The retail industry is seen experiencing a very rapid growth and growing. Given the growingdevelopment of retail business and the importance of the acquisition of retail business, thestudents of Business Administration Department are equipped with subjects studying the retailbusiness, the subjects of Retail Management and Retail Practice. However, to date, the deliveryof such material is only done theoretically and only by manual recording on paper. Thiscertainly makes the retail courses less than the maximum in providing an understanding andexperience of the actual retail business to the students. For that purpose, a retail businesssimulation application can provide a more realistic picture to students in managing retailbusiness. In this study, the first thing to do is to do an analysis of what activities in the retailbusiness process will be displayed in the simulation. After that conducted data collection relatedto all business processes. The next step is to design the simulation system. Once the system flowis completed, it will create interface design and system design in it which is the basis ofprogramming simulation application. After the program is completed it will be tested todetermine whether or not there is error of the system.

Pengembangan pengetahuan terapan bidang teknologi yang memajukan industri di masyarakat merupakan rencana induk penelitian Perguruan Tinggi yang salah satu bidang fokusnya adalah pengembangan teknologi informasi. Bidang Teknologi informasi dibutuhkan hampir disemua bidang industri, diantaranya adalah industri pangan dengan salah satu komoditinya yaitu beras. Bahwa Beras merupakan salah satu komoditi unggulan pertanian di Indonesia yang memiliki berbagai level kualitas dan jenis. Banyaknya jenis dan level kualitas beras memerlukan database dan identifikasi yang tepat serta konsisten dalam mengklasifikasikannya. Penentuan level kualitas dan jenis beras dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan data visual yaitu citra beras. Setiap jenis beras memiliki ciri fisik yang relatif berbeda, begitu juga setiap level kualitas beras memliki ciri fisik yang berbeda. Melalui ciri fisik pada citra yaitu bentuk dan warna akan ditemukan level kualitas dan jenis beras.Ciri atau fitur fisik beras yang tersimpan pada citra sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi pada saat pengambilan citra beras seperti pencahayaan, posisi pengambilan dan jarak kamera dengan obyek yang selanjutnya akan berpengaruh terhadap hasil identifikasi. Hal ini memerlukan metode pengolahan citra untuk meningkatkan akurasi deteksi agar identifikasi kualitas dan jenis beras memiliki tingkat validasi yang tinggi.Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan model identifikasi level kualitas dan jenis beras melalui pengenalan citra beras menggunakan fitur bentuk dan warna. Pengolahan citra meliputi preprocessing, ekstraksi dan klustering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan kombinasi fitur bentuk dan warna identifikasi kualitas dan jenis beras memiliki akurasi mencapai lebih dari 80%.

This Final Project aims to calculate the cost of production by the cost of order method on the end table product order and carved table and compare the results of PT Lentera Abadi Surakarta with the results of the study. The data used are primary data and secondary data including data about production cost determination conducted by PT Lentera Abadi Surakarta, and also company overview. Data collection methods use in this Final Project is interview, observation and documentation. Based on calculations and analysis that have been done, there is a difference in cost of production of the company by the job order costing method on the order end table amounting to Rp 27.512 and carved table orders of Rp 85.988. This difference occurs because in calculating the cost of production the company incorporates marketing costs, administrative and general costs into the components of factory overhead costs and not include PBB cost.

This study aims to determine whether the Accounting Information System, Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Environment together have a significant effect on the Performance of Employees at Badan Keuangan Daerah (BKUD) Kabupaten Semarang. Samples that met the criteria in this study were 65. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis preceded by a classic assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscasticity test. While hypothesis testing is done using the F test and t test. The results of data analysis or regression results indicate that partially the Accounting Information System, Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Environment influence employee performance. Simultaneously the Accounting Information System, Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Environment contributed 84.6% of the effect on the level of the dependent variable, namely employee performance.

This study endeavors to explore the influence exerted by internal and external locus of control on the work satisfaction levels at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kendal Branch. Perkembangan anak sangat dipengaruhi oleh agen sosialnya. Hal yang paling utama dalam proses perkembangan sosial adalah keluarga yaitu orang tua. Sikap, perilaku, dan kebiasaan orang tua selalu dilihat, dinilai, dan ditiru oleh anaknya yang kemudian semua itu secara sadar atau tidak sadar akan diresapi kemudian menjadi kebiasaan pula bagi anak-anaknya. Hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan anak. Lembaga pendidikan mengadakan suatu program yang melibatkan peran orang tua di dalamnya, yaitu program parenting. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak sekolah Pos Paud Bintang Harapan Kelurahan Kramas Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang bahwa masih banyak anak didiknya yang belum optimal tumbuh bersosialisasi dengan baik, kurangnya kepercayaan diri dan kemandirian, karena masih turut campurnya orang tua saat proses pembelajaran di kelas serta fasilitas sarana prasarana yang masih minim untuk proses pembelajaran. Sehingga perlu mendapatkan tindak lanjut dari Tim untuk melakukan program pengabdian di tempat tersebut dengan menawarkan solusi yakni memberikan parenting dan mendukung proses kegiatan pembelajaran pada anak usia dini. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan tanggal 5 Juni 2023 yang dihadiri 20 peserta dari perwakilan orang tua siswa Pos PAUD Bintang Harapan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi, diskusi, serta penyerahan fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar, peserta antusias dalam kegiatan diskusi dan menilai bahwa kegiatan ini dapat memberikan pendalaman materi parenting anak usia dini. Pihak Pos PAUD Bintang Harapan mendapatkan tambahan fasilitas penunjang berupa 3 buah meja, 2 buah play mat, dan buku cerita anak.
