Background: Patients satisfaction is a major issue that should be payed attention on, in order to increase hospital quality. A hospital must provide the clients with their needs through excellent nursing care activities. Patients generally perceive the nursing care based on its tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The patients’ perceptions towards nursing care quality will influence patients’ satisfaction. Objective: To investigate the relationship between patients’ perceptions of the nursing care with patients’ satisfaction. Methods: This research was observational analytic with cross-sectional design, used a purposive sampling technique. This study involved 40 samples. Data were collected with questionnaires, and were analyzed based on univariate and bivariate analyses. The bivariate analysis was Kendall's tau test with significance level of p <0.1. Results: Majority of respondents had good perception towards the nursing care quality (60%) and most respondents were satisfied with the nursing care (62.5%), Kendall's tau test resulted τ=0.476 with a p value of 0.003 (p< 0.1). Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between the patients’ perception towards nursing care quality with the patients’ satisfaction in Candi Barong unit in Prambanan General Hospital. Background: Anxiety is a n unpleasant emotional, characterized by fear and tense physical symptoms as respond of stress. Anxiety commonly happens to pre-operative patients. Therapeutic communication is one of the modality therapies to anxious patients. Therapeutic communication is a communication which facilitates recovery to patients by giving safe and comfortable feelings  and  promotes  trusts  between health care providers and patients. Objective: To investigate the correlation between the patients perception to the nurses therapeutic communication and the anxiety level of appendictomy pre-operative patients in Yogyakarta Hospital and Hardjolukito Hospital. Methodology: This research was an analytic survey with cross-sectional design. Twenty-three respondents were involved as samples by consecutive sampling technique. Statistical test used in this research is non- parametric and spearman rank. Results: There was a correlation between patients perception to the nurse therapeutic communication and  t h e anxiety level on appendictomy pre-operative patients. Non-parametric test used Spearmen rank rho formula showed a significant result of p-value= 0.014 p<0.05, with correlation coefficient of 0.506. Conclusion: There was a significant correlation between patients perception to the nurse therapeutic communication with the anxiety level of appendictomy pre-operative patients. Background: Drug resistant Tuberculosis (TB RO) patients need external support from others in the form of patient assistance in order to realize quality and patient-centered TB services. Objective: Knowing the results of the influence of the mentoring model on TB RO patients in DIY. Method: Is a quasi-experimental study of 30 RO TB patients in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, with the aim of knowing the level of knowledge and demographic characteristics of RO TB patients. This research has been declared ethically feasible based on KEPK Number e-KEPK / POLKESYO / 0619 / VIII / 2022. Result: TB RO patients are mostly ≥ 45 years old with male gender. There was a relationship between knowledge of adherence to RO TB treatment as evidenced by pearson tests showing significant results between the two variables, with a p value = 0.000 (<0.01). The mentoring model carried out has a significant influence on adherence to RO TB treatment. As evidenced by the results of mann Whitney's test and analysis, there is a value of 0.037 (<0.05). Conclusion: Knowledge provides a significant impact on adherence to RO TB treatment. Keywords : Influence, Obedience, Drug-resistant Tuberculosis

The behavior of Tuberculosis (TB) officers in Yogyakarta in carrying out active case finding activities is still relatively lacking, therefore it is necessary to disseminate active case finding to TB officers. The purpose of this activity is to improve the implementation of TB Active Case Finding (ACF) among TB officers. The method of community service by providing socialization to TB officers in the Sleman area on October 6, 2019. There is an increase in knowledge about activities (ACF), from the results of the 2019 Risbinakes research measurement compared to the measurement results after this outreach (ACF). There was an increase in participants' knowledge about ACF activities, mostly after the socialization was carried out.

The Integrated Non-Communicable Disease Development Post (Posbindu PTM) is a form of promotive and preventive community participation in activities for early detection, monitoring, and early follow-up of PTM risk factors independently and continuously. This Community Service is carried out by forming PTM Posbindu cadres in the Balecatur Village area, Gamping, Sleman, Yogyakarta. In practice, this activity is divided into 3 meetings, namely coordination meetings, training, and evaluation monitoring. The activity went smoothly and was attended by 23 participants consisting of cadres, community leaders, religious leaders, and youth organizations. From this activity, participants have been appointed to be the management of the PTM Posbindu and are willing to hold the PTM Posbindu continuously and always coordinate with the Yogyakarta Gamping Health Center.

INTISARI Latar Belakang: Pasien Tuberkulosis resisten obat (TB RO) memerlukan dukungan eksternal yang berasal dari orang lain berupa pendampingan pasien agar dapat mewujudkan pelayanan TB yang berkualitas dan berpusat pada pasien. Tujuan: Mengetahui hasil pengaruh model pendampingan kepada pasien TB RO di DIY. Metode: Merupakan studi quasi eksperimen terhadap 30 pasien TB RO di wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, dengan tujuan mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan karakateristik demografi pasien TB RO. Penelitian ini telah dinyatakan layak secara etik berdasarkan KEPK Nomor e-KEPK/POLKESYO/0619/VIII/2022. Hasil: Pasien TB RO sebagian besar berusia ? 45 tahun dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki. Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan TB RO yang dibuktikan dengan uji pearson menunjukkan hasil signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut, dengan nilai p= 0.000 (<0.01). Model pendampingan yang dilakukan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan TB RO. Dibuktikan dengan hasil uji dan analisis Mann Whitney, terdapat value sebesar 0.037 (<0.05). Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan memberikanpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan TB RO.
