Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas sistem hutang piutang dan pembagian hasil tangkapan ikan antara Anak Buah Kapal (ABK) dan pemilik kapal di Desa Kalibuntu dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem hutang piutang yang diterapkan dapat membantu ABK secara finansial, namun menimbulkan keterikatan kerja yang berisiko membatasi kebebasan mereka. Pembagian hasil tangkapan ikan juga cenderung lebih menguntungkan pemilik kapal dibandingkan ABK, yang turut menanggung biaya operasional. Dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah, praktik ini masih memerlukan perbaikan agar lebih adil dan transparan. Sebagai rekomendasi, disarankan penerapan sistem pinjaman yang lebih fleksibel serta pembiayaan berbasis syariah seperti qardhul hasan atau koperasi syariah untuk mengurangi ketergantungan ABK pada pemilik kapal. Selain itu, transparansi dalam pembagian hasil perlu ditingkatkan untuk memastikan keadilan bagi semua pihak. Abstract This study examines the debt system and the distribution of fish catches between Crew Members (ABK) and ship owners in Kalibuntu Village from an Islamic economic perspective. The findings indicate that the implemented debt system provides financial assistance to ABK but also creates a work dependency that risks limiting their freedom. The distribution of fish catches tends to favor ship owners more than ABK, who also bear operational costs. From an Islamic economic perspective, this practice still requires improvements to ensure greater fairness and transparency. As a recommendation, it is suggested to implement a more flexible loan system and adopt Islamic financing methods such as qardhul hasan or Sharia cooperatives to reduce ABK’s dependence on ship owners. Additionally, transparency in profit-sharing should be enhanced to ensure fairness for all parties. Keywords: Islamic Economics, Debt and Credit, Profit Sharing, Crew Members, Ship Owners.

Abstract

Abstrak Investasi emas menjadi pilihan yang banyak diminati dalam perencanaan keuangan jangka panjang karena harganya yang cenderung stabil dan mengalami peningkatan waktu. Pegadaian Syariah Probolinggo menyediakan produk tabungan emas yang memudahkan masyarakat untuk menabung emas secara bertahap, namun tidak semua nasabah memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai strategi keuangan jangka panjang dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan 10 orang Nasabah serta 3 Pegawai Pegadaian Syariah Probolinggo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nasabah memiliki beragam pola dalam mengelola tabungan emas, seperti menabung secara rutin, membeli emas saat harga turun, serta menjedikannya sebagai dana darurat. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pemahaman megenai waktu yang tepat untuk membeli dan mencairkan emas. Oleh karena itu, di perlukan edukasi lebih lanjut agar nasabah dapat memaksimalkan manfaat tabungan emas dalam perencanaan keuangan mereka. Kata Kunci: Tabungan emas, edukasi nasabah, investasi emas, perencanaan keuangan, strategi keuangan.   Abstract Gold investment is a popular choice in long-term financial planning because its price tends to stabilize and increase over time. Pegadaian Syariah Probolinggo provides gold savings products that make it easy for people to save gold gradually, but not all customers have a good understanding of long-term financial strategies using qualitative methods through case studies, where data is collected through interviews with 10 customers and 3 employees of Pegadaian Syariah Probolinggo. The results showed that customers have various patterns in managing gold savings, such as saving regularly, buying gold when the price drops, and using it as an emergency fund. The main challenge faced is the lack of understanding about the right time to buy and cash out gold. Therefore, further education is needed so that customers can maximize the benefits of gold savings in their financial planning. Abstract

The problem of unemployment is a problem that is very difficult to avoid and can be avoided by a country or region, causing social problems such as crime and economic problems. This condition can reduce people's welfare and purchasing power. The lower the country's unemployment rate, the richer people live and vice versa. To overcome the problem of unemployment, attention is needed not only from a micro point of view, but also from a macro point of view. Macro policy is very important. One of the things to watch out for is inflation and economic growth. This research aims to determine the influence of the inflation rate and unemployment rate on economic growth in East Java, and to determine the variables that most dominantly influence economic growth in East Java. This study examines the influence of inflation and economic growth on unemployment in East Java. The data used in this research includes secondary data from the Finnish Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and browsing. Online site as support. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Keyword:Inflation, Unemployment, and Economic Growth.

Abstract

This training was conducted due to the lack of public understanding of the procedures for handling corpses in accordance with Islamic law. This problem is often experienced by people who do not have a good religious education background. And the process of handling corpses tends to rely only on certain figures so that the process tends to be slow. This training was conducted at the Al-Ikhlas Mosque, Gading Kulon Village, Probolinggo and the participants were the caretakers and the general public. This training aims to improve understanding of handling corpses in accordance with Islamic law. And the material presented is the procedures for bathing, shrouding, praying and burying the corpse. And the impact of this training is that the caretakers and the local community gain an understanding of the procedures for handling corpses properly and in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

Community service through the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) program in Blado Kulon Village, Tegal Siwalan District, Probolinggo Regency was carried out using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. This approach was chosen because it emphasizes the utilization of community assets, strengths, and local potential, particularly in the tilapia fish farming sector, which serves as the village’s main asset. Through the ABCD method and Appreciative Inquiry, the mentoring process was implemented in five key stages: discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny. This program focused on developing community capacity, especially among members of the Mina Mandiri tilapia farming group (POKDAKAN), in enhancing their knowledge and skills in digital marketing. The results of the program indicate positive changes within the community, particularly in business management, mindset, and the ability to utilize social media as a marketing platform. Training activities, including the creation of Shopee and Lazada accounts and the optimization of WhatsApp Business, contributed to increased creativity and independence in promoting tilapia farming products. These findings reinforce that the ABCD approach effectively fosters self-reliance, confidence, and empowerment within the community to develop its local potential. Overall, the digital marketing assistance program based on local assets proved effective in improving the capacity of the Blado Kulon Village community. This initiative is expected to serve as an initial step toward further business innovation development and strengthening the village economy through community-based assets.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pendampingan inovasi produksi usaha kripik singkong di Dusun Gazal, Desa Kotaanyar, Kecamatan Kotaanyar, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat adalah masih rendahnya nilai tambah produk singkong, keterbatasan inovasi produksi, kurang menariknya kemasan produk, serta lemahnya strategi pemasaran yang menyebabkan usaha belum berkembang secara optimal. Melalui program pendampingan ini, dilakukan berbagai kegiatan meliputi pelatihan pengolahan kripik singkong yang higienis dan inovatif, pengembangan variasi rasa, perbaikan desain kemasan, serta pendampingan pemasaran berbasis digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif (participatory approach) dengan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam setiap tahapan kegiatan, mulai dari identifikasi masalah, pelatihan, praktik produksi, hingga evaluasi program. Selain itu, pendampingan juga dilakukan dalam aspek manajemen usaha dan penguatan motivasi kewirausahaan masyarakat agar pelaku UMKM mampu mengembangkan usaha secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam proses produksi kripik singkong, meningkatnya kualitas dan daya tarik produk, serta bertambahnya pemahaman pelaku usaha mengenai pemasaran digital dan pengelolaan usaha. Program ini juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan peluang peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pendampingan UMKM ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu model pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat berbasis potensi lokal yang berkelanjutan.
