Abstract

Background: Posterior decompression and stabilization on the vertebrae is a surgical procedure performed to treat the main cause of low back pain. NLR perioperative examination is very rarely used in determining the level of postoperative pain and can help in planning of postoperative analgesic drugs, even though this examination is certainly available as a perioperative assessment. Purpose: This study aims to assess the relationship between NLR preoperative as a predictor of pain with pain intensity and IL-6 levels postoperative in patients undergoing posterior decompression and stabilization surgery. Methods: This research is an analytical observational study with a prospective cohort design, which was carried out at Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital. The sample for this study was all patients who underwent elective surgical procedures for Decompression and Posterior Stabilization of the Lumbar Region at Dr. RSUP. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar with 30 samples. Results: There was a strong, significant correlation between the average NRS at rest and the NLR group, as well as the average NRS with movement, p value < 0.05, r > 0.7. In IL-6 postoperative and delta-IL-6 levels, there was a statistically significant difference in IL-6 levels between the two groups with a p value <0.05. There is a significant difference in the need for the opioid Fentanyl in the two groups with a p value <0.05. Conclusion: There was an increase in the pain intensity and IL-6 levels postoperative, as well as an increase in total opioids consumptions in patients undergoing decompression and posterior stabilization of the lumbar region with NLR preoperative ? 2 compared to NLR < 2. NLR can be used as a predictor of postoperative pain which is good, therefore it can be used as a reference for appropriate postoperative pain management. Abstract

Potatoes are one of the most popular and traditional snacks and have a special place in the minds of the people. The PKM program manages better quality and durable snacks through a selected partner, the Tanete Jaya Business Group (Confectionery), by improving the production process and increasing the packaging stage, to enable the Burunka district in Burkampa district to manage. This aims to increase community capacity. The implementation of the PKM program has resulted in the production of snacks specifically for factory-made potato chips (local name: poto-poto chips), with flavors that match a variety of flavors: cheese, roasted corn and original flavors. In addition, the implementation produces results in the form of determining the expiration date of the poto-poto chips and providing a type of traditional snacks produced by selected partners. In addition, package repairs are carried out. It is a replacement of 0.90 mm thick PE plastic with packaging design including product information (label) and use of a hand sealer machine. The addition of production equipment to increase production capacity is also carried out by the dough grinder. Tanete Jaya Business Group partners can increase the use of raw materials from 25 kg / day to 45 kg / day. The PKM program is carried out in Bulukumba Regency by a team of instructors at the Pangkep State Agricultural Polytechnic, which consists of two disciplines: financial management and agricultural industry technology. The total cost required is IDR.47,200,000.00 for a 10-month implementation.  Keywords: Traditional snacks, Potato chips, Packaging, Processing.ABSTRAK Poto-poto merupakan salah satu penganan tradisional yang cukup popular dan mendapatkan tempat tersendiri di hati masyarakat. Program PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat di Kabupaten Bulukumba Kecamatan Bulukumpa melalui mitra yang terpilih yaitu kelompok usaha (penganan) Tanete Jaya dalam mengelola penganan poto-poto dengan kualitas yang lebih baik dan tahan lama dengan perbaikan pada proses produksi, dan perbaikan pada tahap pengemasan. Pelaksanaan Program PKM ini menghasilkan luaran berupa cara pembuatan penganan khusus untuk keripik poto-poto yang dihasilkan oleh mitra dengan kualitas rasa yang konsisten dengan berbagai rasa yaitu rasa keju, jagung bakar dan original. Selain itu dalam pelaksanaannya dihasilkan juga luaran berupa penentuan expired date dari keripik poto-poto dan jenis penganan tradisional sejenis yang diproduksi oleh mitra terpilih. Selain itu perbaikan juga dilakukan pada segi pengemasan yaitu penggantian jenis plastik PE dengan tebal 0,90 mm yang dilengkapi dengan desain kemasan yang berisi informasi produk (labeling) serta penggunaan mesin hand sealer. Penambahan peralatan produksi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi juga dilakukan yaitu dengan alat penggiling adonan. Mitra kelompok usaha (penganan) Tanete Jaya dapat meningkatkan produksi dari pemakaian bahan baku 25 kg/hari menjadi 45 kg/hari. Program PKM dilaksanakan di kabupaten Bulukumba oleh tim dosen Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Pangkep yang terdiri dari 2 bidang keahlian yaitu Managemen keuangan dan Teknologi industri pertanian. Jumlah biaya yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp.47.200.000,00 (empat puluh tujuh juta dua ratus ribu rupiah) dengan pelaksanaan selama 10 bulan.Kata kunci: Cemilan tradisional, Keripik poto-poto, Pengemasan, Pengolahan.
