Abstract

Pengembangan pengetahuan terapan bidang teknologi yang memajukan industri di masyarakat merupakan rencana induk penelitian Perguruan Tinggi yang salah satu bidang fokusnya adalah pengembangan teknologi informasi. Bidang Teknologi informasi dibutuhkan hampir disemua bidang industri, diantaranya adalah industri pangan dengan salah satu komoditinya yaitu beras. Bahwa Beras merupakan salah satu komoditi unggulan pertanian di Indonesia yang memiliki berbagai level kualitas dan jenis. Banyaknya jenis dan level kualitas beras memerlukan database dan identifikasi yang tepat serta konsisten dalam mengklasifikasikannya. Penentuan level kualitas dan jenis beras dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan data visual yaitu citra beras. Setiap jenis beras memiliki ciri fisik yang relatif berbeda, begitu juga setiap level kualitas beras memliki ciri fisik yang berbeda. Melalui ciri fisik pada citra yaitu bentuk dan warna akan ditemukan level kualitas dan jenis beras.Ciri atau fitur fisik beras yang tersimpan pada citra sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi pada saat pengambilan citra beras seperti pencahayaan, posisi pengambilan dan jarak kamera dengan obyek yang selanjutnya akan berpengaruh terhadap hasil identifikasi. Hal ini memerlukan metode pengolahan citra untuk meningkatkan akurasi deteksi agar identifikasi kualitas dan jenis beras memiliki tingkat validasi yang tinggi.Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan model identifikasi level kualitas dan jenis beras melalui pengenalan citra beras  menggunakan fitur bentuk dan warna. Pengolahan citra meliputi preprocessing, ekstraksi dan klustering.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan kombinasi fitur bentuk dan warna identifikasi kualitas dan jenis beras memiliki  akurasi mencapai lebih dari 80%.

Abstract

The development of the internet in Indonesia is one factor in improving the economy in Indonesia. UMKM Aikori Natural Leather Bag Semarang is a micro company engaged in the creative industry that produces handicraft items made from cow leather. Since its establishment in 2011, the company has only introduced its leather craft products offline. So many customers find it difficult to get information about the latest product collections from UMKM Aikori Natural Leather Bag Semarang. To overcome this problem a web was created using one of the CMS (Content Management System) namely Wordpress which can expand market share and also facilitate UMKM Aikori Natural Leather Bag Semarang in managing product sales. The purpose of this research is to build online-based sales media using Wordpress content management system so that it can expand market share that cannot be reached by the previous system. The method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle, namely Waterfall, where there are several stages, namely requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and until testing, system testing, operation and maintenance. The results of this research show that a good web can contain the latest information so that it can be accessed by customers anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of recruitment procedures, the appeal of physical working environment, and the appeal of compensation toward motivate job applicants operator PT Pan Brothers Tbk and Group. The data that were used was primary data from 100 respondents, which were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to estimate the influential factors. According to data analysis result, the multiple linear regression was Y = 12.665 + 0.384 X1 + 0.458 X2 + 0.313 X3, the coefficient of F test = 0.000 (<0.05), which means that all independent variables simultaneously had significant influence toward dependent variable. This research used 5% significant level, the coefficient of T test for the recruitment procedure (X1) = 0.011, physical work environment (X2) = 0.008, and compensation (X3) = 0.038, the significant value for all independent variables < 0.05, it means that the recruitment procedures, the physical working environment, and compensation partially has significant effect toward the motivation of job applicants operator. While the Determination Coefficient (Adjusted R2) = 0337, or 33.7%, it means that the recruitment procedure (X1), physical work environtment (X2), and compensation (X3) contributed 33.7 % to the motivation of job applicants operator (Y), while the remaining 66.3% were determined by other variables not examined in this study.
