Abstract

This study aims to determine factors affecting implementation Hope family program (pkh) in poasia district Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi. The approach of this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the PKH policy in Poasia District, in general, has not been implemented properly based on PKH knowledge and socialization carried out by the facilitator; Validation process in determining PKH participants; The process of distributing PKH funds to PKH recipients is carried out through the channelling bank; The obligation of PKH participants to carry out their obligations has not been well understood; while the factors that influence the implementation of the program do not always affect. The conclusion of the study shows that the implementation of the Family Hope Program policy in Poasia District, in general, has not been implemented well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction. In this study, Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The independent variable consists of Product Quality (X), the dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction (Y). As for the sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents taken using the purposive sampling method. The analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis the results are Y = 37,458 + 0,162X + 2,373 using SPSS Version 16. The results of this study indicate that the Analysis of Product Quality Impacts on Consumer Satisfaction through indicators of Product Quality, Product Variations, Product Availability, and Kind of Brand. And Consumer Satisfaction observed through indicators of Price Attractiveness, Location Attractiveness, Product Attractiveness and Brand Attractiveness ie Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at the Kendari Supermarkets in Kendari, which means that Product Quality Influence factors strongly support and influence and can also increase Consumer Satisfaction at the Sanya Supermarket Supermarkets Kendari. The results of this study indicate that this research model is acceptable.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Variabel independen terdiri dari Kualitas Produk (X), Variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasan Konsumen (Y). adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik metode purposive sampling,. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana hasilnya yaitu Y= 37,458 + 0,162X + 2,373 dengan mengguakan alat bantu SPSS Versi 16.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Analisis Pengaru Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen melalui indikator Kualitas Produk, Variasi produk, Ketersediaan Produk, dan Macam Merek. Dan Kepuasan  Konsumen yang diamati melalui indikator Daya Tarik harga, Daya Tarik Tempat, Daya Tarik Produk dan Daya Tarik Merek yakni Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Swalayan Sanya Kendari, yang artinya faktor Pengaruh Kualitas Produk sangat mendukung dan mempengaruhi dan juga dapat meningkatkan Kepuasan  Konsumen pada Swalayan Sanya Kendari. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa model penelitian ini dapat diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of clove farming in Balohang Village, Lede District, Pulau Taliabu Regency, North Maluku Province. The number of informants used in this study is 15 people. To answer the problems in this study, a qualitative descriptive analysis was used. The results showed that, Clove Farm Management in Balohang Village, Lede Subdistrict, Pulau Taliabu Regency, North Maluku Province, had not demonstrated the proper implementation of management functions. This is indicated by the fact that work has not been carried out sequentially and continuously which has been grouped into four jobs called management functions which include Planning, Organizing, Implementing, Supervising. This is more due to the lack of understanding of farmers and clove entrepreneurs in Balohang Village, Lede District, Pulau Taliabu Regency, North Maluku Province, so that it is still carried out traditionally.ABSTRAK                Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen usahatani cengkeh di Desa Balohang Kecamatan Lede Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu Provinsi Maluku Utara. Jumlah informan yang dunakan dalam penelitian iniyakni sebanyak 15 orang. Untuk menjawap permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, maka digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, Manajemen Usahatani Cengkeh di Desa Balohang, Kecamatan Lede Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu Provinsi Maluku Utara, belum menunjukkan adanya penerapan fungsi manajemen dengan baik. Hal ini ditandai dengan belum terlaksananya pekerjaan-pekerjaan secara berurutan dan kontinyu yang telah dikelompokkan kedalam empat pekerjaan yang disebut fungsi-fungsi manajemen  yang di dalamnya mencakup Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan, Pengawasan. Hal ini lebih disebabkan oleh minimnya pemahamann petani dan pengusaha cengkeh di Desa Balohang Kecamatan Lede Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu Provinsi Maluku Utara, sehingga masih dilakukan secara tradisinal.
