Abstract

Abstract Islamic education is needed by human to persisted in the way of Allah by referring to alquranand hadith. For teenagers, in order to they are not wrong in the act, madrasah can be one of thesolution to lay the value of Islamic education. However, it cannot be denied, although the educationalsystem have set well, there are still the students who can not be controlled He is from various factors,either internal factors and external factors. It can be seen from the problems that exist in many schoolsand madrasah such as smoking, truancy, indecent, courtship and even marriage by accidents, occurebecause of wrong association. It is clearly that these behavior violate the rules of school / madrasah andeven the Islamic value. These also happened in Islamic Private Junior High School Islamiyah BelongkutLabuhan Batu Utara Regency. Based on the background above, it was found the results of research 1)The role of Islamic education teachers in particular and madrasah staff in general have not been appliedthe values of Islamic education maximally yet 2 ) Basically, the aspects that become obstacles in theimplementation of Islamic education values are the staff of the education are not yet mature, teachercompetence, incomplete facilities and infrastructure and low interest, motivation, and the lack of studentreligious provision in the emplementation of Islamic eduaction. 3) As for the solution offered by researcherin the implementation of Islamic eduation values totally are by teacher competence training or workshop,integration-interconnection learning, values which is taught, computer-based learning, giving studentsa daily-life notebook, providing a community, giving a role model, making habits, choosing a childenvironment, creating a conducive environment, and reward and punishment.

Abstract

Hukum Islam memiliki karakter yang unik dan berbeda dengan sistem hukum lainnya, karena berasal dari wahyu Allah swt., sementara sistem hukum lainnya merupakan produk buatan manusia. Di era saat ini, perkembangan faktor sosial terus berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan pengetahuan dan teknologi. Perkembangan ini tentu saja memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap pemikiran hukum Islam, yang harus merespons perubahan-perubahan sosial yang terjadi. Dalam menghadapi dinamika perubahan sosial, hukum Islam memiliki kelebihan karena prinsip-prinsipnya yang tetap relevan dan fleksibel. Meskipun berasal dari sumber yang tetap (Al-Qur'an dan Hadis), hukum Islam memiliki kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Dalam konteks perubahan sosial, hukum Islam dapat tetap eksis dengan memanfaatkan metode-metode dalam menentukan hukum atas kebaruan yang muncul dari perubahan sosial itu sendiri. Dengan demikian, hukum Islam mampu merespons perubahan sosial melalui prinsip-prinsipnya yang mendasar, menjadikan hukum Islam tidak hanya sebagai suatu sistem hukum yang kuno, tetapi juga sebagai kerangka yang dapat beradaptasi dan memberikan solusi bagi tuntutan-tuntutan kekinian dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara demokrasi akan melaksanakan pemilihan kepala daerah. Tahun 2024 akan menjadi tahun politik spektakuler sepanjang sejarah perjalanan demokrasi. Hajat yang awalnya terpisah setiap daerah kini dilaksanakan serentak bersifat nasional. Dinamika yang terajdi kerap berubah-ubah seiring dengan berkembangnya tuntutan masyarakat dan pengaruh iklim politik. Perubahan yang terjadi dapat ditandai dengan dinamisasi gesekan keadaan terkini serta peraturan perundang-undangan pilkada itu sendiri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah library research, dengan pendekatan normatif dan sosiologis. Metode ini digunakan sebagai upaya untuk menjawab pertanyaan yang timbul sebagai sebuah dinamika pemilihan di Indoneisa. Dengan mengeksplorasi dan menganalisa keadaan sosial akan ditemukan jawaban atas dinamika perundang-undangan pilkada yang tidak terlepas dari gesekan berbagai arah, salah satunya adalah upaya kepentingan politik melalui lembaga negara seperti Mahkamah Agung, Mahkamah Konstitusi, dan KPU RI. Pemilihan kepala daerah tahun 2024 bukan hanya menjadi spektakuler karena serentak, tetapi keadaan yang penuh gejolak menjelang puncak pelaksanaannya.
