Abstract

Dewasa ini, peternakan ayam broiler adalah salah satu bisnis yang populer dan banyak diminati oleh para peternak di Indonesia. Faktor pertumbuhan yang cepat dan durasi masa beternak yang pendek merupakan alasan yang paling penting bagi para peternak, Karena hal ini berkaitan erat dengan perputaran modal dan omset usaha. Namun, faktor kegagalan yang diakibatkan oleh virus dan fluktuasi suhu merupakan salah satu aspek yang menghambat suksesnya panen. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, sebelumnya telah banyak penelitian sistem otomasi untuk mengontrol suhu sebagai salah satu bentuk solusi. Penelitian ini melengkapi penelitian sebelumnya dengan menambahkan parameter pemantauan suhu melalui web. Jadi, pemantauan dapat dilakukan di mana-mana sebagai salah satu bentuk implementasi IoT. Keuntungannya sistem ini adalah peternak bisa fokus kepada perawatan pakan dan aspek lain yang mendukung keberhasilan panen. Perancangan sistem telah berhasil diimplementasikan untuk mencapai suhu ideal kandang dengan data yang dapat ditampilkan secara real time, melalui ESP826 sebagai perangkat komunikasi antara Arduino dan web.

Abstract

Modbus (Modicon bus) merupakan protokol yang memegang peranan penting dalam proses komunikasi data antar device di Industri, termasuk didalamnya antara PLC dengan Human Machine Interface (HMI) dan sistem lainnya. Untuk memahami bagaimana protokol ini bekerja, pilihannya adalah dengan cara praktek langsung di industri atau membeli kit praktikum yang sudah jadi. Namun kedua pilihan tersebut memerlukan alokasi waktu khusus dan biaya yang cukup mahal. Salah satu solusi untuk memecahkan persoalan ini adalah dengan cara mengembangkan kit praktikum modbus berbiaya rendah dengan menggunakan arduino mega yang difungsikan sebagai slave dan PC/Laptop yang difungsikan sebagai master. Ukuran kit praktikum ini yaitu PxLxT (20x27x5) dengan user interface yang mudah digunakan. Hasil survey menunjukkan bahwa 87.3% mahasiswa merasa terbantu memahami materi praktikum dengan bantuan kit ini. Namun masih diperlukan penyempurnaan agar kit ini menjadi lebih lengkap dan lebih mendekati dengan aplikasinya di Industri.

Abstract

In the current era of regional autonomy, the management of primary and secondary education falls under the jurisdiction of local governments. With substantial authority, it is expected that local governments will optimize their regional capacities. This study aims to explore the regulations governing education budgets, the sources of these budgets, and the allocation of education funding. The anticipated outcome of this research is to provide both academic and practical benefits. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, gathering secondary data from documents and primary data through in-depth interviews with informants directly involved in the ongoing reform process. To ensure comprehensive and valid data, the researcher also conducted cross-checks with the community using convenience sampling, as they are the service users. The study recommends establishing standard costs for quality education across all educational levels to ensure high standards. It also emphasizes the need for more concrete cooperation with the business sector to assist in educational financing, such as providing scholarships to underprivileged children, and calls for an active community role in fundraising efforts related to educational financing.

Abstract

Competition in the industrial world requires companies to always improve efficiency in the production process. The use of communication technology in the monitoring process is one way to reduce effort in monitoring equipment. This study aims to create a mobile phone-based online control and monitoring system for induction motor parameters in the industry without interfering with the motor's electrical network. The monitoring system is carried out by monitoring the vibration and temperature of the induction motor using the GY-521 MPU-6050 sensor connected to the NodeMCU ESP8266 as the control device. For the data computation process to obtain rotational parameters, the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) function is applied to transform the vibration data from the accelerometer into the frequency domain. In the data collection process, 250 data samples were captured in 1 second which were formed from vibrations of the X, Y and Z direction motors. Manual ON/OFF control of the electric motor and automatic OFF was carried out when a spike in the vibration frequency of the motor was detected. The test was carried out with four variations of rotation conditions. The test results show that the rpm speed of the motor can be obtained based on the difference in the frequency of motor vibration. This data is then sent online to observer technician via the Telegram application installed on the mobile phone device. The system performance as a whole shows quite good performance both in terms of equipment placement, data processing and delivery.

Abstract

This paper presents an innovative real-time monitoring system for detecting yarn irregularities during the draw texturing process in DTY machine. The system uses advanced sensors to continuously measure vibration signals, which are then analyzed for anomalies. The system incorporates advanced sensors, controllers, and embedded software for monitoring the vibrations produced during the draw texturing process. Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) in LabVIEW converts these vibration signals into their frequency-domain representation. This helps identify anomalies that could indicate potential yarn irregularities. The results from the sensor data clearly indicate that amplitude values serve as a reliable measure for detecting yarn irregularities. For normal spindles, the amplitude ranges from 10.9 to 12.2 m/s², while abnormal spindles show significantly higher values, between 31.9 and 44.3 m/s². This distinction facilitates real-time classification of yarn quality. The system's ability to identify these amplitude variations promptly can significantly reduce waste and enhance quality control. Future developments will focus on integrating an intelligent early warning system that alerts operators immediately upon detecting irregularities, enabling quicker interventions and minimizing downtime.
