Abstract

Abstract Rural communities as poor people have complex complexes; namely the factor of being economically poor, socially marginalized, and forgotten by function and dignity. Further education factors At present the level of education of the people of the Region is still largely low. Education is important because of empowerment, the community will improve their personal or group abilities. One of the rural communities in Trenggalek district is a group of women farmers (KWT) in the village of Dompyong. In the discussion about increasing the income of farming families, among them were a group of farmer women who sought additional assistance, both in the activities of making cassava chips and banana chips, banana floss in the village. , especially knowledge about increasing production as well as marketing, the abon heart banana home industry in the village of Trompalek Dompyong has not been maximized and cannot be processed properly. The health benefits for our body are to prevent the risk of stroke, prevent cholesterol, can make the stomach healthy, and can be consumed for diabetics and many more benefits provided by the heart of this banana. The purpose of this dedication activity is to provide knowledge and insights on how to make a banana heart floss that is good and truly flavored, and provides insight into marketing management so that an appropriate marketing network development model can be obtained. While the target of this community service activity is the empowerment of women farmer groups (KWT) in the development of the banana heart floss business as an additional source of assistance for family women farmer groups (KWT) in Dompyong Village, Bendungan District, so that it can be used to find out how to process the production of jatung banana floss. including effective and correct marketing methods. Keywords: Empowerment, KWT, banana heart floss Abstrak Masyarakat pedesaan sebagai masyarakat miskin memiliki permasalahan yang kompleks; yakni faktor miskin secara ekonomi, terpinggir secara sosial, dan terlupakan secara fungsi dan martabat.  Selanjutnya faktor pendidikan dimana tingkat pendidikan masyarakat wilayah pedesaan sebagian besar masih rendah.  Pendidikan menjadi penting karena dengan pemberdayaan, masyarakat akan meningkatkan kapasitas pribadi maupun kelompok. Salah satu masyarakat pedesaan di kabupaten Trenggalek adalah kelompok wanita tani (KWT) di desa Dompyong. Dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga petani antara lain adalah peran serta kelompok wanita tani dalam mencari penghasilan tambahan, baik dalam kegiatan pembuatan kripik singkong dan kripik pisang, abon jantung pisang di desa ini mempunyai potensi untuk dikembangkan, namun karena keterbatasan kemampuan sumber daya manusia (kurang berdaya) terutama menyangkut pengetahuan peningkatan produksi maupun pemasaran maka, home industri abon jantung pisang di desa Dompyong Trenggalek belum bisa dimaksimalkan dan tidak dapat diolah dengan baik. Padalah Manfaat untuk kesehatan pada tubuh kita adalah untuk mencegah resiko stroke, mencegah kolestrol, bisa menyehatkan perut, dan bisa dikonsumsi untuk penderita diabetes dan masih banyak lagi manfaat yang dimiliki oleh jantung pisang ini. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan ilmu pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada mitra tentang pembuatan abon jantung pisang yang baik dan benar serta bercitra rasa, dan memberikan wawasan tentang manajemen pemasaran sehingga dapat diperoleh model pengembangan jaringan pemasaran yang sesuai. Sedangkan Target dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani (KWT) dalam pengembangan usaha abon jantung pisang sebagai sumber penghasilan tambahan bagi keluarga kelompok wanita tani (KWT) di Desa Dompyong Kecamatan Bendungan, sehingga dapat dicapai pengetahuan yang lebih komprehensif tentang bagaimana mengolah produksi abon jatung pisang termasuk bagaimana cara pemasaran yang efektif dan benar. Abstract

Program peningkatan disiplin pegawai dilakukan melalui pelatihan pegawai dengan bekerjasama dengan lembaga atau pihak ketiga menyangkut pelatihan yang bersifat peningkatan sifat mental dan pleatihan yang meningkatkan kompetensi keterampilan kerja. Hasil observasi peneletian menemukan bahwa sebelum dilaksanakannya pelatihan, para pegawai masih kurang menyadari peran dan fungsi serta tanggungjawab sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya (tupoksi), kurangnya kerjasama antara sesama pegawai yang menyebabkan kurang tercapainya tujuan organisasi yang hendak direncanakan. Setelah pelaksanaan program peningkatan kedisiplinan pegawai melalui pelatihan kerja dapat mengubah sifat mental dan disiplin secara positif pagi para pegawai. Metode yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui obervasi, wawancara, penelitian berkas dan dokumen sebagai bahan rekaman yang menunjukkan kondisi disiplin pegawai. Untuk menganalisis hasil penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan kondisi disiplin pegawai sebelum pelatihan dengan kondisi disiplin pegawai setelah pelatihan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh peningkatan kedisiplinan pegawai melalui pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Bekasi. Hasil pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rekomendasi positif kepada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Bekasi dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja para pegawai untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah direncanakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the policy of an integrative child social welfare center in Jombang Regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method using George Charles Edward's theory of policy implementation, which consists of several variables that affect the success of a policy implementation, including communication, resource sources, disposition, and the structure of the brokerage. The result that Dieh found in this research is that the implementation is less than optimal. In the aspect of communication, socialization has not been carried out to the community and the communication that has been carried out has not been optimally carried out to internal implementers. In the aspect of resources, it was found that there was a lack of staff resources. In the aspect of disposition, it was found that the understanding of implementers regarding policies was not the same. And in the aspect of the bureaucratic structure, it was found that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) has not been resolved as a policy implementation guideline.

Abstract

Situasi pandemi telah melanda berbagai negara salah satunya Indonesia. Tidak stabilnya kondisi yang terjadi membawa dampak khususnya pada sektor perekonomian. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi bagian dari sektor perekonomian yang terdampak situasi pandemi hingga mengalami penurunan signifikan pada penjualan produk. Kelurahan Penjaringansari Kecamatan Rungkut Kota Surabaya khususnya RT 11 RW 4, menjadi salah satu lokasi berdirinya UMKM yaitu UMKM Paguyuban Sewelas yang melakukan pemberdayaan melalui inovasi serta budidaya bunga telang untuk dikonsumsi. Tanaman bunga telang diketahui memiliki khasiat baik bagi kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi bertahan UMKM Paguyuban Sewelas Penjaringansari di mada pandemi Covid-19 melalui metode analisis deskriptif berupa narasi-narasi dan penelitian kualitatif yang dihasilkan melalui wawancara (in-depth interview). Dari hasil observasi, UMKM Paguyuban Sewelas mampu bertahan ditengah pandemi dengan melakukan inovasi pada bunga telang dan penyesuaian diri dalam hal produk serta merealisasikan berbagai stategi untuk bertahan dengan memanfaatkan digital marketing dan e-commerce.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact in various fields, especially in the tourism sector which also has an impact on the country's economy. The central and local governments are currently doing various methods, including the Sekapuk Village Government. In the midst of the current pandemic, Sekapuk Village has succeeded in increasing village income as a source of economic resilience from tourism. Sekapuk Village has also achieved various achievements. This is inseparable from the support from the community. The purpose of this research is to see the application of the principles of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in the Development of Tourism Villages in Sekapuk Village, Ujungpangkah District, Gresik Regency. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of CBT in Sekapuk Village has not been implemented as a whole. In the planning principle, the community has not played an active role. Then on the principle of implementation, the community has played an active role and participated in tourism ownership. Furthermore, the impact and benefits have been felt by the community significantly

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia membawa dampak buruk pada sektor ekonomi. Pelaku usaha mikro merupakan salah satu sektor yang terdampak akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19 yaitu mengalami penurunan omzet penjualan, sulit mendapatkan modal dan penurunan daya beli masyarakat. Maka dari itu untuk memulihakan perekonomian para pelaku usaha mikro pemerintah melalui KEMENKOPUKM menerbit program bantuan Bagi Pelaku Usaha Mikro (BPUM) yaitu dengan memberikan modal dasar guna untuk membantu pelaku usaha agar tetap mempertahankan aktivitas usahanya ditengah krisis akibat pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberhasilan implementasi program bantuan BPUM di Kecamatan Sidoarjo Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan melihat dari dimensi isi kebijakan dan konteks kebijakan yang dikemukakan oleh Merilee S. Grindle. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah DINKOPUM Kabupaten Sidoarjo sebagai lembaga yang memiliki kepentingan dan tingkat kecamatan dan desa dalam implementasi program bantuan BPUM telah berpedoman sesuai dengan PERMENKOPUKM Nomor 2 Tahun 2021 dan Petunjuk Pelaksanaan bantuan BPUM nomor 3 tahun 2021 serta telah melaksanakan tugas dan perannya dengan baik. Selanjutnya dengan adanya program bantuan BPUM memberikan dampak positif dan dapat memulihkan perekonomian bagi pelaku usaha mikro.

Abstract

The application of electronic government is an effort by the government to adopt information technology to improve the quality of public services. However, the implementation of electronic government in its implementation still has problems in it. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of electronic government policies on improving the quality of services at the Puskesmas in Madiun City. The research method used in this research is quantitative with questionnaires to answer the research problem formulation. The population in this study were users of health services at health centers throughout Madiun City who used electronic government (Sist Bro) services at Puskesmas in the Puskesmas environment in Madiun City as many as 130 people from six Puskesmas in Madiun City where the sample was 57 people whose answers were analyzed using SPSS. The results of the analysis state that the variable of the implementation of electronic government has a significant and positive effect on service quality.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang sangatlah cepat hingga menyentuh pada ranah industri transportasi di Indonesia. Salah satu transpotasi publik yang sudah memanfaatkan dengan kemajuan teknologi adalah PT. Gojek Indonesia yaitu transportasi publik berbasis online beroda dua. Transpotasi ini menyediakan jasa antar-jemput dan juga pesan-antar. Dengan kemunculan transportasi publik berbasisi online banyak penolakan yang dilakukan oleh transportasi konvensional, selain itu juga adanya pro dan kontro dengan kemunculan transportasi berbasisi online ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara-cara yang dilakukan oleh PT. Gojek Indonesia dalam mengembangkan transportasi publik berbasis online di Indonesia. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian pustaka dan kajian literatur (Library Research Or Literatur Riview) yaitu serangkaian penelitian yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka yang digali melalui jurnal ilmiah, buku, web, dll. Fokus penelitian ini ditekankan pada kepustakaan (Library Research Or Literatur Riview). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis SWOT dengan menganalisis lingkungan internal (IFAS) meliputi kekuatan dan kelemahan sedangkan, lingkungan eksternal (EFAS) meliputi peluang dan ancaman yang kemudian di implementasikan ke dalam bentuk matrik SWOT.

Abstract

In Jombang Regency, there are still many people with mental disabilities that need attention. If persons with mental disabilities are not considered, it will cause public problems in the form of social problems and cause unrest in the community. However, the Jombang District Government has issued regulations governing the welfare of disabilities. Efforts that can be made to improve the welfare of persons with disabilities are through empowerment. One of the mental disabilities empowerment efforts carried out in Jombang Regency is the creation of a mental disability program called the KAREPE DIMESEMI BOJO Program (Rehabilitation Area for Persons with Mental Prosperous Disabilities Mandiri, Jombang Regency). This study aims to determine the implementation of empowerment with mental disabilities through KAREPE DIMESEMI BOJO in Bongkot Village, Peterongan District, Jombang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The theoretical concept used is the concept of Purwanto and Sulistyastuti's Implementation Theory (2015: 86). The results of this study indicate six factors that determine the success or failure of an implementation process which is an indicator that has been fulfilled in the implementation of empowerment of mental disabilities through KAREPE DIMESEMI BOJO in Bongkot Village, Peterongan District, Jombang Regency. So in conclusion, the implementation of mental disability empowerment through KAREPE DIMESEMI BOJO in Bongkot Village, Peterongan District, Jombang Regency has been going well.

Abstract

The quality of public services is very important for the community, as a result of the interaction of aspects, service systems, human resources of service providers, strategies, and customers. The government issued a regulation concerning Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 4 Tahun 2010 about Integrated District Administration Services (PATEN), as a policy for service delivery at the sub-district level, covering the fields of licensing and non-licensing starting from the application stage to the issuance of documents in one place. This was followed up with the issuance of the Peraturan Bupati Sidoarjo Nomor 78 Tahun 2008 concerning Delegation of Part of the Authority of the Sidoarjo Regent to the Camat, and Peraturan Bupati Sidoarjo Nomor 18 Tahun 2009 concerning. Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Part of the Regent's authority delegated to the Camat. Then it is also supported by the Peraturan Bupati Sidoarjo Nomor 7 Tahun 2014 concerning Details of Duties, Functions, and Work Procedures of the District in Sidoarjo Regency. To support the government in providing quality public services, several local governments in Indonesia have built e-government systems, built and developed with large budgets and have been successfully implemented, but the level of user acceptance of the system and the level of service quality produced is still low. less than optimal. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of a web-based sub-district integrated administration service quality evaluation model (PATEN). The research used is descriptive and qualitative. Data collection is based on interviews and focuses on group discussions. Qualitative data analysis from Miles and Huberman (2014) to analyze the data, consisting of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The results of research in the field prove that the implementation of a web-based integrated service quality evaluation model (PATEN) in the Sukodono Regency Government of Sidoarjo Regency is developing well, adapting according to environmental conditions and changes as well as technology.
