Abstract

Arsitektur informasi yang dibuat berfungsi sebagai bahan pertimbangan kebutuhan data pada saat akan mengembangkan subsistem, juga merupakan cetak biru pada sistem informasi yang akan dikembangkan lebih lanjutKata kunci: proses bisnis, kelas data, arsitektur informasi, organisasi pendidikan[en]AbstractThe information system is not just automation, but also can be a strategy of the organization to achieve its objectives. A good information system can produce quality information. Sometimes organizations develop an information system without seeing the flow of information on each part of the organization, which ultimately led to the information system into a collection system that is not integrated both data and applications. Information architecture is one of the solutions to these problems which mapped the information architecture of an organization's information flow. One method that is commonly used in designing the information architecture is the Business System Planning (BSP). BSP begins by defining the business objectives of the organization, identifying the business processes, defining the class of data, and designing the information architecture. The end result of this research is an information architecture for educational organizations with recommendations on the application of XYZ University. Information architecture that is made to function as a material consideration when the data needs to be developing subsystems, it is also a blueprint on information systems that will be developed furtherKeywords : business processes , data classes , information architecture , educational organizations

Abstract

Abstract

The results of the review of the implementation of differentiated learning activities at SMA ABC Bandung which are in accordance with the vision of an independent curriculum based on a digital school as well as the diverse characteristics of students at SMA ABC Bandung support the development of a digital technology-based learning management system with the E-Learning Management System of SMA ABC Bandung which is built in 2020 in line with the LFH (Learning From Home) learning scheme. This supports innovation and creation in the development of digitalization-based learning in this school. This research aims to evaluate the design of E-Learning products that use Moodle as a platform, with a focus on the product's ability to increase the effectiveness of differentiated learning at SMA ABC Bandung. This research uses a Research and Development approach with a one group pre-test post-test design. The samples for this research were students in classes X, XI, XII and several ELearning Management System operators at SMA ABC Bandung. Based on the results of the existing design analysis, it can be seen and concluded that the ELearning Management System application for SMA ABC Bandung has good effectiveness. In this way, it can be utilized effectively by all school components that use it.

Abstract

This study focuses on enhancing the selection process for software developers by integrating the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) and the Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (F-TOPSIS). The primary objective is to address the uncertainties and ambiguities in determining evaluation criteria and weights, thereby facilitating accurate decision-making when faced with multiple criteria and alternatives. Conducted within a software development company in Bandung, Indonesia, the study involved evaluating ten potential candidates for the software developer position. The methodology employed F-AHP to assess the importance of each criterion through pairwise comparisons, and F-TOPSIS to rank the candidates based on these criteria weights. The results revealed that Candidate CK-7 exhibited the highest closeness coefficient (CCi), making them the top candidate, while CK-4 ranked the lowest. This integrated approach provided a systematic and transparent framework for decision-making, demonstrating its effectiveness in optimizing recruitment processes. The study contributes to the field by offering a robust decision-making tool that can be adapted to various industries, ensuring the selection of high-quality employees who meet necessary competencies, thereby improving overall productivity and performance.

Abstract

The library information system is a computerized process for integrated data management. This research was conducted in the library located at SMAN 12 Bandung, Jl. Sekejati No. 36, Sukapura. The importance of performance measurement. The validity of implementation from the perspective of effectiveness and efficiency of web-based libraries is the main thing in the aim of managing library digitalization. This research was carried out using the Whitebox and Blackbox Testing integration method. The purpose of the research is to conduct an Information Technology Audit with the validity of measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of application functions. The research results show that the technical analysis of FlowGraph Whitebox is based on source code and flowcharts running on Cyclomatic Complexity which counts the number of nodes and edges in FlowGraph. Research implications support the assessment of the concrete validity of the method used. This can be seen from the research results that the performance of the Web-based Widyantara Library application at SMAN 12 Bandung is considered satisfactory with a good level of validity, this is proven by the test results using the white box testing method. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of the black box testing method on application functionality, the test results are said to be good with a validity percentage reaching 100%. Validity according to application design is proven by testing 10 application scenarios.
