training. Furthermore, the results underscore the importance of developing a more dynamic and integrated teacher data system to support sustainable human resource planning in vocational education.
