Abstract

[id]AbstrakSistem informasi bukan hanya sekedar otomatisasi, tetapi juga dapat menjadi strategi organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya. Sistem informasi yang baik dapat menghasilkan informasi yang berkualitas. Terkadang organisasi mengembangkan sistem informasi tanpa melihat aliran informasi pada setiap bagian organisasi, yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan sistem informasi tersebut menjadi kumpulan sistem yang tidak terintegrasi baik data maupun aplikasinya. Arsitektur informasi merupakan salah satu solusi permasalahan tersebut dimana arsitektur informasi memetakan aliran informasi suatu organisasi.Salah satu metode yang biasa digunakan dalam merancang arsitektur informasi adalah Business System Planning (BSP). BSP dimulai dengan mendefinisikan tujuan bisnis organisasi, mengidentifikasi proses bisnis, mendefinisikan kelas data, dan merancang arsitektur informasi. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah arsitektur informasi untuk organisasi pendidikan dengan rekomendasi penerapan di Universitas XYZ. Arsitektur informasi yang dibuat berfungsi sebagai bahan pertimbangan kebutuhan data pada saat akan mengembangkan subsistem, juga merupakan cetak biru pada sistem informasi yang akan dikembangkan lebih lanjutKata kunci: proses bisnis, kelas data, arsitektur informasi, organisasi pendidikan[en]AbstractThe information system is not just automation, but also can be a strategy of the organization to achieve its objectives. A good information system can produce quality information. Sometimes organizations develop an information system without seeing the flow of information on each part of the organization, which ultimately led to the information system into a collection system that is not integrated both data and applications. Information architecture is one of the solutions to these problems which mapped the information architecture of an organization's information flow.One method that is commonly used in designing the information architecture is the Business System Planning (BSP). BSP begins by defining the business objectives of the organization, identifying the business processes, defining the class of data, and designing the information architecture. The end result of this research is an information architecture for educational organizations with recommendations on the application of XYZ University. Abstract

Pemerintah Kota Bandung melalui DISDAGIN (Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian) yang merupakan salah satu perangkat daerah yang bertugas sebagai pelaksana Pembinaan Perdagangan dan Perindustrian telah melaksanakan pembinaannya berupa penerapan visi pada UMKM binaanya untuk “menjadi pengusaha yang berdaya saing”. Dan DISDAGIN telah membuktikannya dengan melakukan pembinaan terhadap 6000 produk UMKM siap masuk little Bandung di beberapa negara. Hanya saja, gaung UMKM tersebut tidak se-terkenal brand-brand luar negeri yang masuk ke Indonesia, sehingga permasalahan yang muncul adalah dari segi memperkenalkan produk atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah branding. Branding bukan hanya soal merek atau nama dagang dari suatu produk, jasa, atau perusahaan tetapi lebih dari itu hingga kegiatan komunikasi yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam rangka proses membangun dan membesarkan brand dan dapat membedakan satu produk dengan produk lainnya. Guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka Disdagin Kota Bandung bekerja sama dengan Prodi Sistem Informasi melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Mada Masyarakat (PKM) terkait “Branding”. Tujuan yang akan dicapai dari program PKM ini adalah diharapkan para UMKM dapat memiliki wawasan dan kemampuan melakukan product branding, personal branding, dan corporate branding yang dapat diimplementasikan pada usahanya, sehingga diharapkan UMKM dapat mendongkrak pemasaran produknya ke jangkauan yang lebih besar lagi. Metode kegiatan yang diusulkan adalah dimulai dari survey pendahuluan dan sosialisasi, membuat materi pelatihan, pengecekan materi pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, bimbingan dan pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi.

Abstract

  As many as 33% of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Gedebage Bandung District are SMEs that produce their own products, while the rest are resellers. The products sold are of various types consisting of various products such as: food, drinks, clothes, sandals, shoes to rattan handicrafts. The outbreak of the Covid-19 disease in Indonesia resulted in many business people experiencing losses. This is also felt by SMEs who are members of the Gedebage Market community. To overcome the problems caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, a good effort is needed to be able to manage business activities so that they are able to overcome the economic crisis they are experiencing. Digital marketing is widely used by business people around the world. Digital marketing is an alternative that is suitable for SMEs. The selected business partners are reseller partners who are productive economic groups, so that community empowerment programs related to the implementation of digital marketing can run well, partners are given digital marketing training. The activities started with a preliminary survey, socialization, making digital marketing training materials, checking training materials, implementing training on making digital marketing applications, guidance, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The mandatory output achieved is the publication of digital marketing applications on electronic media

Abstract

The results of the review of the implementation of differentiated learning activities at SMA ABC Bandung which are in accordance with the vision of an independent curriculum based on a digital school as well as the diverse characteristics of students at SMA ABC Bandung support the development of a digital technology-based learning management system with the E-Learning Management System of SMA ABC Bandung which is built in 2020 in line with the LFH (Learning From Home) learning scheme. This supports innovation and creation in the development of digitalization-based learning in this school. This research aims to evaluate the design of E-Learning products that use Moodle as a platform, with a focus on the product's ability to increase the effectiveness of differentiated learning at SMA ABC Bandung. This research uses a Research and Development approach with a one group pre-test post-test design. The samples for this research were students in classes X, XI, XII and several E­Learning Management System operators at SMA ABC Bandung. Based on the results of the existing design analysis, it can be seen and concluded that the E­Learning Management System application for SMA ABC Bandung has good effectiveness. In this way, it can be utilized effectively by all school components that use it.
