Abstract

This Research is aimed at knowing the development and strategy of law protection against Traditional Cultural Expressions in the Lebak district. In this Research, theoretically useful for society’s undergrad students. Practices are useful to both art and cultural users,of the Education and Cultural Services,of the Tourism service and associated agencies. But currently researchers have not found any particular protection against Traditional Cultural Expressions in the Lebak district. The expressions of traditional culture is a trademark of a people worthy of protection. The provision intended to avoid the actions of foreigners who might damage the cultural values. Since the role of the government to provide protection was necessary, it was necessary to bring out specific law. The qualitative work involves an empirical normative study method of law research by digging into the regulatory regulations. In addition to that researchers do retrieve direct data from communities.

Abstract

PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (CAP) is the largest Polypropylene producer in Indonesia and was founded in 1984. For the sustainability of the company's operations, PT CAP constantly updates, both in the field of information technology and the capabilities of human resources within the company. Improving the ability of human resources in the field of information technology and aspects of information technology training (IT Training) is important to ensure that skilled human resources are ready to answer challenges in the use of information technology. In ensuring that trainers are selected to train human resources to be reliable and competitive, appropriate and accurate decisions are needed. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Product (WP) methods are methods that can be used in the decision-making process. The comparison of the two methods can help maximize the trainer selection decision-making process. The results of the implementation of the two methods are the same ranking order, the first rank in both methods is achieved by the third alternative. The final result obtained from the ranking process using the SAW (Simple Additive Weightingmethod)obtained the largest value as the best alternative with a value of 0.85. The final result obtained from the ranking process using the WP (methodWeighted Product)obtained the largest value as the best alternative with a value of 0.2308.

Abstract

The existence of tourism facilities and infrastructure are elements to facilitate the process of tourism activities. With the facilities and infrastructure, it is hoped that tourism activities can run smoothly. Among the facilities in tourism activities are transportation/tour buses, travel operators, travel agents, restaurants, hotels/inns, tourist attractions, and tourist attractions. PT Asli Prima Inti Karya is a company engaged in tourism bus rental services, located in Pandeglang Regency, precisely in Labuan, Banten province. PT Asli Prima Inti Karya organizes several tour package and travel agency activities. The conventional bus rental system did not initially cause problems in terms of service. Along with the increasing demand for rental, it takes a complete service so that customers can be served well. The author analyzes the problem and makes a bus rental application design as a solution to the problems in serving customers who will rent buses. The application design uses UML, and uses the Sublime Text 3 programming language, PHP, XAMPP Version 3.2.4, and the database used is MySQL. The results of the application test show that the existence of this information system can make it easier for tenants to carry out the bus rental process.

Abstract

Banten Province is famous for its historical, cultural and religious values, Banten province has various types of traditional weapons, one of which is a machete, a machete in ancient times used by champions to drive out invaders from their area. One of Banten's traditional weapons is the Ciomas Machete, which is located in the Ciomas Subdistrict of Serang Regency, this machete cannot be owned by just anyone, because even in the manufacturing process it is not arbitrary. An important principle that is also believed by the elders in Ciomas, which still holds strong the tradition of making the Ciomas Machete. This study aims to find out how the application of legal protection for the Ciomas Machete Brand in Ciomas District, Serang Regency. By using Descriptive Analytical Research Methods conducted by the method of data collection as well as by examining various sources of legal material, whether primary, secondary or tertiary. To implement and protect Ciomas Machete Marks from counterfeiting products or counterfeit goods or commonly known as "KW" goods, based on Law Number 20 Year 2016 Regarding Trademarks and Geographical Indications, regulated in Article 100 -Article 102 regarding criminal sanctions given to the counterfeiters of a product or goods, so it is hoped that the Ciomas Machete Brand will not falsify them for the benefit of a business.

Abstract

Gizi balita merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam tumbuh kembang balita secara optimal, menjadikan anak sebagai generasi yang cerdas dan berkualitas. Sistem pendukung keputusan dirancang menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan aplikasi PHP dan My Sql sebagai basis data. Tahap analisis meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, desain, atau desain yang mencakup pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML dan desain antarmuka, kode dan pengujian PHP sebagai bahasa pemograman dan My Sql sebagai jembatan untuk penyimpanan ke dalam database. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi literatur, data primer, wawancara dan observasi. Studi literatur dengan menalaah jurnal, paper, dan bacaan-bacaan yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian. Data Primer langsung diperoleh dari Puskesmas Bakauheni Lampung. Wawancara dilakukan dengan cara menanyakan langsung kepada pihak terkait tentang penentuan status gizi buruk pada balita. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat menghitung status gizi balita.

Abstract

Bencana alam yang sering terjadi di wilayah Kabupaten Pandeglang Propinsi Banten membuat kita untuk selalu meningkatkan kewaspadaan setiap saat. Diantara seluruh kejadian bencana di Kabupaten Pandeglang, terdapat 4 bencana yang sering terjadi hampir setiap tahun, yaitu Banjir, Kekeringan, Tanah Longsor dan Angin Puting beliung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis dengan visualisasi data berisi informasi Bencana Alam per desa yang disajikan secara jelas kepada masyarakat dan pemerintah, agar masyarakat lebih barhati-hati terhadap bencana yang sering terjadi di wilayah Kabupaten Pandeglang. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah mempelajari sejumlah informasi mengenai bencana alam yang terjadi di wilayah Kabupaten Pandeglang. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus di Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Pandeglang. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan UML dan dibangun dengan menggunakan software bahasa pemrograman PHP, Notepad, MySql, Xampp. Aplikasi ini menampilkan peta mengenai daerah yang rawan bencana di Kabupaten Pandeglang, sehingga masyarakat bisa lebih waspada terhadap bencana alam yang terjadi dan diharapkan dapat mengurangi korban jiwa dan meminimalisir kerusakan material. Aplikasi ini dapat dijadikan acuan oleh pemerintah daerah Pandeglang untuk mengetahui daerah mana saja yang sering terjadi bencana.

Abstract

Sawah Luhur Village is one of the villages in Kasemen District, Serang City, Banten Province. Communities in Sawah Luhur Village have quite diverse livelihoods to meet their needs, including fisheries, coffee shop businesses, buying and selling basic necessities or grocery stores, livestock businesses, artisans of processed milkfish crackers, carpentry, agriculture, and others. The marketing and sales process carried out by the processed food craftsmen is carried out only by opening stalls around the house and offering them to consumers who stop by at the stalls. The service team provides an understanding of bookkeeping administration, marketing and sales diversification by utilizing information technology. The method used is directly to the service location with the stages of situation analysis and identification of problems experienced by the craftsmen, discussions with the craftsmen and the preparation of mentoring activity plans and implementation of activities. This activity can increase partners' understanding of the formulation and benefits of bookkeeping administration and the use of information technology in marketing activities.

Abstract

Sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam mendorong perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Batubantar, Kecamatan Cimanuk Kabupaten Pandeglang. Namun, seringkali sektor ini, yang digerakkan oleh masyarakat, menghadapi berbagai kendala, hambatan sekaligus tantangan, untuk itu perlun adanya pembinaan, edukasi, sosialisasi dan pendampingan dari berbagai pihak terutama Permerintah Daerah terkait dan PendidikanTinggi. Adapun produk usaha mikro kecil menengah diantaranya roti sakahoyong, keripik Emak Ipah. yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam mempromosikan dan membangun merek produk mereka di era digital. Oleh karena itu, Metode Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode FGD (Focus Group Discussion) Seminar, melibatkan tokoh masyarakat, pemateri dari Dosen, instansi terkait dan tentunya para mahasiswa Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap masalah yang ditemui selama observasi. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup pengajaran kepada para pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) mengenai pemanfaatan pemasaran digital dan marketplace, serta perlindungan hukum kekayaan intelektual khususnya penguatan merek dagang, cipta, paten rahasia dagang desain industri DTLST dan lain lain.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the digital competency of the teachers at SDN Cilegon 11 through the utilization of Google Classroom as a collaborative learning tool. The program was conducted over two months using a participatory approach based on hands-on practice (learning by doing) and ongoing mentoring. The participants consisted of 12 teachers from various grade levels. The activities were carried out in several stages, starting with a needs analysis to understand the initial conditions and challenges faced by the teachers in managing digital learning. Following this, an intensive training session was held covering various aspects of using Google Classroom, including setting up digital classrooms, creating and managing assignments, and conducting online assessments. After the training, the teachers implemented Google Classroom in their lessons, followed by an evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the platform's use. The results of the activity showed significant improvement in the teachers' ability to manage digital classrooms, create and assign tasks, conduct online assessments, and facilitate collaborative interactions among students. Reflections on the activity also revealed that the use of Google Classroom not only enhanced the effectiveness of learning but also fostered a collaborative work culture and improved digital literacy within the primary school environment. Full support from the school principal and good collaboration among the teachers were key factors in the success of this program. In the future, similar activities are expected to be expanded to other schools in the Cilegon area.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) initiative aims to enhance the non-digital marketing capacity of MSME operators in the Baduy Dalam traditional tourism area by strengthening cultural storytelling, product display, service excellence, and interpersonal communication. The activities were conducted over 30 days using a participatory approach featuring sharing sessions and discussion forums involving 35 MSME operators. Needs assessment was carried out through seven days of participatory observation and interviews with 10 MSME operators. Evaluation results indicate an 80% program success rate, with a 70% increase in participant knowledge. Seven participants (70%) successfully applied cultural storytelling techniques, and eight participants (80%) were able to arrange product displays in accordance with the training material. These findings demonstrate that a non-digital marketing approach aligned with traditional values ​​contributes to enhancing the capacity of MSME operators to market their products in a more communicative and engaging manner. The program holds the potential to strengthen the competitiveness of local products while supporting the sustainability of cultural tourism in Kanekes Village.
