Abstract

This study examines the crisis management of Islamic boarding schools in maintaining educational patterns amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is library research with qualitative methods. Data were collected from library sources with a sociological approach. The theory used is crisis management. The findings of this study are as follows: first, Islamic boarding school-based education is vulnerable to external disturbances, including the Covid-19 pandemic. Second, the pros and cons of Islamic boarding school policies revolve around technical strategies to respond to the pandemic situation as well as in responding to government policies. Abstract

This study examines the situational leadership model of the principal in improving the work discipline of teachers at the Polymedic Vocational School of Depok City. This study uses a qualitative method with a description approach. Methods of data collection using interview techniques, documentation, and observation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The situational leadership model of the principal applied at the Polymedicine Vocational School of Depok City shows that there are four leadership styles. First, telling or instructions; Second, selling or consulting; Third, participating or participatory; Fourth, delegating or delegation. This study found that the principal at the Polymedic Vocational School in Depok City was more dominant in using the participatory leadership style and the delegation leadership style, while the instructional and consulting leadership style was only applied to teachers who still needed more comprehensive guidance and direction. The principal at the Depok City Polymedicine Vocational School uses a situational leadership style that is applied by looking at the readiness and maturity of the teachers to carry out the work given by the principal. This readiness and maturity is obtained from the level of direction and guidance given by the principal and the emotional support provided by the principal to his teachers. The formation of readiness and maturity in teachers is able to have implications for an increase in work discipline. This study concludes that the situational leadership of the principal at the Polymedic Vocational School in Depok City is based on the interaction of the principal and teacher which focuses on emotional maturity, so that with the emotional maturity level of the teacher gives birth to high work discipline. Discipline is an attitude or behavior that describes compliance with a rule and provision for the sake of an orderly, orderly and comfortable life in accordance with the goals to be achieved

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui dampak manajemen akademik dan sistem pelayanan administrasi terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, baik secara parsial/sendiri-sendiri maupun beserta-sama. Penelitian ini memakai metode survei angket serta indera pengumpulan data. Analisis data memakai analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui distribusi sampel dan pengembangan variabel penelitian, buat uji prasyarat analisis statistik, yaitu uji linearitas persamaan regresi menggunakan uji F, uji normalitas distribusi keliru taksiran menggunakan uji Z serta uji homogenitas varian menggunakan uji heteroskedastisitas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis penelitian ke-1 serta dua memakai uji t (parsial) serta buat hipotesis ke-3 menggunakan uji F (simultan) dalam analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel pada penelitian ini artinya mahasiswa STAI Al Hamidiyah Depok Jawa Barat yg berjumlah 150 orang. hasil penelitian ini memberikan bahwa ada dampak manajemen akademik dan sistem layanan administrasi terhadap kepuasaan mahasiswa STAI Al-Hamidiyah kota Depok Jawa Barat baik secara indvidual-sendiri juga secara simultan.

Abstract

Nationalism doesn’t seem to be firmly entrenched in some Islamic students in Indonesia or may disappear altogether, this can be concluded from various news reports that show that radicalism has entered the scope of their lives. This study was made with the aim of exploring how the national values in the Qur'an and al-Hadith, as well as the national values exemplified by Islamic figures in Indonesia in the context of establishing the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, were made. This research was conducted by using the literature study method in extracting data, and using content analysis in analyzing the data. The results of this research indicate that nationality has a strong foundation in the Qur'an and al-Hadith, and has also been practiced in the process of establishing the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, by Islamic figures in Indonesia. So it can be concluded that the anti-national attitude which is believed even spread by some Islamic students in Indonesia, is an act that cannot be justified even very detrimental, so that it can damage the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia
