Abstract

This study aims to analyze the travel cost tourist should pay, to find out the factors that influence visiting frequency, and  economics value of the Pahawang Island tour garden in Pesawaran Regency based on travel cost analysis.  The research used survey method in which location was chosen purposively in Pahawang Island tour garden, Marga Punduh Subdistrict of Pesawaran regency.  The respondents are 40 tourists who were visiting Pahawang Island tour garden of Pesawaran Regency.  Data of this research were collected in April-Desember 2016 and analyzed by linear multiple and travel cost analysis.  The result showed that the average of tourist travel cost were Rp459.726.  The factors influenced visiting frequency were distance and travel cost.  The amount of economics value of Pahawang island tour garden were Rp6,944,262,295,082.  Key words: economics value, travel cost, visiting frequency

Abstract

This research purposes to: (1) analyze the farming financial feasibility of honey pineapple, and (2) know the priority strategies that must be done for the farming development of honey pineapple. This research was located in East Lampung District which was chosen purposively. Respondents taken were 67 farmers. The first purpose was analyzed quantitatively by financial analysis (Net B/C, NPV, IRR and Payback Periode) using compounding factor (CF) and discount factor (DF) 14%. The second purpose was analyzed descriptively by SWOT analysis. The result showed that the farming of honey pineapple in East Lampung is feasible and profitable. Financially the farming was feasible because the value of  NPV and Net B/C were bigger than 1, and the value of IRR was bigger than interest rate. The priority strategies for Farming Development of honey pineapple were ;  (1) utilizing fertile and vast field to increase the production for market domination (2) utilizing the easily available production facilities and suitable climate to increase the production, (3) producing good quality of goods to dominate the market.Key words :  developments strategic, financial analysis,and honey pineapple

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to know the feasibility of bokar processing business.  It was conducted in Mulyo Kencono Village, the Central of Tulang Bawang of Western Tulang Bawang Regency in April to June 2015. The research sample of 60 people were taken from 269 people of the population.  Financial analysis was done by discount factor and compounding factor and then analyzed by four investment criteria: Net B/C, Gross B/C, NPV, and IRR.  The results from the obtained analysis showed that Net B/C was1.58; Gross B/C was 1.08; NPV was Rp95,051,373.41; and IRR was 20 percent. The obtained four investment criteria showed that bokar processing was feasible to be continued.  This research in line with the previous research on a nursery rubber, that the business had been done for business operators was feasible to be continued. In addition, analysis of the scale of venture was done by comparing the number of investment and total business revenues per year against business criteria scale based on UU RI No. 20 in the year of 2008 on micro business, small, and medium. Bokar processing business was a micro business with the level of investment during a period was Rp9,912,860.85 and revenue in a year was Rp33,664,813.13. Key words: financial, marketing, rubber

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the performance of the inventory control and agroindustry development strategy banana chips. Site selection was done in the chips industry center Bandar Lampung City. Sampling was done offender census on members of banana agroindustry business group. Data analysis methods used was the analysis of economic order quantity (EOQ), SWOT and AHP. The results showed that the control of inventory through the ordering of raw materials and production capacity adjusted to do with intersystem messaging. The production process is generally carried out every 3 times a week with raw material price of Rp 3500,- per comb. Agroindustry development strategy banana chips were utilizing fabric of cooperation with other parties in the application of science and technology in order to produce quality products, banana chips, giving a sense of innovation so that the amount of consumer interest and increasing demand for banana chip, and optimization of infrastructure and facilities wereowned agroindustries effective and efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to assess: (1) financial feasibility of sengon agribusiness of people, (2) sensitivity of financial feasibility, (3) prospects for the development of sengon agribusiness of people. This research was conducted in the Kedaung and Sumber Agung village, Kemiling Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City were selected purposively. Respondents taken a census of 16 people who are farmers of sengon people. The first aim was analyzed using several criteria for measuring investment feasibility. The second aim was analyzed using sensitivity analysis with possibility of decline in production sengon of 11.15%, decrease in selling prices of timber sengon of 17.24%, and increase in production costs by 30%. The third aim assessed by quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) farm sengon is financially feasible to cultivated indicated by the value of NPV Rp97.068.096,99, IRR of 76.96% is greater than the interest rate used is 19.25%, Gross B/C 4.26, Net B/C of 4.81 and PP for 5 years 8 months of age economical business for 6 years, (2) sengon farming is still feasible to decrease production by 11, 15%, decrease in selling prices of timber sengon by 17.24%, and the increase in production costs by 30%, (3) prospects for the development of highly prospective of sengon agribusiness of people or good to be developed.
