Abstract

Budaya organisasi merupakan sistem penyebaran kepercayaan dan nilai-nilai yang berkembang dalam suatu organisasi dan mengarahkan perilaku anggota-anggotanya. Budaya organisasi dapat menjadi instrumen keunggulan kompetitif yang utama, yaitu bila budaya organisasi mendukung strategi organisasi, dan bila budaya organisasi dapat menjawab atau mengatasi tantangan lingkungan dengan cepat dan tepat. Unsur - unsur ini menjadi dasar untuk mengawasi perilaku karyawan, cara mereka berfikir, kerja sama dan berinterkasi dengan lingkungannya. Jika budaya organisasi baik, maka akan dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja karyawan dan akan dapat menyumbangkan keberhasilan kepada organisasi. Kondisi yang ada saat ini masih belum meratanya sosialisasi dan pemahaman pegawaii atas budaya organisasi yang diterapkan. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang diterapkan pada pegawai Universitas Pembangunan Pancabudi Medan menunjukkan bahwa telah terlaksananya pemahaman pegawai tentang budaya organisasi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerjanya dengan memberi anggota identitas organisasional, menjadikan organisasi diakui sebagai organisasi yang inovatif dengan mengembangkan produk baru.

Abstract

The characteristics of organizational culture can have a significant impact on the performance of teachers in schools. Some characteristics of organizational culture that can influence teacher performance are as follows: task orientation, communication, social support, recognition, and learning culture. Research is conducted with a procedure or work stages starting from the preparation phase where the research team prepares a review of relevant theories related to the research being conducted, discussions, sharing of knowledge, and literature searches are activities in this phase. Then, initial observation is carried out on the problem, followed by submitting written questions to the respondents in the form of a questionnaire, and then the data is collected, tested, analyzed, and evaluated.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the understanding of family household management, to determine the application of management to budgeting, to determine the obstacles in the application of family financial management and to see whether there is an influence of internalization on family financial management in the Berastagi area, whose income depends on the production of vegetables, fruits. fruit and tourism. This form of research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research used descriptive method. The results showed that the family's understanding of family financial planning was still not optimal. The reasons for not making financial planning are 1. uncertain income, still uneven level of education. Lack of interest in making financial planning by doing consistent financial planning for three months.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative model, and while the respondents in this study are all employees who are in the company Parkson Center Point Medan which amounts to 33 people. The data in this study is primary by using questionnaires and distribution of questionnaires to employees. From the results of research data processing, obtained number 2,426> table 1.69, the conclusion is that the Compensation variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. And the results of research data processing, obtained number 3,895> table 1.69 then the conclusion is that the communication variable (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Institutional Ownership, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Leverage Against Tax Avoidance In Construction Subsector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 –2019, this research consists of 16 Construction Subsector companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesian Effect. by using the type of associative research analysis with data design the panel is a combination of time series data and cross-sectional data. The type of data used is panel data (pooled data), Regression analysis panel data with Fixed Effect Model (FEM) estimation method and reviews 10 SV programs. Hypothesis testing carried out is the Coefficient of Determination Test (R Square), F Test, and t-test. The results of the study show that the institutional ownership variable affects negative and positive effects on tax avoidance, Profitability Variable positive effect, and positive effect on tax avoidance. Variable Sales growth has a positive and positive effect on tax evasion. Leverage has a negative and positive effect on tax evasion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the partial and simultaneous effects of leadership and incentive on employee’s performance at Hamparan Perak district. The Likert scale approach was utilized to collect data for this study, which employed quantitative methodologies. Using complete sampling, 60 employees from the Hamparan Perak district served as the study's subjects. The study's findings showed that, first, leadership significantly and favorably affects employee performance, as seen by the tcount > ttable value of 6.534 > 1.764, a result value of 0.559, and a sig value of 0.005 < 0.05. Second, tcount > ttable, which is 6.859 ˃ 1.764 with a result value of 0.540 and a sig value of 0.002 < 0.05, indicates that incentive have a positive and substantial impact on employee’s performance. Third, the results of the fcount > ftable, which are 11.897 > 2.608 with a result value of 0.721 and Sig value < 0.05 then 0.004 > 0.05, were obtained concurrently with the F test, demonstrating that leadership and incentives have a significant and positive impact on employee’s performance at Hamparan Perak district.
