Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perngaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen sepeda motor Honda di Pekalongan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang sudah membeli unit sepeda motor Honda di Pekalongan dan jumlahnya tidak diketahui. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli unit sepeda motor Honda di Pekalongan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji model dengan uji F, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda bahwa variabel persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian Sementara variabel kualitas produk dan citra merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap proses keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga, Citra Merek dan Proses Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai sistem manajemen kinerja yang dikembangkan oleh Institut Teknologi Nasional (Itenas) Bandung. Pengembangan sistem manajemen kinerja membutuhkan dukungan sistem informasi yang berbasis web karena apabila dilakukan secara manual akan membutuhkan waktu yang lama serta pencatatan dan perekaman hasil pengukuran tidak efisien. Rancangan sistem informasi dikembangkan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). UML yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah use case diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web bertujuan mempermudah dalam pengambilan data kinerja, efisiensi waktu, dan database yang terkomputerisasi. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that affect its students any high school in Tangerang to buy prepaid cards IM3. In this study the factors that influence purchasing decisions in terms of marketing mix (4P). The results of this study indicate that there are factors that influence consumers in their buying decision IM3 prepaid card. These factors enter into 9 new factors are: Factor 1 has the name of Excellence which consists of a broad scope of IM3, Bonus sms, Nominal pulse varied, sophisticated multimedia, fast data transfer, and 3G technology, GPRS, MMS provided, factor 2 was named Privileges consisting of an sms package voucher price they can afford, talk per second rate, and ease of getting a voucher, Factor 3 was named facility consisting of card availability IM3, IM3 voucher availability, and ads on television, Factor 4 Ease named consisting of GPRS settings, MMS, and 3G is easy, efficient tariff until satisfied, and IM3 Ce eS's, factor 5, was named Promotion consisting of the radio ads, brochures, pamphlets, posters, Event, held IM3 , and send 10 free 10 sms, Factor 6 was named design consisting of an interesting shape or packaging, design an attractive card, and design an attractive voucher, factor 7 was named Quality of service consisting of a satisfactory service, after-sales service / warranty , and the quality is strong and stable network, Factor 8 was given a name consisting of Availability Availability Gallery Indosat, and Factor 9 was named The price of a cheap price sms vouchers, and vouchers to speak at affordable prices. Keywords: Factors that Influence Consumers, Marketing Mix, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Harapan seorang karyawan mempunyai seorang pemimpin yang dapat melayani mereka dengan baik, Seorang memimpin harus mampu melayani bawahannya dengan cara menempatkan kebutuhan karyawan sebagai prioritas, pentingnya menghargai seseorang, dan membatu orang lain dalam mencapai tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ukuran yang tepat untuk variabel servant leadership, dan mengetahui peran servant leadership dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas karyawan. penelitian ini menggunakan responden sebanyak 300 karyawan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi sepatu di provinsi banten, penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan pada bulan November – Desember 2019. Data analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran yang tepat untuk servant leadership adalah empowerment, standing back, authenticity, humility, dan stewardship, terdapat pengaruh servant leadership terhadap loyalitas karyawan, terdapat pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kepuasan kerja dan terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas.

Abstract

Ketidakseimbangan dalam kehidupan kerja seorang karyawan telah menjadi masalah utama karena banyaknya isu yang berkaitan dengan kesejahteraan karyawan, tingkat produktivitas dan kebosanan di tempat kerja. Work-Life balance kini telah menjadi topik yang rentan karena menawarkan manfaat nyata bagi organisasi dan keberhasilannya, sehingga tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah memberikan penjelasan tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan karismatik dan Work-Life balance terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan pada industri broadcasting.Penelitian dilakukan dengan survey menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada bulan November-Desember 2019 dimana responden yang digunakan sebanyak 190 karyawan pada industri broadcasting di Jabodetabek. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Strucutural Equation Model (SEM).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwakepemimpinan karismatik yang baik akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, Work-Life balance yang baik akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan komitmen organisasional karyawan, kepemimpinan karismatik yang baik akan meningkatkan komitmen organisasional karyawan dan Work-Life balance yang baik tidak meningkatkan komitmen organisasional karyawan secara langsung.

Abstract

Being isolated  in a certain period of time will affect the level of affection and level of cognition, as well as behavior. Understanding of this becomes the reasons to conduct training  in order to  predict the orientation of people consumption preferences after Covid19. The purpose of the training is to provide understanding of the small and medium-sized business of the consumers orientation  after covid19, and prepare activities to get started their business eficiently and effectively. The method used in training is the online method, collecting data using a survey method using a closed questionnaire to capture the direction of community preferences after covid19 has passed. Questioners spread to the community at several research sites such as Jakarta, Makassar, Aceh, Bandung.  the training participants involved 220 respondents, consisting of, 50.7% women and 49.3% Male. The results show that people preferences after the Pandemic announced focusing in 3 (three) industrial sectors, which are, the Traveling Services Sector and Tourism Services (Pure Services), the Culinary Services Sector prioritizing culinary favorites before the pandemic (Hybrid services) and the Beauty Care services sector, and Health care (pure services) The implication of the findings shows that entrepreneurs are preparing their business activities in 3 sectors which are  traveling and tourism, culinary, and health care. Keywords: isolation, covid19, prediction, preferences

Abstract

Introduction: COVID-19 positive cases in Jakarta continue to increase from day today. Objective: The study is aimed to examine and develop the variables which affect the performance of nurses who treat COVID-19 patients at the Islamic Hospital of Jakarta Sukapura. The hospital itself was assigned as a referral hospital for Covid-19 patients on an emergency basis. This assignment later created unrest from workers or medical personnel who worked at the hospitals, especially those who worked as nurses. Method: The research design used here is a descriptive quantitative approach using five main variables:  Self - Efficacy; Job Stress, Organizational Commitment, and Nurse Performance, while the research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale and distributed for 10 days. The sample used in this study used a total sampling technique comprised of 120 respondents, while the data analysis in this study used the SEM method assisted by the Smart PLS 3.2 program. Results:  showed that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and nurse performance. In addition, work stress has a negative impact on organizational commitment and does not affect nurse performance. The result of research also discovered that organizational commitment has a negative effect on the performance of nurses. Recommendation: results of this study can also be considered by the leadership at the Islamic Hospital of Jakarta Sukapura, DKI Jakarta, to improve the performance of its nurses

Abstract

Introduction: Work engagement or employee involvement is an essential concern for the sustainability of hospitals around the world, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge management and competence on work engagement mediated by work motivation of health workers consisting of general practitioners and nurses at Class C Private Hospital. Method: The design of this study is a quantitative causal study with a non-probability sampling design (saturated sampling). The analysis technique used the path analysis method.. Results: This study showed that [1] There is a simultaneous effect of knowledge management and competence variables on work engagement which is mediated by work motivation (F count = 21.099 with a significance of 0.000<0.005). Conclusion: Knowledge management, competence, and work motivation are beneficial in increasing work engagement for professional care providers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Recommendation: Management should manage the competence of professional care providers, monitoring, evaluation, and the human resources management system, so the implementation of knowledge management system remain qualified Keywords: knowledge management, competence, work motivation, work engagement

Abstract

The present study was aimed to examine level in organizational commitment between different gender among lecturer’s profession. We hypothesized that female lecturer would tend to have higher organizational commitment compared to the male lecturer. Participants were 204 lecturers (103 males, 101 females). Data is processed by statistical t test with the results showing that the organizational commitment of the teaching profession in general is high. However, in contrast to the hypothesis we propose, male organizational commitment is higher than women.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of nurses which is influenced by workload and motivation through job satisfaction. This research was conducted on nurses at Primaya Hospital, Bekasi Utara, where 152 nurses were used as respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with measurement of the likert scale and interval scale. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using software WarpPLS 7.0. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Meanwhile workload has no effect on performance. Satisfaction has no effect on performance. This result is expected to be taken into consideration for related parties in maintaining nurse performance
