Pandemi Covid 19 telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan di berbagai sektor, tidak terkecuali pada sektor Pendidikan. Hal ini terlihat dalam proses mengajar mengajar yang biasanya dilakukan secara langsung berubah menjadi online secara perlahan. Pembelajaran online menjadi pilihan utama. Pembelajaran online menjadi pilihan utama dalam melaksanankan proses belajar mengajar. Salah satu pilihannya adalah Blanded learning yang biasanya diperbolehkan hanya 30% sekarang menjadi 100%. “Blended learning adalah suatu model pembelajaran yang mengkombinasikan strategi pembelajaran tradisional di kelas (classrom lesson) yaitu secara tatap muka dengan pembelajaran berbasis online (e-learning) yang memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) sehingga dapat menggabungkan inovasi dan keuntungan teknologi pada pembelajaran online dengan interaksi dan partisipasi dari keuntungan pembelajaran tatap muka.” Guru ditutut untuk mahir dalam menggunakan teknologi dalam menyampaikan materi secara online, oleh karena itu, tujuan pengabdian ini adalah 1) memberikan pendampingan kepada guru-guru SMA Seri Rama dalam penerapan Blended Learning sebagai media interaktif berbasis elektronik di masa covid 19; 2) Memberikan pemahaman kepada guru-guru mengenai konsep Blended Learning secara komprehensip agar dapat diaplikasikan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar.

The research aimed to describe teachers' and students' views in relation to the Field Trip Strategy on effect field trip in increasing students’ writing descriptive text. The respondents of this study were the students and English teachers of both government and private schools. The ideas and views of teachers and students were sought out regarding the benefits of educational field trips at jenior and senior schools level. To achieve the purpose of study two questionnaires were designed as research tools separately for teachers and students. One hundred and sixty respondents including 20 of English teachers and 140 students, were randomly selected. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument which was consisted of 25 items, collected data was analyzed by using the simple percentage method. The findings for each statement were made. Majority of the respondents had a view that educational Field Trip Strategy is helpful to explore their learning experience, The vast majority of respondents thought educational field trips helped students deal with advanced learning. According to a large majority of respondents' viewpoints, educational field trips help to provide a practical approach to the curriculum and help pupils acquire a greater interest in studying

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan penggunaan Pelatihan Afiksasi Bahasa Inggris dengan Metode Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Video Learning di SMKS Budi Dharma Dumai. Metode yang digunak an dalam pengabdian ini adalah ceramah dan tanya jawab (interaktif) berbasis video learning. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 September 2022, pukul 08.00-12.00 WIB di SMK Budi Dharma Dumai. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini berjumlah 20 siswa dari kelas XI ITKegiatan pelatihan Afiksasi berbasis video learning ini sangat bermanfaat bagi siswa SKMS Budi Dharma untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan dalam memahami pembentukan kata baru dalam bahasa Inggris. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam nilai ujian akhir mereka.

This community service activity aims to assist teachers at SMKS Budhi Dharma in the city of Dumai in applying the digital-based flipped classroom learning model. The implementation of this service used the mentoring method, which included providing material, demonstrations, training, and mentoring, as well as evaluating this activity using a questionnaire and analyzing descriptively. The results of this service showed that teachers at SMKS Budi Dharma could apply the Flipped Classroom learning model, distribute learning content, and gave assignments online through the Google Classroom and Socrative applications. It is hoped that in the future, teachers at SMKS Budi Dharma can use information technology tools provided by the school on an ongoing basis to improve the quality of learning.

This Community Service Program was implemented at Madrasah Aliyah Diniyah Puteri Pekanbaru, located at Jalan KH. Ahmad Dahlan No. 100, Kampung Melayu, Kec. Sukajadi. This program aims to provide training to MA students on the use of video-based inflectional morphemes.The program was motivated by the problem of students who had difficulty understanding and using inflectional morphemes, a linguistic skill that is crucial for improving the accuracy of English reading comprehension. In the context of English as a foreign language (EFL) education in Indonesia, limited exposure to authentic English usage and insufficient emphasis on morphology instruction often hinder students' fluency and accuracy in reading. Mastery of morphological structures, particularly inflectional morphemes, is a crucial foundation for interpreting grammatical meaning and improving overall communication skills. The training participants were 29 Grade 11 science students with low initial comprehension scores based on pre-test results. The training was conducted using discussion and demonstration methods supported by instructional videos containing explanations, examples, and applications of inflectional morphemes in sentence contexts. The activity was carried out in three stages: observation, implementation, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results showed a significant increase in the average score, from 45.5 before the training to 67.7 after the training. In addition to academic improvement, this program also encouraged student engagement, increased confidence in using English, and fostered active participation in class discussions. These findings confirm that integrating educational videos into English language instruction can effectively enhance understanding of morphological concepts and their application in reading, writing, and real-world communication.
