Abstract

This research aims to: analyze the procurement of raw materials, profits, marketing channels,and the role of cassava chip agroindustry support services in Ganjar Asri Village. This study used a census method on five agroindustry cassava chips in Ganjar Asri Village West Metro Subdistrict Metro District. The determination of the location was done deliberately with the consideration that Ganjar Asri Village was a center of cassava chipsagroindustry actively produce and have the potential to be developed. The respondents were the owners of five agroindustries. The results showed that: there are two components of raw material procurement that were in accordance with expectations carried out by the five cassava chips agroindustries, namely quantity and type, while the other five components have not been in accordance with expectations, namely time, place, quality, and price. The highest profit is in Matahari Agroindustry and amounted to IDR 1,412,017.80 in one production. All agroindustries have benefits, so they were worthy of effort and development. Support services that helped the process of cassava chip agroindustry activities are financial institutions, transportation facilities, and communication information technology.Key words: advantage, agroindustry, cassava chips.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing mix and the development strategy of robusta coffee processed products in the Tirto Kencono Air Naningan Cooperative Tanggamus Regency. The research method used is a case study. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis. The marketing mix applied includes good quality robusta coffee products, cash and discounted prices, personal selling promotions, and accessible road to the cooperative. The internal environments consist of products, financial management, human resources, location, and marketing, while the external environments consist of culture, technology, climate and weather, competitors, and government policies. The strategies for developing robusta coffee products in the Tirto Kencono Cooperative are to maintain the quality assurance by utilizing modern technology, to improve skills in marketing by utilizing government support through the given UMKM training, and to implement social media to increase sales volume.Key words: coffee, development strategy, marketing mix

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of production and cost of goods produced in the tofu agroindustry in Pekon Gadingrejo, Gadingrejo District, Pringsewu Regency. The research locations were carried out in three tofu agroindustries located in Pekon Gadingrejo, Gadingrejo District, Pringsewu Regency, which was chosen intentionally (purposively) with the consideration that the pekon in Gading Rejo District is a tofu production center in  Pringsewu Regency. The respondents in this study were owners of agroindustries. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Analysis of data is cost of goods produced using full costing analysis. The results showed that the production performance in the three agro-industries of tofu in Pekon Gadingrejo, Gadingrejo District, Pringsewu Regency, based on productivity, capacity, quality, process speed, and delivery speed was good, but based on flexibility indicators, it was not yet oftimal, because there was no other products produced from the same raw materials. As a result of the calculation of the cost of goods produced, the three agro-industries know are profitable and worthy of development. The biggest advantage is in the type of tofu pong. Keywords : cost of production, production performance, tofu.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to analyze the performance of cassava chips agroindustry reviewed from procurement of raw materials, labor productivity, production capacity, product quality, delivery speed, flexibility, and added value and income.  The research used was a survey method.   Research data collection was carried out in March 2019 in Gedong Tataan Subdistrict with the consideration that agro-industries were actively producing continuously and had the potency to be developed.  The research locations were in three villages of cassava chips agro-industry centers, namely Karang Anyar Village, Bagelen Village, and Sungai Langka Village.  Respondents were 14 cassava chips agro-industries.  Raw material procurement, product quality, delivery speed, and flexibility were analyzed qualitatively descriptively.  Productivity, production capacity, and income were analyzed quantitatively.  Added value is analyzed using the Hayami method.  The results showed that the procurement of raw cassava chips was correct in the type and quantity, while it was not correct in place.  The average of productivity per month was 41.65 kg / HOK and the average of production capacity per month was 79%.  Product quality and delivery speed were good enough, and flexibility was not optimal.  The agroindustry had a positive added value, profit with R/C>1, and the average of income per month of IDR 7,613,146.29.Key words: agroindustry, cassava chips, performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the procurement process of raw materials that correspond to six rights (time, place, quality, quantity, type, and price), klanting agroindustry profit, and marketing mix with 7P (product, price, promotion, place, people (human resources), process, and physical evidence). This research uses the case study method at Klanting Agrondustry in Gantimulyo Village Pekalongan District. The location was chosen purposively considering that the village is a klanting production center in East Lampung Regency. Data of this research were collected from December 2019 to January 2020.  The method data analysis used in this research is a descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative. The results of this research indicated that the procurement of raw materials has not fulfilled all the six components precisely, because it does not match reality expected by agroindustry owners on components on time, the right type, right quality, and right quantity. On the right place and right price component, it is accordance with the agroindustry owner's expectations, because the location of raw materials is close to the agroindustry, and the price is low. The advantages of agroindustry are good, because it shows a positive advantage. That advantage obtained in one month at Mekar Sari Agroindustry amounting to IDR4,933,709.57, Mitra Tani Agroindustry amounting to IDR3,854,706.64, and Mitra Lestari Agroindustry IDR2,907,475.87. The agroindustry marketing strategy has implemented components of the 7P marketing mix, only the promotional components are missing applied optimally. Key words: agroindustry, klanting, marketing mix, performance
