Abstract

Augmented Reality is a study that is now popular. Many researches theme have been published in various reputable journals. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and visualization of Augmented Reality which is used as a medium of learning. This research is a qualitative research through descriptive analysis with literature review formed in bibliometric analysis which describes and visualizes ongoing phenomena as well as in the past regarding various topics related to Augmented Reality. Through the Scopus database source, there are 882 documents related to Augmented Reality were obtained from 2016 to 2020 and various data related to the number of documents by country, author, subject area, visualization of relationships between topics. Topics that are categorized as rare or have not been associated with AR will be an option for us to study more deeply so that it will give knowledge to the scientific of AR as a medium for student learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the readiness of teachers in conducting online learning. The characteristics of the teachers collected in this study were gender, generation, last education, teacher tenure, learning environment and variations of online learning models. This study uses the K-Means algorithm for clustering. The dataset used in this study were 96 junior high school teachers in Central Java who had a high level of internet self-efficacy. The dataset of teachers who have a high level of internet self-efficacy is obtained from the results of data analysis on 285 junior high school teachers, who have varying levels of internet self-efficacy, both high, medium and low. The results of the K-Means analysis obtained 8 clusters with various characteristics of each cluster. The data attributes analyzed were gender, generation, last education, teacher tenure, learning environment and variations of online learning models. The results showed that in all data clusters were dominated by female gender with a bachelor's educational background. Meanwhile, the relatively more dominant characters in all clusters are generation X data, teacher tenure between 11 and 20 years, a supportive learning environment, and data on the use of varied learning models.

Abstract

Abstract: Teachers need certain characteristics to be ready to organize online learning. The purpose of this research is to see the readiness of teachers in conducting online learning. The characteristics of the teachers collected were gender, generational, last education, teacher tenure, teacher's internet self-efficacy level, learning environment and variations of online learning models. This study uses the K-Means algorithm for clustering, then the analysis of the relationship between variables is used by Spearman's rho. The K-Means algorithm was performed on a dataset of 285 teachers. The results of the K-Means analysis obtained 8 clusters with various characteristics of each cluster. Furthermore, the Spearmans Rho Correlation analysis obtained significant correlation results with probability values > 0.05 being "Generation" and "Teacher tenure" as well as "Environment" and "Variation of online learning models". The relationship between “Generation” and “Teacher tenure” is positive and moderate. Meanwhile, the relationship between "Environment" and "Variation of online learning models" is positive and moderate. That is, the better the learning environment, the teachers tend to use more varied online learning models.Keyword: K-Means, Teacher characteristics, Online learning  Abstrak: Guru membutuhkan karakteristik tertentu supaya siap menyelenggarakan pembelajaran daring. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat kesiapan guru dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran daring. Karakteristik guru yang dikumpulkan adalah gender, kelompok generasi, pendidikan terakhir, masa kerja guru, tingkat internet self efficacy guru, lingkungan pembelajaran dan variasi model pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma K-Means untuk clustering, selanjutnya analisis hubungan antar variabel digunakan Spearman’s rho.  Algoritma K-Means dilakukan pada dataset 285 guru. Hasil analisis K-Means didapatkan 8 cluster dengan karakteristik tiap klaster yang beragam. Selanjjutnya analisis Korelasi Spearmans Rho diperoleh hasil korelasi yang signifikan dengan nilai probabilitas >0,05 adalah “Generasi” dan “Masa kerja guru” serta “Lingkungan” dan “Variasi model pembelajaran daring”. Hubungan antara “Generasi”  dan “Masa kerja guru” bersifat positif dan sedang. Sedangkan, hubungan antara “Lingkungan”  dan “Variasi model pembelajaran daring” bersifat positif dan sedang. Artinya, semakin baik lingkungan pembelajaran maka guru cenderung akan menggunakan model pembelajaran daring lebih variatif.Kata kunci: K-Means, karakteristik guru, pembelajaran daring

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThe results of observations of a number of elementary school teachers who are members of the Ahmad Yani Group II Teacher Working Group, Surakarta, Central Java, it was found that they never used Virtual Reality (VR)-based learning media to create fun learning classes. Based on that problem, it is necessary to hold training in making VR-based learning media to create fun learning. Furthermore, virtual reality (VR)-based learning media training with 3Sixty Software was carried out on 22 to 24 June 2022. The training was divided into two forms, namely offline held on 22 June 2022 and online on 23 and 24 June 2022. Implementation of activities using project base learning method, through lecture-question-and-answer strategies, demonstrations, drill practice and mentoring. This training program is able to increase teachers' understanding of the importance of creating VR-based learning media to create fun learning. This program also found technical obstacles in the implementation of online assistance, namely internet network problems and training participant engagement. This was resolved with face-to-face assistance from fellow teachers who had been able to complete the training well. This PKM is able to improve the quality of elementary school teachers in making fun learning media.Keywords: Learning media, Virtual RealityABSTRAK Hasil observasi sejumlah guru SD yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru Kelompok II Ahmad Yani Surakarta, Jawa Tengah ditemukan bahwa mereka tidak pernah menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Virtual Reality (VR) untuk menciptakan kelas pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. . Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, perlu diadakan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis VR untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Selanjutnya pelatihan media pembelajaran berbasis virtual reality (VR) dengan Software 3Sixty dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22-24 Juni 2022. Pelatihan dibagi menjadi dua bentuk yaitu offline yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Juni 2022 dan online pada tanggal 23 dan 24 Juni 2022. kegiatan menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek, melalui strategi ceramah-tanya-jawab, demonstrasi, drill practice dan pendampingan. Program pelatihan ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang pentingnya membuat media pembelajaran berbasis VR untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Program ini juga menemukan kendala teknis dalam pelaksanaan pendampingan online, yaitu masalah jaringan internet dan engagement peserta diklat. Hal ini teratasi dengan adanya pendampingan tatap muka dari sesama guru yang telah mampu menyelesaikan pelatihan dengan baik. PKM ini mampu meningkatkan kualitas guru SD dalam membuat media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan..Kata Kunci: Media pembelajaran, Virtual Reality

Abstract

Stunting prevention is important for mothers so that their children grow up healthy and have a brighter future. Therefore, this research aims to identify and explore the need for an electronic module to provide understanding to residents about the dangers of stunting. This research is a type of qualitative research, the interview guide was used as an instrument to collect data in the form of responses from three Village Midwives who were selected using purposive sampling. The findings from this research show that residents do not have a real understanding of the dangers of stunting, so they do not know how to avoid it. On the other hand, midwives who understand how important it is to maintain children's nutrition at the age of 1000 HPK, stated the need for media that can accessed by residents, especially mothers, about health and maintaining balanced nutrition for their babies to avoid stunting. One of the relevant media to address this need is an e-module with hypercontent characteristics, where the material will be very rich and not limited by textual material. Therefore, understanding the importance of 1000 HPK as a first step in preventing stunting is deemed necessary to be distributed to residents through a digital tool or device.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the various needs of students in the Package C learning program (Paket C) related to technology-based learning platforms such as the Learning Management System (LMS). This research is an initial stage that uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The participants in this research were 35 people consisting of students or residents studying Package C (Paket C) and 2 teachers or tutors. The data collection methods used are questionnaires and interviews and the results are analyzed in the form of percentages and interviews will be analyzed descriptively. The findings from this research indicate that students have a positive view of using LMS to facilitate their learning process. They believe that an LMS can provide time flexibility that allows them to continue working and be active in other activities, while still being able to access learning materials through the LMS. It is hoped that the results of this research can become the basis for developing better learning innovations for Paket C students.

Abstract

Research on digital comics in an effort to increase reading literacy is urgent because there is boredom during the learning process. It is hoped that the integration of digital comics with learning materials can change students' perceptions of reading activities to be more positive. This research aims to explore the need for digital comics that can help students develop their reading literacy. This research uses mixed methods that combine quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data was obtained through questionnaires given to 24 elementary school students, while qualitative data was obtained through interviews with teachers involved in the learning process. The results of data analysis show that teachers still dominate the delivery of material and rarely use digital learning media. Students, on the other hand, have access to Android smartphones, but their use tends to be for entertainment rather than learning. Therefore, this research highlights opportunities for developing digital comics as a learning tool, considering students' interest in using them to understand lesson material at home.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara manual akan membentuk pemahaman secara abstrak, dimana persepsi penjelasan menurut pemahaman secara pribadi. Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi digital mutlak diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pembelajaran secara visual dan akan menghasilkan pemahaman yang sama dan dapat dilakukan penjelasan berulang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan melakukan uji coba produk, pengembangan produk dan implementasi produk. Penelitian ini diawali dari model pembelajaran dilakukan secara manual, kemudian ditambahkan penggunaan teknologi digital dengan memanfaatkan media audio visual dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran. Tantangan utama adalah mengupgrade kemampuan digital untuk menguasai infrastruktur teknologi digital dan menyampaikan secara benar. Siklus yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 tahap dengan mengoptimalkan pendidik yang berada di Kelompok Kerja Guru Gugus Laweyan sebagai responden. Tahap I pendidik masih kurang percaya diri dalam melakukan: 1. analisis media pembelajaran yang digunakan, 2. membuat desain media pembelajaran yang digunakan, 3. membuat media pembelajaran berbentuk audio visual animasi. 4. melaksanakan menyampaikan materi media pembelajaran, 5. melaksanakan evaluasi dari hasil pembelajaran. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu 98% pendidik merespon model pembelajaran media audio visual animasi dengan baik, sehingga pada tahap ke II responden melakukan hal yang sama, respon yang diperoleh, responden memberikan apresiasi dengan baik.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) memiliki arti sebagai usaha atau bisnis yang dilakukan oleh individu, kelompok, badan usaha kecil maupun rumah tangga. Sama halnya dengan Desa Karangdowo yang memiliki UMKM berupa batik. Namun, ketrampilan tentang digital marketing mereka sangatlah masih rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan pelaku UMKM batik di Bojonegoro dalam hal pemasaran digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah RnD dengan model ADDIE yang digunakan dalam membuat dan menghasilkan produk, dimana model ini memiliki lima tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa LMS berbasis google sites yang dikembangkan ini layak untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran digital bagi pelaku UMKM batik desa Karangdowo, dimana LMS berbasis google sites disajikan materi yang lengkap sehingga memudahkan para pelaku UMKM batik untuk belajar secara mandiri, dimana saja dan kapan saja. LMS berbasis google sites yang dikembangkan ini efektif dapat menigkatkan kemampuan pemasaran digital bagi pelaku UMKM batik desa Karangdowo. Terbukti pada uji coba skala menunjukkan bahwasannya pemasaran digital menumbuhkan semangat pelaku UMKM batik desa Karangdowo untuk memasarkan produk UMKM yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

As educational leadership increasingly recognizes the pivotal role of coaching competence, this study delves into the nuanced landscape of coaching competencies exhibited by a cohort of 2022 school principal candidates. Amidst the expectations for exemplary instructional leadership, this study reveals a disconcerting reality – school principal candidates exhibit coaching competence only at a fair level, falling short of the desired excellence. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative research design, the authors scrutinized the coaching competence of a diverse cohort of principal candidates through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Results illuminate specific challenges in coaching, ranging from limited practical application of coaching skills to gaps in mentorship opportunities. Despite the fair level of competence, the study identifies untapped opportunities for improvement, suggesting tailored training and professional development initiatives. The findings not only contribute to the current discourse on coaching competence but also underscore the critical need for targeted interventions to elevate the proficiency of school principal candidates in navigating the complexities of educational leadership.
