Abstract

PT. XYZ. adalah sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang tekstil. Tingkat produktivitas untuk main product belum maksimal karena proses produksi belum efisien. Peningkatan efisiensi proses dapat dilakukan dengan metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Metode DEA menargetkan pencapaian efisiensi yang maksimal dengan kendala relatif efisiensi seluruh unit sama dengan satu. Hasil pengukuran efisiensi relatif terhadap 12 Decision Making Unit (DMU) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 DMU yang kurang efisien, sedangkan 7 DMU telah efisien karena memiliki nilai efisiensi relatif sama dengan satu. Strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi adalah dengan melakukan penambahan atau pengurangan operator (disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan DMU), mengurangi jam kerja dengan menambahkan jumlah mesin yang beroperasi, mengevaluasi mesin yang tidak produktif serta menyesuaikan kebutuhan bahan baku.  Kata kunci : Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), Decision Making Unit (DMU), efisiensi, produktivitas

Abstract

PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang produksi pembuatan benang. Salah satu produk yang dihasilkan yaitu benang P100 (Polyester 100%). Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah berlebihnya target produksi disebabkan karena adanya aktivitas yang tidak bernilai tambah (waste). Untuk itu digunakan pendekatan lean manufacturing untuk mengurangi waste pada proses produksi benang ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah Waste Assessment Model (WAM) untuk mengidentifikasi waste yang dominan pada proses pembuatan benang P100 (Polyester 100%) dan Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT) untuk memilih detail mapping tools. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan, diperoleh waste yang paling dominan adalah overproduction, inventory, dan motion. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang diberikan yaitu penambahan alat bantu (handtruck) pada pengambilan sliver di proses drawing , penambahan operator pada proses winding, melakukan forecasting untuk mengurangi waste overproduction, menerapkan metode pengendalian persediaan untuk mengurangi waste inventory, dan melakukan penukaran tata letak ruang QC dengan ruang shift untuk mengurangi waste motion. Hasil evaluasi rekomendasi diperoleh penurunan lead time dari 133,13 menit menjadi 115,13 menit dan usulan perbaikan ini meningkatkan nilai PCE dari 48,85% menjadi 56,46%. Kata kunci  : Lean Manufacturing, Waste, WAM , VALSAT ,  Lead Time, PCE

Abstract

Improvement of Textile Industry system design with Six Sigma and FMEA to improve process quality. Six Sigma is a method of continuous quality improvement, by minimizing the number of defects. FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) tool is used to help determine the appropriate action, eliminating priority failure modes. The next step to improve to determine the most influential factor to the occurrence of color defects, so that the influence of the interference factor is minimum. If the control function is carried out and the factors causing the defect do not appear again there will be an increase in sigma value. FMEA analysis results obtained by machine temperature and material factors that most influence the occurrence of color defects, with RPN values of 210 and 120 respectively, the Six Sigma calculation results an increase in sigma value from initial conditions of 3.78 sigma to 4.93 sigma, or an increase in process capability of 1.15 sigma. Proposed improvements with DOE so that color defects do not appear are suggested by setting the thermosol engine temperature control device and mixing the optimized NaCl. Abstract

Line queue up is to represent phenomenon which often happened when request to an service periodically exceed capacities by then. Puskesmas Semanan represent one of the health service sector which in it give service to certain society during is often given on to less well-balanced situation among/between service time given by officer with arrival storey; level from all patient. This matter is caused by penataletakan of less up to standard job/activity station, So that cause line queue up very long. To overcome this matter, hence used by queue method, is so that expected can lessen expense await and lay time old ones. As for stages; steps which is used in this trouble-shooting that is : antecedent observation as a mean to know existing problem globally, formulation of is problem of, determination of is target of research, research methodologies, survey which good for collecting needed by data that is station work early, time between arrival, service time early, employees salary and earnings from all patient, data sale of ticket 4 the last year and after repair of job/activity station, reassembled by service time data after repair. After data gathered, to be done/conducted by test sufficiency of data, data distribution test, data analysis with queue method, forecasting 5 year come, determination of is amount of optimal station and make conclusion. By doing/conducting repair of job/activity station, hence can improve service time efficiency equal to 28,3 %, namely from 2,5079 minute / patient become 1,7970 minute / patient. Abstract

Execution giving of employees grounding and incentive represent one of the conservancy of very important employees to maintain employees which with quality. For that, hence PT. XYZ try to maintain its employees which have had ability, membership, loyality and pushing him/ it so that/ to be having high performance through giving of incentive and intensify execution training of employees. Data collecting done with questionayre (enquette). Obtained to be data to be analyzed constructively SPSS version computer 11.5. onclusion 1) Pursuant to result of analysis test regression, especially test F ( test variance) indicating that variable gift of training and incentive by together have influence which is significant to employees performance. PT XY Z, where Fhitung variable value gift of training and incentive to employees performance equal to 62,213 > Ftabel = 3,25 2) Pursuant to result of regression analysis, especially test t indicate that variable influence gift of incentive to employees performance. PT XYZ is positive and significant, where t calculates bigger than t of is tables of 3) from result of analysis test t obtained by training variable influence to PT XYZ employee’s performance is positive and significant, because t value count/calculate bigger than t value of is tables of.
