Abstract

The title of this thesis is, analysis of the basic skills of classroom management by teachers of sociology in improving student learning outcomes in class XI Madrasyah Aliyah Mujahidin Pontianak with the problem of "How to manage the basic skills classroom by teachers of sociology in creating an atmosphere conducive to improving student learning outcomes class X Madrasyah Aliyah Mujahidin Pontianak ". The purpose of this study was 1) to analyze classroom management skills teachers of sociology and create a classroom atmosphere conducive to teaching and learning process in improving student learning outcomes. 2) to describe the classroom management skills of teachers of sociology in communicating with students to improve learning outcomes. 3) to describe the skills of managing the classroom teachers of sociology in applying the appropriate method on the learning process mengajar. Metode research is descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentary study, while data collection tool is a list of observations and the questionnaires and notes lapangan.analisis in this research is descriptive qualitative. Results of this study was an increase in student learning outcomes because teachers can master the material well, teachers can organize students, teachers vary the learning method that can increase student learning outcomes. Keywords: Manages classroom, learning outcomes. ABSTRAK : Judul skripsi ini adalah, Analisis keterampilan dasar mengelola kelas oleh guru bidang studi sosiologi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas XI Madrasyah Aliyah Mujahidin Pontianak dengan masalah Bagaimana keterampilan dasar mengelola kelas oleh guru bidang studi sosiologi dalam menciptakan suasana yang kondusif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Madrasyah Aliyah Mujahidin Pontianak.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk menganalisa keterampilan mengelola kelas guru bidang studi sosiologi dan menciptakan suasana kelas yang kondusif pada proses belajar mengajar dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. 2) untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan mengelola kelas guru bidang studi sosiologi dalam berkomunikasi dengan siswa untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar. 3) untuk memaparkan keterampilan mengelola kelas guru bidang studi sosiologi dalam menerapkan metode yang tepat pada proses belajar mengajar.Metode penelitiannya adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan alat pengumpulan datanya adalah daftar observasi dan lembar wawancara dan catatan lapangan.analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa karena guru dapat menguasai materi dengan baik, guru dapat mengatur siswa, guru memvariasikan metode pembelajaran sehingga hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat. Kata kunci: Mengelola kelas, Hasil belajar.

Abstract

AbstractCancer is one of the four major diseases in society. And can attack all walks of life without exception and without knowing social status, age or gender. Children, adolescents, and adults have not escaped this deadly attack. But from the data available most women are affected by cancer. Breast cancer still ranks first in new cases and cancer deaths, amounting to 43.3% and 12.9%. The highest cancer suffered by Indonesian women is breast cancer with an incidence of 26 per 100,000 women. One effort that can be done to prevent breast cancer is to implement a healthy lifestyle and breast self-awareness (BSE). This examination can detect breast cancer early and almost 85% of lumps in a woman's breast are found by the sufferers themselves. The Care for society program aims to improve adolescent reproductive health through BSE examination as a screening for disease. The implementation of BSE program assistance was carried out for high school students (Muhammadiyah I High School) in Pontianak. Presentation of Information to Teachers and School UKS Officers to periodically inform of BSE and provide direct assistance to students in conducting BSE examination. An increase in average knowledge after being given an explanation of breast cancer in students and skills in BSE examination after being given assistance. BSE Assistance by Health Workers and UKS Officers increases students' knowledge and awareness to conduct BSE examination in an effort to prevent breast cancer events.
