Abstract

The problem of this research is how the implementation of the certification program PTSL in the village of Gunung Jati, Kendari and factors affecting the implementation of the certification program PTSL in the village of Gunung Jati, Kendari. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of a certification program PTSL in the village of Gunung Jati, Kendari and factors affecting the implementation of the certification program PTSL in the village of Gunung Jati, Kendari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained using literature studies, field studies, and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of the certification program PTSL in the village of Gunung Jati, Kendari through the stages of counseling, data collection, measurement, adjukasi committee hearings, announcement and endorsement, as well as the issuance of the certificate has been running well and are in accordance with the terms and conditions determined. However, in the implementation of PTSL there are factors that affect the implementation, namely: communication factors, human resources, and the structure of the bureaucracy as the factors that most influence. Meanwhile, the disposition factors or characteristics of the factors most implementor as little influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the provision of direct compensation in improving the performance of employees of HB Beach Buton Utara Hotel.The research method used is "quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The population of this research is all employees of HB Beach Buton Utara Hotel, namely 15 people. The sampling technique is done by total sampling. Data analysis in this research was carried out by means of quantitative descriptive which is to provide an overview of providing direct compensation in improving employee performance. Based on the formulation of the research problem, it can be concluded that the provision of direct compensation at HB Beach Buton Utara Hotel on salary indicators is 48.67%, incentives 57.73%, and allowances 50%, while employee performance at HB Beach Buton Utara Hotel on indicators of work quality namely 64.47%, the quantity of work 57.73%, timeliness 53.33%, and cooperation 53.33%. Seeing this, in this study, the provision of compensation to employees of HB Beach North Buton Hotel can improve employee performance because the company always pays attention to payday and the provision of incentives and benefits based on employee performance and workload. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pemberian kompensasi langsung dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Hotel HB Beach Buton Utara.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah “pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, koesioner, dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh  karyawan Hotel HB Beach Buton Utara yaitu sebanyak 15 orang. Teknik penetuan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu memberikan gambaran tentang pemberian kompensasi langsung dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Berdasarkan rumusan masalah penelitian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pemberian kompensasi langsung di Hotel HB Beach Buton Utara pada indikator gaji yaitu 48,67%, insentif 57,73%, dan tunjangan 50%, sedangkan kinerja karyawan  Hotel HB Beach Buton Utara pada indikator kualitas  kerja yaitu 64,47%, kuantitas kerja 57,73%, ketepatan waktu 53,33%, dan kerjasama 53,33%. Melihat hal tersebut maka pada penelitian ini, pemberian kompensasi kepada karyawan Hotel HB Beach Buton Utara dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sebab pihak perusahaan selalu memperhatikan waktu gajian dan pemberian insentif dan tunjangan berdasarkan pada prestasi dan bobot kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Kompensasi  langsung, kinerja karyawan
