Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the supervisory actions of leaders consisting of variables of supervision techniques, supervision principles, supervisor's routine activities, supervision models have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on employee performance. and to find out the most dominant variable of the supervisory technique variable, namely the principle of supervision. , supervisor routine activities, supervision model on employee performance. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between the supervisory actions of the leadership on the performance of the Regional KPU employees in South Tangerang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much positive and significant influence on the environment and communication partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT. Insani Amanah BPRS. The object of this research is all employees at PT. Insani Amanah BPRS. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with the number of respondents as many as 40 employees. The validity of the data in this study used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption Test. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between the Work Environment and Communication on the Performance of Employees of PT. BPRS Amanah Insani Bekasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is a) to identify the influence of information technology on performance based on empirical studies in the last 6 years, and b) to identify the influence of motivation on performance based on empirical studies in the last 6 years. The method of searching for article sources was carried out through the GARUDA database (2017-2022) to retrieve relevant articles published in Indonesian. Keywords related to information technology and motivation towards performance were reviewed from the abstract or text of research journals before being included in the review according to the criteria. Based on the review of 6 journals over the last 6 years, the results show that the review of all 6 research journals indicates a positive and significant partial influence of information technology and motivation on performance.

Abstract

Peningkatan penggunaan layanan paylater di masyarakat memuat kekhawatiran baru terkait penerimaan layanan tersebut dari sudut pandang pengguna. Untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan layanan paylater dilakukan survei terhadap 167 orang terdiri dari generasi z dan milenial di wilayah JABODETABEK yang pernah menggunakan layanan tersebut. Pengolahan menggunakan pendekatan structural equation modeling menggunakan PLS 3.0 sebagai alat bantu analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan literasi keuangan signifikan mengurangi risiko yang dirasakan dan meningkatkan penerimaan. Kesederhanaan hidup meningkatkan risiko yang dirasakan tetapi tidak mempengaruhi penerimaan secara signifikan. Rangsangan pemasaran signifikan meningkatkan penerimaan namun tidak mengurangi risiko yang dirasakan. Risiko yang dirasakan berpengaruh negatif terhadap penerimaan. Rekomendasi mencakup edukasi keuangan, strategi pemasaran informatif, dan pendekatan personal. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mendalami faktor psikologis dan melakukan studi longitudinal

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine and analyze the Work Life Balance of the first level health facilities member (FKTP) of the Kedaung Clinic, South Tangerang, which includes important dimensions in Work Life Balance. The method used in this study ias a qualitative method. This study analyzes and describe the Work Life Balance of the FKTP Members of the Kedaung Clinic. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and dicumentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing . Based on the results of the research analysis, it is concluded that the Work Life Balance of the FKTP Clinic, Kedaung, is significant for the FKTP Member of the Kedaung Clinic can br categorized as “good”, brcause the Members show positive results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of decision-making and organizational communication on employee job satisfaction at PT Gifas Jaya Sentosa, South Tangerang. The independent variables in this research consist of decision-making (X₁) and organizational communication (X₂), while the dependent variable is job satisfaction (Y). The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 154 employees as respondents. Data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) using SPSS v.30. The results indicate that decision-making has a significant partial influence on job satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. Organizational communication also has a significant partial influence on job satisfaction, with a significance value of < 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence job satisfaction, as shown by a significance value of < 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.621 indicates that 62.1% of the variation in job satisfaction is explained by decision-making and organizational communication, while the remaining 37.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. In conclusion, employee job satisfaction at PT Gifas Jaya Sentosa can be improved through participatory decision-making and effective internal communication. Strengthening internal communication and involving employees in organizational decisions are recommended to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.
