The sampling data was used to obtain saturated sample that took all the study population as a sample. The approach method is applied as a survey method to providing a questionnaire. The measurement method was carried out using a Likert scale while the collected data was processed in descriptive and quantitative analysis. Data analysis testing was performed using Path Analysis AMOS program. Furthermore, the results found that a implementation of education and training had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance (p = 0.047), competence had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance (p = 0.050), reward had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance (p = *** ), education and training had a significant positive effect on rewards received by nurses (p = ***), and competence had a significant positive effect on rewards received by nurses (p = 0.036). Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of career path and motivation on the performance of medical recorders and the reward system as an intervening variable at Harapan Kita Heart and Blood Vessel Hospital (RSJPDHK) simultaneously. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach with path analysis method using the Structural Equation Modelling equation. The sampling technique was carried out by saturated sampling (census) as many as 43 respondents based on the total number of Medical Recorders. The career path will have a significantly stronger positive effect on the performance of medical recorders if it is through the reward system mediating variable. The managerial implication of this research is the continuous strengthening of career paths with full responsibility and justice and upholding Medical Recorder's professional values based on the Decree of the President Director Number HK.02.03/XX.6/0336/2018 concerning Guidelines for the Career Paths of Other Healthcare Professionals to increase the remuneration of Medical Recorders. The reward system variable has the strongest relationship to Medical Recorder performance compared to career path variables and motivation variables. There is an influence of the mediating variable / intervening reward system in mediating the relationship between Career Path and Medical Recorder Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the significant influence together Knowledge, Spiritual Intelligence, and Attitude on the Quality of Work Life and the Impact on Nurse Performance in the Application of Patient Safety Targets at X Hospital either partially or simultaneously. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach with the path analysis method using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) equation. The sampling technique was carried out by saturated sampling (census) of 111 respondents based on the total population of nurses in the inpatient room. The results showed that Knowledge, Spiritual Intelligence, and Attitude had a significant influence together on the quality of work life and their impact on nurse performance. Thus, to improve nurse performance in implementing patient safety goals at X Hospital simultaneously such as knowledge has a significant positive effect on the quality of work life of nurses, spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on the quality of work life of nurses, attitudes have a significant positive effect on the quality of work life of nurses, knowledge has a significant positive effect on the performance of nurses in implementing patient safety goals, attitudes have a significant positive effect on the performance of nurses in implementing patient safety goals, and the quality of work life of nurses has a significant positive effect on the performance of nurses in implementing patient safety goals with seventh hypothesis. The findings of this study are that the quality of work life of nurses has a partially mediating role in the performance of nurses in implementing patient safety goals at X Hospital with 0.666 of correlation value. This is an increase in religious activities in kinship to form emotional bonds and commitment to nurses to behave calmly and patiently in implementing the Patient Safety Goals on an ongoing basis.

The increasingly high cost claims for caesarean section cases in the National Health Insurance or Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) era mean that hospitals are required to provide service efficiency, the BPJS Health payment system to hospitals is through the INACBG's (Indonesia Case Based Groups) rates. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of clinical pathway compliance and prescription writing according to the national formulary on cost control with caesarean section indication as an intervening variable at St Theresia Hospital. This type of research is confirmatory research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 80 samples from caesarean section cases in August-October 2023. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Based on the results of testing the Path coefficients hypothesis, it was found that F count (63.047) > F Table (3.432) with a significance level of 0.05, the results of the t value> 1.96 and p < 0.05. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that there was an influence of clinical pathway compliance, writing prescriptions according to the national formulary and indications for caesarean section on cost control.
