Latar belakang : Stres bisa terjadi pada siapapun termasuk pada mahasiswa, stres pada mahasiswa bisa disebabkan ketidakmampuan dalam melakukan kewajibannya sebagai mahasiswa atau karena permasalahn lain, tingginya kompleksitas masalah yang dihadapi, seperti dalam kehidupan akademik, faktor akademik yang bisa menimbulkan stres bagi mahasiswa yaitu perubahan gaya belajar, tugas-tugas perkuliahan, target pencapaian nilai, prestasi akademik, dan kebutuhan untuk mengatur diri sendiri dan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir yang lebih baik. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Tingkat Stres Mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Keperawatan STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rancangan deskriptif . Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis sebanyak 359 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampling purposive. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 orang. Hasil penelitian : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Mahasiswa STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis mengalami stres normal sebanyak 44 orang. Kesimpulan : Tingkat stres mahasiswa STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis berada di kategori normal.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between diet and the incidence of gastritis in adolescents at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Ciamis (MAN 2 Ciamis), Ciamis Regency, West Java. Method: The research desain used in this study is an analytical survey, to find the relationship between diet and the incidence of gastritis in adolescents, it is carried out with a cross sectional approach. The population used in this study were all teenagers consisting of class X students with a total population of 62 people. The total sample used is 56 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is the sampling of data sources with the consideration of 56 respondents. To find the relationship between the two variables, the SPSS TEST was used to obtain the results of the chi-square test with a 95% confidence level and presented in the form of tables and narratives. Result: In this study, as many as (67.9%) adolescents with poor dietary habits experienced more gastritis than those who did not experience gastritis (32.1%) and The results of the non-parametric chi square test showed a large number of values = 0.000 < 0.05 which stated that there was a significant relationship between diet and the incidence of gastritis in adolescents. Conclusion: There is relationship between dietary habits and the incidence of gastritis in adolescents at MAN 2 CIAMIS.

Introduction: Hypertension or high blood pressure is an increase in systolic blood ≥140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure ≥90 mmHg which can cause various other chronic diseases. Online health education is an effort to prevent more severe illness by fulfilling the Health protocol during the covid-19 outbreak. Objective: The purpose of this counseling is to increase public knowledge, especially hypertension sufferers about the basic concepts of disease, management, and behavior modification. Method: The counseling method is done by video call or video conference using a variety of applications that are familiar in the community such as WhatsApp, Instagram, zoom, and google meet. The instrument used was a PowerPoint that contained explanations on topics related to hypertension. The questionnaire was used to measure the knowledge that was processed using SPSS version 24. Result: The results of this study showed that there was a change in the mean value of knowledge before (12.77) and after (17.88) counseling. Conclusion: In conclusion, this health education has a positive impact on increasing the knowledge of hypertension sufferers, so these activities need to be carried out intensively in the wider community.

Background: Nosocomial infections or also known as hospital-acquired infections occur in patients who are hospitalized for at least 72 hours and these patients do not show symptoms of infection when admitted to the hospital. Nurses can take actions that result in nosocomial infections if they have poor knowledge about nosocomial infections. Objective: This study aims to describe the knowledge of nurses about nosocomial infections. Methods: The method is a literature review by searching sourced from an electronic database including Google Scholar and DOAJ from 2014-2019 using 15 journals related to the description of nurses' knowledge about nosocomial infections. Results: The results of the literature review showed that there were 8 articles on good knowledge of nurses, 6 with sufficient knowledge, and 1 article with less knowledge. Conclusion: Knowledge of a good nurse can be influenced by several factors including Age, length of work, level of education and training followed. Because good knowledge of nurses can prevent nosocomial infections.

Objective, accurate and comprehensive documentation is the best factor to prove professional nursing actions and those given to patients as needed. Negligence or inaccuracies in making documentation will cause the nursing services provided to be unsustainable. Nurse workload is all activities or activities carried out by a nurse while on duty in a nursing service unit in the application of nursing care documentation. The method in this study uses a quantitative descriptive study with an observational approach to nursing care documents in the Inpatient Room at the Ciamis District Hospital. The population in this study were all 304 nurses who worked in the inpatient installation of the Ciamis District General Hospital. Sampling in this study used proportional random sampling so that the number of samples obtained was 75 nurses who worked in 13 inpatient installation rooms at the Ciamis District General Hospital. The results of the study showed that the implementation of nursing care documentation was mostly categorized as incomplete, as many as 41 people (54.7%).

Objective: To determine the implementation of deep breathing relaxation techniques in clients with post operative section caesarea. Method: The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach using nursing care that refers to the SDKI and SIKI books. The subject in this study was 1 sectio caesarea client with a diagnosis of acute pain who was treated in Teratai Room 2 BLUD Banjar City General Hospital. The data collection techniques included interviews, observations, physical examinations and documentation. Result: From nursing care for postoperative sectio caesarea clients, the symptoms that appear during the assessment are pain in the lower abdomen. The nursing problem that arises is acute pain related to physical injury agents referring to the SDKI book. Interventions carried out to reduce pain are deep breathing relaxation techniques. During the intervention process, the action went smoothly until the evaluation. In this study, there was a decrease in the pain scale from 3 to 0. Conclusion: After the intervention of breathing relaxation techniques on the client's pain scale was reduced from 3 to 0, while the subjective data from the anamnesis results, the client said the pain was reduced.

Abstract The elderly experience a decrease in physiological and cognitive functions so that they are vulnerable to various health problems. The health burden of the elderly comes from diseases such as heart disease, stroke, visual impairment and hearing loss. The purpose of the community service is to find out the differences in the level of independence in the Activity of Daily Living (ADL) for the elderly at the Singaparna Werdha Welas Asih Home and to increase independence with gymnastics for the elderly. Methods: (i) Identification of the Level of Independence of the Elderly with the Katz Index (ii) Socialization, and (iii) Evaluation. Results: The number of elderly who took part in community service activities was 20 people. From the activity evaluation, it was found that the elderly were able to understand the material provided and do elderly exercise enthusiastically. Conclusion: The benefits of having knowledge and understanding about increasing the independence of the elderly with elderly exercise are very helpful in improving the health and life expectancy of the elderly Keywords: elderly independence, elderly gymnastics

Studi ini dilakukan untuk mempresentasikan intervensi latihan mobilisasi untuk meningkatkan proses pemulihan pada pasien dengan gangguan mobilitas fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asuhan keperawatan, mencakup pengkajian, merumuskan diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi yang dilakukan selama 2 hari di ruangan Anggrek BLUD RSU Kota Banjar dan 1 hari di rumah klien yang bertempatkan di Kecamatan Banjaranyar, Kabupaten Ciamis. Diagnosa keperawatan Gangguan Mobilitas Fisik berhubungan dengan Kelemahan Fisik Pasca Operasi dengan nomor diagnosa D.0054, diberikan intervensi mobilisasi selama 4 hari dengan durasi waktu 30 menit dalam sehari, setelah intervensi dilakukan, masalah keperawatan gangguan mobilitas fisik terhadap klien teratasi ditandai dengan peningkatan kekuatan otot yang semula kekuatan otot eksremitas atas 4 dan eksremitas bawah 3 menjadi 5 untuk kekuatan otot eksremitas atas dan 4 untuk kekuatan otot eksremitas bawah, serta meningkatnya pola aktivitas pada klien secara mandiri. Pemberian intervensi mobilisasi terbukti bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan proses pemulihan pasca operasi, manfaat terap akan maksimal apabila dilakukan secara berkala dan bertahap

Nosocomial infections are a real problem worldwide and are increasing. The consequences are very detrimental to the patient, in addition to the number of days spent in the hospital, and the cost of treatment increases to the point of causing death. Nurses play an important role in the prevention of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) because nurses are a healthcare team that deals directly with patients and infectious materials. Motivation for nurses is increasingly important because managers distribute work to be done well and integrated into the desired goals. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurse motivation and preventive action (HAIs) in the ICU, and HCU. Method: research that is quantitative analytic using a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 24 nurses in the ICU and HCU. Samples were taken using the total sampling technique. Results: the study showed that the motivation of the nurses was mostly in the good category by 19 people (79.2%), the preventive actions (HAIs) were mostly in the good category by 18 people (75%) and there was a significant relationship between the motivation of the nurses and the prevention of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) in the ICU Room, HCU Pandega Hospital in 2022 because the value α > ρ value (0.05 > 0.001) and the chi-square value (χ2) count > chi-square (χ2) table (10.189 > 3.841). Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between nurse motivation and action (HAIs).
