Abstract

Merkuri adalah logam berat yang dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah kesehatan dan yang paling fatal dapat menyebabkan kematian terhadap makhluk hidup. Permasalahan limbah merkuri khususnya di Provinsi Aceh terjadi melalui kegiatan penambangan emas ilegal sejak 2007, yang berdampak pada matinya ribuan spesies ikan di Sungai Krueng Sabee. Pemanfaatan bakteri resisten merkuri (BRM) seperti Bacillus dalam proses bioremediasi dapat mengurangi bahaya pencemaran tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Bakteri Bacillus DA11 yang diaplikasikan pada air sungai tercemar limbah merkuri, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Bakteri Bacillus DA11 dalam bioaugmentasi limbah merkuri di Sungai Krueng Sabee, Aceh Jaya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Biologi Tanah, Program Studi Agroteknologi,Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Syiah Kuala dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap RAL-Faktorial. Terdapat dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu Bacillus DA11 (tanpa Inokulan, 10% Inokulan, dan 20% Inokulan) dan faktorlokasi pengambilan sampel air sungai tercemar merkuri (hulu, median dan hilir). Percobaan dilakukan dengan tiga ulangan sehingga terdapat 27 satuanpercobaan. Pada setiap Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) diambil sampel air sebanyak 4,5 liter dan dianalisis kadar merkuri awal di Laboratorium MIPA Kimia, Universitas Syiah Kuala, dengan metode AAS. Isolat Bacillus DA11 diperoleh dari Laboratorium Mikrobiologi dan Bioteknologi Jurusan Biologi Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS). Parameter yang diamati berupa kadar merkuri, pH air, dan suhu air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanpa pemberian Bacillus berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap penurunan kadar merkuri. Pemberian populasi bakteri 20% berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap peningkatan pH air sungai. Hilir sungai berpengaruh nyata terhadap peningkatan suhu air sungai, pada 24 jam setelah bioaugmentasi. hal ini disebabkan adanya bakteri indigen yang terdapat pada air sungai yang berfungsi mereduksi merkuri pada air sungai tersebut, sehingga dalam hal ini faktor lingkungan mempengaruhi reduksi merkuri.

Abstract

Ice Breaking is a simple activity designed to change the atmosphere in a learning environment from dull, rigid, and drowsy to one that is active, enthusiastic, and spirited. It is meant to build an engaging and vibrant learning atmosphere. This research aims to investigate the influence of Ice Breaking in rekindling the focus of 5th-grade students at Public Elementary School 004 on Pulau Payung. The research employs a qualitative approach, specifically a descriptive-qualitative study. The instrument used for this research is a questionnaire. Data collection was conducted by distributing the questionnaire directly to the elementary school students. In this research, data analysis employed a four-category Likert scale, which included "Strongly Agree (SA)," "Agree (A)," "Disagree (D)," and "Strongly Disagree (SD)." From these four categories, ten statements were devised for the participants to complete. These categories were then grouped into two responses: positive and negative. The research findings revealed that out of 16 students in the 5th grade at Public Elementary School 004 on Pulau Payung, who chose the "Agree" option in response to the impact of ice breaking on enhancing focus and learning motivation, they are considered to have responded positively. This is evident in the percentage of positive responses (Strongly Agree and Agree) at 92.5%, with a 7.5% rate for negative responses (Disagree and Strongly Disagree).

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the factors of teacher success in learning activities in inclusive schools. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach at SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru with observation and interview data collection techniques. From the results of our observations and interview, each child with special needs (ABK) has his or her own handling strategy, therefore teachers must have the skills to condition each student based on their needs. There are 5 success factors that we found at SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru, namely: (1) the teacher's ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students, (2) the teacher has good classroom management skills, (3) the teacher's attitude when they are there. inclusive school environment, (4) teachers' ability to collaborate with various related parties, such as parents, therapists, psychologists and other inclusive education experts, (5) Facilities and infrastructure.
