Abstract

Leadership and personality are two concepts that are interrelated and influence each other. A person's personality can affect their leadership style, and a person's leadership style can also affect their personality. This research aims to discuss the Philosophy of Leadership and Personality by using the literature research method. The results of this study discuss the relationship between leadership and individual personality. A person's personality is influenced by genetics, environment, life experiences, and social interactions, and personality concepts such as character, temperament, traits, types, and habits are interrelated and influence each other. In addition, there are various types of leadership such as authoritarian, paternalistic, charismatic, democratic, and militaristic. Leadership itself is the process of motivating others to achieve predetermined goals. This research also discusses the definition of personality from various schools of psychology such as psychoanalysis, behaviorism, cognitive psychology, humanism, and neuroscience. Further research can be done to explore how these factors influence the formation of personality and how this can affect one's ability to lead.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Safari Ramadhan program to increase social and religious values. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive evaluation study type method. The data collection instrument used was interview. The technique used in sampling was random sampling with 3 organizers or respondents. This research was conducted to obtain data and generate conclusions in the field regarding the evaluation of the Ramadhan safari program, using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process and Product). The results of this study indicate that the program carried out is in accordance with what was expected by the committee, with the large number of activity participants and enthusiastic support from the surrounding community in the area of ​​the activity so that social and religious values ​​in society can be felt by the santri and the surrounding community, Recommendations for development the next activity to develop more collaborative activities is even better, flyers or information through social media is further enhanced so that the scope can be expanded. The strategy carried out by the Santri Communication Forum (FKS) of Ra'as District, Sumenep Regency in internalizing social and religious values, based on the findings of researchers in the field, is to carry out program planning, approach members and provide examples. The results of internalizing social and religious values in improving the quality of members The Santri Communication Forum (FKS) means that members can understand and practice social and religious values, members get good grades, by internalizing the santri to have a religious character in terms of increasing their faith and devotion to Allah SWT.

Abstract

Kos makan santri play an important role in supporting the welfare, productivity, and efficiency of santri learning time in pesantren. Programs such as kos mara at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School are examples of successful initiatives in regulating santri consumption patterns and increasing the economic stability of the pesantren. The relationship between efficiency, effectiveness and productivity is an important focus in achieving the objectives of santri activities in pesantren. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to explain or analyze the boarding school meal cost in business process management to optimize productivity, efficiency in supporting the effectiveness of student activities at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Arabic is a compulsory subject in madrasas at both Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Madrasah Aliyah levels. So to achieve maximum Arabic language learning, an appropriate Arabic language learning curriculum is needed. And one aspect that can influence the success of the curriculum is empowerment in the field of management or curriculum management in the educational institution concerned. Curriculum management at the educational unit or school level needs to be coordinated by the leadership of the institution which is developed integrally, namely combining spirituality, attitudes and knowledge in the Curriculum Level. Education Unit (KTSP) and adjusted to the vision and mission of the education concerned. The implementation of the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) will be of added value for school or madrasa principals, school committees, supervisors, related agencies and teachers to be able to discuss to formulate an Arabic language curriculum that suits the needs of the institution, environment and can create a learning atmosphere in the learning process which is fun for students and ultimately students can develop themselves optimally according to their talents and interests. The weakness of implementing the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) is that most of the teaching staff or teachers are not yet accustomed to developing learning curriculum models, especially in Arabic. Remembering that previously they only had experience implementing the curriculum instantly. Also, the different abilities of teachers make the implementation of the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) less than optimal.

Abstract

علم النحو هو علم خاص له جاذِبِيَّة لِمحبّي اللغة العربية. علم النحو هو أحد دراسات قواعد اللغة العربية التي تناقش عن تركيب الجملة وتغيير أواخر الكلمات فى اللغة العربية. ويتعميق علم النحو سيسهل لمتعلمي اللغة العربية لفهمها ولمعرفة المواقع من كل الكلمات فى الجملة كمثل الاسم والفعل والحرف والمفعول به والظرف وما إلى ذلك. إن حضور علم النحو فى الدراسات الإسلامية له تأثير كبير ومفيد في دراسة علوم اللغة العربية. وكون علم النحو لأن اللحون الكثيرة الموجودة في قراءة أواخر الكلمة ولحفظ اللغة العربية لكي لا يزال محفوظا من اللحون في تطبيق اللغة العربية. الاستنتاج من هذه الأبحاث أن القواعد النحوية التي درس بها المتعلمون خاصة للمتعلمي اللغة العربية ليس شيء جديد ومستعد قبله ولكن قد اجتهد بها أهل النحاة بالأسس الأربعة في صياغة القواعد النحوية وهي السمع والاجماع والقياس والاستصحاب. ولو اختلف أهل النحاة عن مصادر الأسس  في صياغة القواعد النحوية ولكن قد اتفقوا أن السمع والاجماع والقياس من مصادر الأسس القوية. والاستصحاب يكون الأساس الضعيف من الأخرى. ومن ناحية أخرى قد يستخدم في صياغة القواعد النحوية.

Abstract

Background: Obesity is a pathological condition due to excessive fat accumulation than is needed for body function. Pregnant women with overweight and obesity are at high risk and have been shown to be associated with increased complications in pregnancy. Cesarean section is a surgery to deliver a fetus by opening the abdominal wall and uterine wall. Generally, in cesarean section, spinal anesthesia is performed. Objective: to determine the hemodynamic picture of obese caesarean section patients with spinal anesthesia. Method: The method used is observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach and consecutive sampling technique. Data analysis uses parametric statistics. The data in this study are the results of differences in obese and non-obese patients. Data collection techniques in this study include documentation and observation. Results: The pre-anesthesia results obtained an average systolic blood pressure = 138.31 ± 17.528, an average diastolic blood pressure = 82.54 ± 10.643 and an average pulse of 100.69 ± 15.315, while the results after 5 minutes obtained an average systolic blood pressure of 105.31 ± 12.572, an average diastolic blood pressure of 61.15 ± 11.753 and an average pulse of 99.54 ± 18.963. Conclusion: Changes in blood pressure and pulse before spinal anesthesia with after spinal anesthesia in obese patients undergoing cesarean section showed a decrease in blood pressure and pulse in the 5th minute after injection.

Abstract

Background: Surgery is a medical procedure that uses invasive techniques by opening or displaying the body part to be treated through an incision that ends with closing and suturing the wound. That 90% of patients who will undergo surgery experience anxiety.) Health education about surgical preparation is needed to anticipate unwanted anxiety levels. If the patient's knowledge is good about surgical preparation, then the patient can improve their coping skills against anxiety. Audio-visual tools have very good sophistication because they can provide stimulation to sight and hearing in receiving information that can be seen and heard. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of providing SAB educational videos on anxiety in patients with regional anesthesia. Research Methods: This study is a pre-experiment with a one group pretest and post-test design. The sampling technique in this study was Purposive sampling, This study was conducted in April - May 2024. Results: Based on the Paired Test obtained sig (2-tailed) of 2.75x10-9 which means less than 0.05, it is concluded that the provision of SAB videos affects the level of patient anxiety when undergoing pre-regional anesthesia. Conclusion: There is a difference in anxiety in patients with Pre-Regional Anesthesia before and after the provision of SAB video education.

Abstract

Childbirth is a task for a woman or mother that must be faced with fortitude, although they often feel anxious in facing childbirth. There are two ways in the process of normal or natural childbirth and childbirth by cesarean section or often also called cesarean section or sectio caesaria. to determine the effectiveness of providing music therapy on the level of anxiety pre-operative sectio caesarea. The design used in this study was using Quasi Experiment with a one group Pretest and Posttest approach. The number of samples was 20 with the Wilcoxon statistical test. The level of anxiety before giving music therapy in the severe category was 19 people (95%) and the moderate category was 1 person (5%), 2. While for the level of anxiety after giving music therapy in the moderate category 3 people (15%), the mild category 15 people (75%) and the category of no anxiety 2 people (10%). The results of the difference test before and after music therapy on the level of anxiety of pre-operative sectio caesarea patients with a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Music therapy is effective for anxiety in pre-operative caesarean section patients.

Abstract

Post-Cesarean Section (CS) patients often experience anxiety that can hinder the recovery process. Limited time for health workers to provide comprehensive education is one of the main factors causing a lack of patient understanding of post-CS care. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of providing video-based education and interactive sessions in reducing anxiety in post-CS patients. The methods used include socialization, video-based training, direct practice, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results showed an increase in patient understanding and compliance with post-CS care and a significant decrease in anxiety levels. Video-based education has been shown to be effective in helping patients understand recovery procedures better and reducing dependence on analgesics. Therefore, the implementation of similar education methods is recommended in health services to improve the quality of recovery in post-CS patients

Abstract

ABSTRAK Di era digital saat ini, mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan salah satu indikator peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi adalah penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi seperti Kuis, yang dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menyenangkan dan memotivasi siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif. Pembelajaran bahasa Arab di sekolah agama Sekolah-sekolah agama masih menghadapi banyak tantangan, termasuk rendahnya motivasi siswa, kesulitan Dalam penguasaan kosakata dan tata bahasa, dan terbatasnya penggunaan media pembelajaran digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan aplikasi Quiziz terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Arab siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 2 Propolingo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi eksperimen jenis desain pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas: Kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan kuis untuk pembelajaran, dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode tradisional. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes pilihan ganda yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan, dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t dan uji N. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Kuis dapat menjadi metode pengajaran alternatif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Arab siswa Kata kunci: Aplikasi quizizz, bahasa Arab, hasil belajar, pembelajaran interaktif, teknologi pendidikan.
