Abstract

This study aims to determine factors affecting implementation Hope family program (pkh) in poasia district Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi. The approach of this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the PKH policy in Poasia District, in general, has not been implemented properly based on PKH knowledge and socialization carried out by the facilitator; Validation process in determining PKH participants; The process of distributing PKH funds to PKH recipients is carried out through the channelling bank; The obligation of PKH participants to carry out their obligations has not been well understood; while the factors that influence the implementation of the program do not always affect. The conclusion of the study shows that the implementation of the Family Hope Program policy in Poasia District, in general, has not been implemented well.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Building Construction Permit at the Housing Office, Settlement Area and Land of Kendari City.This research method uses a type of qualitative descriptive research that is data and information obtained from research informants and documentation relating to the facts then analyzed by connecting between concepts and facts to answer research problemsThe results of the study show that the implementation of the Building Construction Permit in the Housing, Settlement and Land Offices of Kendari City is included in the category of adequate. Policy implementation variables covering organizational aspects, aspects of interpretation and aspects of the application have been carried out adequately.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the application of e-government in building approval services through SIMBG at the Kendari City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. There were 9 informants in this study who were determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Building Approval Services through SIMBG at the Kendari City One-Stop Integrated Services and Investment Service can be seen from: 1) Physical evidence of the availability of good and adequate public service locations. 2) The Reliability Dimension (reliability) of the Kendari City one-stop capital investment and service department is still not in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs. 3) Responsiveness, which is still not good, can be seen from the lack of response by employees to complaints or complaints from the public in services related to the PBG permit application process through SIMBG. 4) The insurance dimension is good, as seen from the existence of several guarantees, namely data and document security guarantees, PBG document authenticity guarantees and service guarantees. 5) Empathy, this can be seen from the lack of professionalism of employees towards applicants regarding PBG services through SIMBG.
