Abstract

Moral degladation is evidence of educational failure. Therefore, Islamic education is present as a solution. As an effort to organize quality education it is necessary to improve teacher performance. This study was conducted to determine the effect of work experience and job satisfaction on teacher performance in the Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School in Lebak-Banten. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and inferential explanations. The population in this study was 50 teachers in Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Lebak - Banten, with 50 samples using saturated samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 statistical tools. The results showed that experience and satisfaction had effect on teacher performance. This finding confirms that teacher performance does not increase by itself. But there are many efforts behind it, including experience and satisfaction

Abstract

At this time honest behavior is very difficult to implement. Cheating, violating traffic regulations, corrupt behavior, are some of the actions that occur due to the loss of the value of honesty. Lying is just normal behavior. The Pancasila Education subject is a lesson that emphasizes honest behavior. Data collection techniques include direct observation, interviews with teachers and students, documentation in the form of images, and literacy based on relevant scientific articles. The research results show that the Pancasila Education subject has succeeded in forming students' honest character. Students' honest behavior is in line with the material content in this subject, namely values and norms. All educational institutions are obliged to actively participate in implementing an attitude of honesty from an early age so that the noble values of Pancasila are not eroded by modern developments.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Virtus Vacility Services, Jakarta Selatan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan koesioner, dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi: uji asusmsi klasik, uji regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi Y = 43.758 + 0.086 X1 dengan nilai t hitung 1.468 < t tabel 1.677 dengan tingkat signifikan 0. 149 > 0.05 maka H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak, maka secara parsial kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 48.607 + 0.623 X2 dengan nilai t hitung 2.506 > t tabel 1.677 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,041 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima. Secara simultan kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi Y = 11.768 + 0.197 (X1) + 0.548 (X2), nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0.714 (sangat kuat), nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.562 yang artinya variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 56.2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43.8 % disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dengan nilai F hitung 4.128 > F tabel 3.2 dengan tingkat signifikan 0.032< 0.05 maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Aligned Cipta Bersatu either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with a comparative causal approach, namely identifying the influence of one variable on another variable. The sampling technique used was the census method or saturated sample method using a sample of 110 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The significance value of the influence of Motivation (X₁) on employee performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 t value > t table or (7,663 > 1.993). Thus, H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a partially significant influence between the influence of motivation (X₁) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Selaras CiptaSatu. The significant value for the influence of discipline (X₂) on employee performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value > t table or (5.945 > 1.993). Thus, H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a partially significant influence between the work environment (X₂) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Selaras CiptaSatu. The significance value for the influence of Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on employee employee performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of Fcount > Ftable or (35.345 > 2.730). Thus and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the influence of motivation (X₁) and discipline (X₂) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Aligned to United Creation.

Abstract

The performance of employees at PT Circleka Cakung Branch, East Jakarta, shows fluctuations that are suspected to be influenced by inconsistent work discipline levels and suboptimal physical work environment conditions.  This study aims to determine the positive and significant effect of the discipline variable on employee performance, to determine the positive and significant effect of the physical work environment variable on employee performance, and to determine the positive and significant effect of the discipline and physical work environment variables simultaneously on employee performance at PT Circleka Indonesia Utama South Jakarta Branch.  The method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample used is a saturated sampling technique consisting of 50 employees.  The research results show that: (1) partially, discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, which can be proven by the linear regression test with the regression equation Y = 10.308 + 0.369 X1, leading to a constant value of 10.308. The t-test has a calculated t-value of 1.809 and a 5% distribution table value of 1.67722 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) partially, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, which can be proven by the linear regression test with the regression equation Y = 10.308 + 0.409 X2, leading to a constant value of 10.308. The t-test has a calculated t-value of 1.807 and a 5% distribution table value of 1.67722, so the calculated t-value of 1.807 > the table value of 1.67722 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This means the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance.  (3) Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Circleka Indonesia Utama, which can be proven by the multiple linear regression equation Y= 10.308 + 0.369 X1 + 0.409 X2, a correlation value of 0.593, a coefficient of determination value of 59.3%, and an F-value of 10.308 > F-table 3.195 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. CIMB Niaga Central Jakarta. According to Andika (2019:190) "Motivation is a factor that influences human behavior, which can be called a driver, desire, support, or need. According to Siagian (2018:305) "Work discipline is the steps taken by management to encourage members organization to comply with applicable requirements", while according to Afandi (2021:83) "employee performance is the level of individual or group readiness to carry out or improve activities in accordance with their responsibilities, with results that meet expectations". Work motivation and work discipline are considered as two variables that can influence employee performance levels. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 95 employees. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 29.3% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (6.2145 > 1.986). Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 40.3% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (7.919 > 1.986). Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.040 + 0.200X1 + 0.367X2. The coefficient of determination value is 46.3% while the remaining 55.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (39.616 > 2.700).
