Abstract

The Planning Generation Program is carried out through two approaches, namely to teenagers through the Counseling Information Center and approaches to elderly people who have teenage children through Youth Family Development. With this goal, we increase the knowledge and skills of teenagers so that they have healthy behaviour, avoid the risks of the KRR Triad, delay marriage, have a family life plan, and create a happy, prosperous little family and become an example, model, idol and ultimate source of information for their peers. This research aims to describe the effectiveness of the Planning Generation Program in preventing early marriage in Malang Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. This research focuses on the effectiveness of the Planning Generation Program in preventing early marriage in Malang Regency by using the theoretical basis of Riant Nulgroho regarding the five correct principles for the effectiveness of policy implementation. The data collection technique in this research is through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation review. The results of the research show that the Planning Generation Program is quite effective in preventing early marriage in Malang Regency, following Riant Nulgroho's theory, namely Right Policy, Right Implementation, Right Target, Right Environment, and Right Process. However, there are still several obstacles in its implementation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of success of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Cerme District, Gresik Regency. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. The research focus of this study is to describe the evaluation of the Non-cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Cerme District, Gresik Regency. Data collection techniques in this research include interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The results of research on the Evaluation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Cerme District, Gresik Regency, namely: that the BPNT program is useful in helping meet their economic needs even though the assistance provided is not commensurate with their food needs until the following month and assistance from last year was given alternately in the form of goods or given in cash. This is because the BPNT program plays a more or less significant role in meeting their daily needs, and also provides them with sufficient relief in meeting the food needs of underprivileged communities. Based on the conclusions, the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Cerme District, Gresik Regency, can be said to be quite successful.

Abstract

Violence cases in Surabaya City in 2022 experienced an increase in the number of cases compared to the previous year. The importance of parenting patterns in the family, efforts to fulfill children's rights, and the fact that some families are not harmonious trigger child abuse. This research aims to find out and describe the implementation of the parenting class program at the puspaga Balai RW Kelurahan Perak Barat Surabaya and the role of MSIB students as puspaga facilitators in the implementation of the parenting class program. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research types. The research was analyzed using the theory of parenting program implementation by Asolihin (2013). The results showed that the implementation of the parenting class program at the puspaga RW hall in Perak Barat Surabaya has been running through 3 stages, that is the preparation/planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation and monitoring stage. The role of the puspaga facilitator includes the role of promoter, communicator and companion in the implementation of parenting classes.

Abstract

Violence that often occurs in the family environment today requires special attention, families who should play an important role in meeting the needs of their children are also undeniably experiencing many failures in it. To prevent acts of violence and improve the quality of family life, prevention must be pursued together, with this the Surabaya City Government is committed to collaborating with DP3APPKB Surabaya City to carry out a prevention effort program, one of which is through the Surabaya City Puspaga which is now expanded to the lower layers of society, namely the RW Hall Puspaga. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are through direct observation (observation), interviews, documentation. The theory used is optimization theory with 3 (three) indicators belonging to Hotniar Siringoringo, namely goals, alternative decisions, and limiting resources. The results showed that the Optimization of One Stop Service Puspaga (Family Learning Center) Balai RW in Kutisari Village was quite optimal, but there were still limiting resources including professional staff who performed services and the infrastructure used.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a commitment given by companies or the business world to contribute to sustainable economic development, this focuses on economic, social and environmental. Therefore, one way to reduce the poverty rate is by requiring every company to carry out social responsibility, especially for people who live close to the company's environment. PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional III Sub Regional Java is one of the companies that carries out social responsibility as stated in Law no. 40 Article 74 concerning Limited Liability Companies. This article aims to find out how the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional III Sub Regional Java is implemented in the context of community empowerment which will be reviewed through George C. Edward III's four implementation models, namely: Communication, Resources (Resources), Dispositions (Dispositions), and Bureaucratic Structure (Bureaucratic Structure). The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program with indicators of Communication, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure which has been running well. Meanwhile, the Resource indicator has gone quite well.
