Abstract

Tourism has become the driving force for the economy in the community, various regions have applied the pattern, and managed to have a positive impact. This condition is the background of research on the success of the community service program from the Padang State University (UNP) team in Tanah Garam Village. The study was conducted in June to November 2019, the method used was a qualitative approach. Primary data were obtained from interviews with the Head of Tourism and Culture of the City of Solok, community leaders in Tanah Garam, Pokdarwis Payo, and community members in the Payo area (Tanah Garam). Interviews were conducted in accordance with guidelines related to the success of the UNP community service program in increasing the capacity of human resources (HR) and the ability to manage Payo agrotourism, thus providing economic impact for the community. The results showed that the service program succeeded in improving the economy of the community after the ability to manage tourism was increased.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the teacher's response to offline and online learning, especially in the long term as we are currently facing with the Corona Virus (COVID-19) which has not stopped. Through questionnaire response analysis using offline and online learning models, the research sample is teachers who teach at the Vocational High School level, both from public and private schools in the Padang city area. The instrument used is a questionnaire distributed online using the ms.form link. Based on the data obtained that the implementation of offline and online learning has been carried out effectively, it can be seen from the teacher's response to offline and online learning using a learning model, namely 40% of teachers said it was very good, 30% said it was good, 20% said it was not good, and 10% said very not good at processing offline and online learning models. With the results found from the management of educator readiness in offline and online learning in the future, it can be anticipated to be more effective by looking at the shortcomings and obstacles found in the field through this research.

Abstract

The background of this research was writer observation at SMK Negeri 3 Payakumbuh. The result of observation  showed that: still low headmaster controlling at there.The aim of this research was get information about the controlling headmaster at SMK Negeri 3 Payakumbuh.The populations of this research were civil servant teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Payakumbuh as many as 48 peoples and the sample were 38 peoples servants that taken by Stratified Proportional Random Sampling with Cochran’s formula. The instrument of this research was questionares with Likert scale model which has proven it validity and reliability. The results of this research showed that: leader controlling was in good categories (85%). It can be concluded that there were headmaster controlling to servants performance at SMK Negeri 3 Payakumbuh was in good categories (85%).

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana manajemen workshop dan labor untuk program keahlian teknologi konstruksi dan property di SMKN 1 pariaman dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dimana tujuan dari artikel ini adalah mengetahui dan mempelajari beberapa literature tentang manajemen worksop dan labor sehingga nantinya mendapatkan sebuah perbandingan dengan pengalaman penulis terhadap manajemen workshop dan labor untuk program keahlian teknologi konstruksi dan properti, bagaimana peranannya dalam usaha mengembangkan hasil belajar siswa. Yang digunakan dalamnmetode penelitian artikel ini adalah metode eksploratif dengan menggunakan model systematic literature review. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan berdasarkan keadaan dan pengalaman penulis di SMKN 1 Pariaman program keahlian teknologi konstruksi dan properti.

Abstract

Pendidikan mengambil peranan penting dalam menjawab kebutuhan masa depan. Sekolah merupakan sub sistem organisasi pendidikan yang mengambil peranan penting dengan melahirkan lulusan-lulusan baru yang berkualitas.  Sekolah yang memanagemen kurikulum dengan baik sangat mampu berkontribusi melahirkan lulusan baru yang berkualitas. SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman terus berupaya maksimal memberikan dedikasi terbaik untuk bangsa dengan memanajemen dan mengevaluasi kurikulum pendidikan secara berkala. Dalam proses pelaksanaan pendidikan dibutuhkan Managemen Kurikulum sebagai pedoman yang digunakan dalam mengukur dan menyesuaikan kebutuhan lulusan. Setiap lulusan akan dibekali dengan kompetensi  keahlian sesuai dengan bidang kejuruan masing-masing lulusan. Telah dilakukan survei lapangan di SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman dengan memberikan tes kompetensi sebagai syarat kelulusan bagi calon lulusannya. Hal ini sebagai wujud dedikasi SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman untuk kemajuan bangsa dimasa yang akan datang.
