Abstract

Abstract: The existence of venture capital businesses in all provinces was introduced through the Deregulation Package Policy dated 20 December 1988 which was followed by the issuance of Presidential Decree No. 61 of 1988. Although venture capital companies in the regions are referred to as sharia business capital, they have implemented sharia principles because in their financing, the business partner companies (PPU) that will receive financing do not carry out activities that are prohibited according to Islam.The purpose of this study is to analyze the magnitude and prove the effect that venture capital participation affects the income of the business partner company (PPU) in Palangka Raya from a sharia economic perspective. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. This research is categorized as an associative study which aims to determine the causal relationship. The results of this study indicate that the variable of venture capital participation has an effect on and increases the income of PPU after receiving venture capital participation.  Abstrak: Keberadaan usaha modal ventura di seluruh provinsi diperkenalkan melalui Kebijakan Paket Deregulasi tanggal 20 Desember 1988 yang diikuti dengan keluarnya Keputusan Presiden No. 61 Tahun 1988.. Meskipun perusahaan modal ventura di daerah meskipun belum bernama modal ventura syariah, namun sudah menjalankan prinsip-prinsip syariah karena dalam pembiayaannya, perusahaan pasangan usaha (PPU) yang akan mendapat pembiayaan tidak melakukan kegiatan yang dilarang menurut Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa besarnya dan membuktikan pengaruh bahwa penyertaan modal ventura berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan perusahaan pasangan usaha (PPU) di Palangka Raya ditinjau dari persepktif ekonomi syariah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian asosiatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel penyertaan modal ventura berpengaruh dan lebih meningkatkan pendapatan  PPU setelah menerima penyertaan modal ventura. Kata Kunci: Modal Ventura, Perusahaan Pasangan Usaha, Penyertaan

Abstract

Companies in the primary and chemical industry sector are involved in producing chemical substances. These industries process raw materials obtained through mining, agriculture, and other sources into materials, chemical substances, and chemical compounds to become final and intermediate products used in different industries. This study aims to investigate and prove the effect of managerial ownership and firm size on corporate environmental disclosure. The ratio used in this study is the percentage of managerial shares, total company assets, and corporate environmental disclosure reports. This is quantitative research with the type of ex-post facto (cause and effect) research. The population of this study is a manufacturing company in the primary and chemical industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method to obtain ten samples of primary and chemical industry companies from 2017 to 2021. The data analysis method used in this study was Eviews 12 software. The results of the model estimation test show that the selected model, the Random Effect Model (REM), becomes a regression analysis method. This study indicates that partially managerial ownership does not significantly affect environmental disclosure. Moreover, firm size gives positive findings and significantly affects corporate environmental disclosures. The R-Square value of this study is only 3.8% because the results of the F test state that managerial ownership and simultaneous firm size do not significantly affect corporate environmental disclosures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perizinan online dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan perizinan melalui Online Single Submission (OSS). Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan variabel independen perizinan online dan komitmen organisasi, variabel dependen kualitas pelayanan perizinan, serta variabel intervening OSS. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 70 orang dengan teknik sampel jenuh, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, serta observasi langsung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Smart PLS versi 3.3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung, perizinan online dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OSS. Perizinan online juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan, sedangkan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Secara tidak langsung, perizinan online dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan melalui OSS. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Barito Selatan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan perizinan berbasis OSS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of individual characteristics and organizational culture on performance mediated by job satisfaction at PT Monrad Intan Barakat, Banjar Regency. The respondents of this research were 58 employees of PT Monrad Intan Barakat Banjar Regency, with probability sampling technique or random. The analysis tool used the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results of the study found that (1) individual characteristics affect job satisfaction, (2) organizational culture affects job satisfaction, (3) individual characteristics do not affect performance, 4) organizational culture does not affect performance, and (5) job satisfaction has an effect on performance. performance. Meanwhile (6) Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of Individual Characteristics on Performance and (7) Job Satisfaction mediates the influence of Organizational Culture on Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether incentives, workload and geography have a significant effect simultaneously and/or partially and which of the independent variables has the most dominant effect on the performance of Covid-19 vaccinators. The scope of the study was Muara Teweh Regional Hospital and 17 health centers throughout North Barito Regency. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, F test, t test, and R2. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Covid-19 vaccinators; 2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Covid-19 vaccinators; 3) Geography has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Covid-19 vaccinators; 4) There is a simultaneous influence between Incentives, workload and Geography on the performance of Covid-19 vaccinators with an F-count value of 30.381 and a significance value of 0.000; 5) The Incentive variable is the most dominant variable on Vaccinator Performance with the largest β (Beta) coefficient value, namely 0.474.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui baik secara parsial dan simultan seberapa besar Pengaruh Pengaruh Profesionalisme Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja, dan Loyalitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Balangan serta variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Balangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan dengan populasi sebanyak 90 (Sembilan Puluh) orang, diambil sampel dengan teknik Purposive Sampling sebanyak 90 (Sembilan Puluh) orang, instrument penelitian uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi Klasik data – data diuji dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Profesionalisme Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja, dan Loyalitas Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Balangan, secara parsial Profesionalisme Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja, dan Loyalitas Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Balangan, dan pengaruh dominan adalah profesionalisme Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of tax revenue realization and planning on achieving the tax revenue target with service quality as a mediating variable at the Regional Revenue Service Unit (UPPD) Banjarmasin II. The population in this study is all people who pay taxes at the Banjarmasin II Regional Revenue Service Unit (UPPD) totaling 585 people, the data is taken from a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS Version 3. Abstract

Perkembangan industri perbankan syariah yang pesat di Indonesia belum diimbangi dengan kesiapan kerja lulusan perguruan tinggi, yang menjadi salah satu penyebab tingginya pengangguran terdidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman magang dan locus of control terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Perbankan Syariah, serta peran moderasi self efficacy dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Sampel sebanyak 53 mahasiswa Prodi Perbankan Syariah UIN Palangka Raya angkatan 2021 dipilih melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman magang dan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja (masing-masing p < 0,05), mendukung hipotesis H1 dan H2. Self efficacy memoderasi secara negatif hubungan pengalaman magang dengan kesiapan kerja (H3 diterima), namun tidak memoderasi hubungan locus of control dengan kesiapan kerja (H4 ditolak). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dengan mengonfirmasi pentingnya pengalaman praktik dan karakter psikologis dalam membentuk kesiapan kerja, serta menunjukkan bahwa peran moderasi self efficacy bersifat kontekstual. Implikasi praktisnya menekankan perlunya peningkatan kualitas program magang dan penguatan pengembangan karakter di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.
