Abstract

The decrease upon return visits in hospital becomes an indicator of patient loyalty. Thus, in this study aimed to obtain correlation on value perception, word of mouth, price and trust towards patient loyalty at Proklamasi hospital, Jakarta. The several variables such as value perception, word of mouth, price, trust and loyalty are performed in this study. The population of this study taken from ongoing patients at Proklamasi hospital, Jakarta. In addition, the samples observation of this research are 200 respondents using Hair method. This study also uses a cross-sectional study design to obtain correlation between dependent and independent variables with. path analysis test. The results show a determinant value of covariance matrix can be achieved. Around 1208.180 (positive results and greater than 0.000). thus, in this study we find that no multicollinearity while, the measurement model test by using Chi-square method is 0,000 (the value is small so that the simultaneous test is accepted). In addition, if the degree of freedom is 0 it’s indicates that the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Thus, the positive correlation on value perception, word of mouth, and trust towards patient loyalty. On the contrary, price has no effect on patient loyalty. Furthermore, word of mouth has the greatest influential value of all. Value perception, word of mouth, and price can directly increase patient loyalty without being influenced by trust.

This study aims to analyse the significant influence together Knowledge, Spiritual Intelligence, and Attitude on the Quality of Work Life and the Impact on Nurse Performance in the Application of Patient Safety Targets at X Hospital either partially or simultaneously. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach with the path analysis method using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) equation. The sampling technique was carried out by saturated sampling (census) of 111 respondents based on the total population of nurses in the inpatient room. The results showed that Knowledge, Spiritual Intelligence, and Attitude had a significant influence together on the quality of work life and their impact on nurse performance. Thus, to improve nurse performance in implementing patient safety goals at X Hospital simultaneously such as knowledge has a significant positive effect on the quality of work life of nurses, spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on the quality of work life of nurses, attitudes have a significant positive effect on the quality of work life of nurses, knowledge has a significant positive effect on the performance of nurses in implementing patient safety goals, attitudes have a significant positive effect on the performance of nurses in implementing patient safety goals, and the quality of work life of nurses has a significant positive effect on the performance of nurses in implementing patient safety goals with seventh hypothesis. The findings of this study are that the quality of work life of nurses has a partially mediating role in the performance of nurses in implementing patient safety goals at X Hospital with 0.666 of correlation value. This is an increase in religious activities in kinship to form emotional bonds and commitment to nurses to behave calmly and patiently in implementing the Patient Safety Goals on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

One of the factors for the success of human resource management in an organization is employee performance. Organizations can be said to be successful when the performance of the organization's employees is good. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Self Efficacy and Career Development on Employee Engagement and Nurse Performance at Dharmais Cancer Hospital. The research sample consisted of 200 respondents. The design of this research is explanatory research of causality (explanatory research). The data analysis technique used the Three-Box Method and SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the AMOS 24 program. The results showed that self-efficacy and career development indirectly mediated by employee engagement had not affected nurse performance; employee engagement does not affect nurse performance; self-efficacy has a positive effect on nurse performance; career development does not affect nurse performance; Self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee engagement; Career development does not affect employee engagement. Research findings: nurse performance in the high category, self-efficacy in the high category, career development in the good category, and employee engagement variable in the engaged category. career development does not affect nurse performance; Self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee engagement; Career development does not affect employee engagement. Research findings: nurse performance in the high category, self-efficacy in the high category, career development in the good category, and employee engagement variable in the engaged category. career development does not affect nurse performance; Self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee engagement; Career development does not affect employee engagement.
