Abstract

The objectives of this research to explain the effect of (1) E-Learning on the learning motivation; (2) Social Media as a learning medium on the learning motivation; (3) E-Learning and social media as a learning medium on the learning motivation. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research type. The data analysis technique used simple and multiple linier regression test. The results of this research indicatet that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between E-Learning on the learning motivation on a simple linier regression test from tcount>ttable (7.295 > 1.97) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) there is a positive and significant influence between social media as a learning medium on the learning motivation on a simple linier regression test from tcount>ttable (7.476 > 1.97) and significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (3) there is a positive and significant influence between E-Learning and social media as learning media on learning motivation on the calculation of multiple linier regression test from Fcount>Ftable (34.831 > 3.04) and a significance valu of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The hedonistic, materialistic, and capitalistic global culture requires everyone willing to work hard to get the most of it. This has an impact on the decrease of obedience (ikhlas) of a Muslim in practicing the religion of Allah. Because the activity of worship is influenced by the fulfillment of the desire to obtain world pleasures such as image, position, career, honor, income and so forth, moral education is very crucial. This study concludes the concept of ikhlas in the teachings of Wahidiyyah based on the teachings of lillah-billah, enhanced by lirrasul-birrasul, lilghouth-bilgouth, yu'tikulla dhihaqqin haqqah, Taqdimul aham fal aham. The community of Wahidiyyah applies the values of ikhlas in every individual, family, community, and within their religious activity to foster the attitude of tawadlu ', affection, cooperation, harmony, social caring, tolerance and mutual respect. The development of the concept of ikhlas within Wahidiyyah’s community is very important for moral education in order to gain beneficial experience of billah apal rasulhi, educate the righteous child, birrul wālidain, and enhance the brotherhood awareness of Muslims.

Abstract

Religious culture is built on moral values and religion to be applied in the behavior and organizational culture in the school. Religious culture will be solid if the whole school community involved in the decision making process. The research focuses on the study of: Implementation of Participatory Management in the Development of Religious Culture in SMAN I Kwadungan Ngawi on: (1) The development of religious culture in schools; (2) Implementation of participatory management by the school community in the development of religious culture; (3) The response of the school community in a participatory management process in the development of religious culture. This study developed the theory of management is participatory, with theoretical contributions that we call the theory of pre-management ourselves where the participation of the school community can be implemented properly if stakeholders are willing and able to communicate to cooperate with all the elements in carrying out the structure, functions and responsibilities, to optimize processes, the implementation and results of the program that has been agreed upon.Keywords: Participatory Management, Values, Response, Religious Culture

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kaya akan keanekaragamanan sehingga disebut negara yang majemuk. Indonesia memiliki keanekaragaman mulai dari adat istiadat, ras, suku, agama, budaya, dan bahasa. Hal ini juga terdapat pada semboyan Negara Republik Indonesia yaitu Bhinneka Tunggal Ika yang artinya berbeda-beda tetapi tetap satu. Dengan adanya keberagaman ini tentunya menjadi tantangan bagi Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Dibutuhkan penguatan sedini mungkin pada anak karena menjadi awal yang penting dalam proses kehidupan anak yaitu dengan memberikan penguatan pendidikan multikultural pada peserta didik Sekolah Dasar dapat menjadi pondasi dasar untuk meyiapkan peserta didik terjun langsung dalam kehidupan di tengah masyarakat yang multikultural. Salah satu konsep pendidikan multikultural adalah untuk membantu peserta didik agar dapat memperoleh pengetahuan, dan menghargai orang lain yang berbeda agama. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengadian ini adalah menggunakan Pendekatan ABCD (Asset Based Community Devolepment) yang meliputi Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, dan Destiny. Dari permasalahan tersebut kemudian tim memutuskan menciptakan sebuah media Match Up Moderasi Beragama. Peserta didik Sekolah Dasar dalam belajar masih bersifat konkret atau nyata. Sehingga diperlukan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dan memberikan pengalaman secara langsung seperti Match Up moderasi beragama. Match Up moderasi beragama sebagai media evlauasi pendukung proses pembelajaran dan sebagai media dalam penguatan pendidikan multikultural pada tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Along with the times, especially in the education sector, innovation is needed according to relevant needs. In an effort to achieve this, the way that can be taken is by updating the relevant curriculum. With the curriculum transformation, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of education. One of the curricula recommended by the government is the Merdeka Curriculum. In achieving maximum results in its implementation, an effective strategy is needed. For this reason, this article aims to explore the strategy for implementing the Merdeka Curriculum carried out by SMAN 2 Ponorogo. In this study using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques interviews and observations and data analysis using miles and Huberman and or other relevant methods. The results of this study in the implementation strategy of SMAN 2 Ponorogo carried out activities in the form of IHT (In House training) on the Independent Curriculum. In its implementation, there are still various obstacles ranging from the lack of teacher knowledge about the independent curriculum, lack of socialization and paradigm shifts. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that effective strategies have been implemented to overcome the challenges of implementing the independent curriculum at SMAN 2 Ponorogo. This article provides recommendations for other schools that will implement the independent curriculum to organize intensive training activities for teachers and the formation of a curriculum support team.
