Abstract

The problem of this research is how the implementation of the certification program PTSL in the village of Gunung Jati, Kendari and factors affecting the implementation of the certification program PTSL in the village of Gunung Jati, Kendari. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of a certification program PTSL in the village of Gunung Jati, Kendari and factors affecting the implementation of the certification program PTSL in the village of Gunung Jati, Kendari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained using literature studies, field studies, and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of the certification program PTSL in the village of Gunung Jati, Kendari through the stages of counseling, data collection, measurement, adjukasi committee hearings, announcement and endorsement, as well as the issuance of the certificate has been running well and are in accordance with the terms and conditions determined. However, in the implementation of PTSL there are factors that affect the implementation, namely: communication factors, human resources, and the structure of the bureaucracy as the factors that most influence. Meanwhile, the disposition factors or characteristics of the factors most implementor as little influence.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia berkomitmen dalam mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) yang mesti dicapai pada 2030. Melalui Perpres No 59 Tahun 2017 tentang Pelaksanaan Pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. pada tingkat lokal, pemerintah daerah Kota Kendari turut berpartisipasi dalam mendukung pelaksanaan tujuan SDGs melalui penyusunan Rencana Aksi Daerah (RAD) SDGs dengan mengintegrasikan program masing-masing Organisasi Pemerintah Deerah (OPD) terhadap target-target di dalam SDGs salah satunya melalui program Dinas Sosial dalam pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa proses collaborative governance pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam upaya pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) di Kota Kendari. Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan konsep proses collaborative governance dari Ansell dan Gash (2008). Hasil studi ini menemukan bahwa pelaksanaan PKH di Kota Kendari dalam upaya pencapaian SDGs telah melibatkan partisipasi berbagai aktor pemerintah maupun non pemerintah dan PKH mampu untuk mengurangi kemiskinan yang selaras dengan tujuan SDGs ke 1. Namun berbagai kendala dan tantangan juga hadir dalam pelaksanaan PKH dalam pencapaian SDGs di Kota Kendari seperti minimnya keterlibatan sektor privat dan keterbatasan pendanaan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and top management support on the performance of Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government employees. This type of data is quantitative data sourced from 673 employee respondents using a questionnaire instrument in the form of a google form as a data collection technique. The sampling technique is random sampling. The data was processed using the SPSS Version 25 statistical package program and analyzed by multiple regression. The results showed that organizational culture and top management support had a significant effect on performance. The more consistent the implementation of organizational culture and the stronger the support of top management, it will have a positive impact on improving employee performance to encourage innovation, so that organizational culture and top management support are strategic assets to improve performance internally

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Antam Tbk. UBPN Kolaka, The type of data is quantitative data sourced from 108 employee respondents using a questionnaire instrument in the form of a Google form as a data collection technique. The sampling technique is random sampling. The data were processed using statistical tests and analyzed by multiple regression. The results of the study show that, partially, the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, but it needs to be explained that, in general, the employees surveyed are those who work in open spaces (not in offices/buildings), on the contrary, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously showed a significant influence between the driving environment and work motivation on employee performance.
