Abstract

Tahun pertama pada masa perkuliahan merupakan masa peralihan dimana sistem pembelajaran serta lingkungan mengalami perubahan sehingga mahasiswa tahun pertama harus dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan yang terjadi. Ketika mahasiswa tidak dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan baru dalam dunia perkuliahan, dapat berpengaruh pada prestasi mahasiswa, stress pada mahasiswa, dan yang terburuk adalah keputusan mahasiswa untuk berhenti kuliah dikarenakan faktor internal ataupun eksternal yang mempengaruhi penyesuaian diri nya dalam lingkungan perkuliahan khususnya pada tahun pertama mereka. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi penyesuaian diri antara lain motivasi belajar, kepribadian dan lain-lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah  (1) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap penyesuaian diri. (2) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian terhadap penyesuaian diri. (3) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kepribadian terhadap penyesuaian diri. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data diambil dari hasil kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengunakan 4 (empat) tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, validitas item, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the supervisory actions of leaders consisting of variables of supervision techniques, supervision principles, supervisor's routine activities, supervision models have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on employee performance. and to find out the most dominant variable of the supervisory technique variable, namely the principle of supervision. , supervisor routine activities, supervision model on employee performance. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between the supervisory actions of the leadership on the performance of the Regional KPU employees in South Tangerang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence partially or jointly Transformational Leadership and Motivation on the performance of the General Election Commission employees of South Tangerang City. The object of this research is all employees in the South Tangerang Regional Election Commission. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research or explanatory research. Explanatory research is research that intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires. Sampling technique using simple saturated with the number of respondents as many as 40 employees. The validity of the data in this study used Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption Test. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between Transformational Leadership and Motivation on the performance of the Regional Election Commission employees of South Tangerang City

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much positive and significant influence on the environment and communication partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT. Insani Amanah BPRS. The object of this research is all employees at PT. Insani Amanah BPRS. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with the number of respondents as many as 40 employees. The validity of the data in this study used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption Test. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between the Work Environment and Communication on the Performance of Employees of PT. BPRS Amanah Insani Bekasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much positive and significant influence privacy and security partially or simultaneously on the performance of using mobile payment (Go-Pay). The object of this research is the students of Pamulang University Faculty of Economics and Business Management Study Program Level 1 users of mobile payment (Go-Pay). The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires. The sampling technique used slovin with a number of respondents as many as 91 users. The validity of the data in this study used Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption Test. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between privacy and security on the use of mobile payment (Go-Pay).

Abstract

The aims of this research are a). to determine the effect of education and training (DIKLAT) on performance based on a literature review study, b). to determine the design that is often used in education and training research (DIKLAT) on performance, c). to find out the instruments that are often used in education and training research (DIKLAT) on performance. The method in searching for article data sources is carried out through the GARUDA database (2016-2021) to retrieve relevant articles published in Indonesian. Key terms and phrases related to education and training (DIKLAT) on performance using Literature Review abstracts or research journal texts were reviewed before being included in the review according to the criteria. Based on 10 journals over the last 5 years reviewed, the results state that education and training (DIKLAT) has a positive and significant effect on performance, and based on 10 journals over the last 5 years reviewed, the results show that the most widely used design is survey research design. based on 10 journals during the last 5 years that were reviewed the results were the most widely used instrument was the questionnaire instrument.

Abstract

This study describes how the development of consumer behavior research on social media, the types of research and objects on buying interest and buying decisions on social media, and the determining factors that determine this. All of them are summarized through a systematic literature review of 73 journals that are used as references. In collecting journals, the researcher used the PICO approach to formulate research questions and the use of protocols in the process of inclusion and exclusion of research journals. It was found that the quantitative research approach still dominates research with that theme, the object of research on beauty and fashion, websites and e-commerce, food and beverages, and services, which are the most widely discussed themes in reference journals, while the determinant factors that determine consumer buying interest in the media are, among others, attention, interaction, and communication of members of social media, as well as ease of access. These factors also increase consumer buying interest on social media, while in purchasing decisions, informative factors, consumer social media usage behavior, and convenience are factors that influence consumer buying interest and purchasing decisions on media. social.Keywords:   Systematic Literature Review, SocialMedia, Online Buying Interest, Online Purchase Decisions, Online Consumer Behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this research is a) to identify the influence of information technology on performance based on empirical studies in the last 6 years, and b) to identify the influence of motivation on performance based on empirical studies in the last 6 years. The method of searching for article sources was carried out through the GARUDA database (2017-2022) to retrieve relevant articles published in Indonesian. Keywords related to information technology and motivation towards performance were reviewed from the abstract or text of research journals before being included in the review according to the criteria. Based on the review of 6 journals over the last 6 years, the results show that the review of all 6 research journals indicates a positive and significant partial influence of information technology and motivation on performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of incentives and competencies on employee performance at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk Depok Branch either partially or simultaneously. The population of this research is employees of PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk Depok Branch, while the sample for this research is employees of PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk Depok Branch, totaling 80 people. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The data analysis used in this research is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and F test. The results of this research are that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance with the Y regression equation. = 35.869 + 0.146X1, a correlation value of 0.270, meaning that the two variables have a low level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > from t table (2.478 > 1.991). Competence has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 31.134 + 0.257X2, a correlation value of 0.436, meaning the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > from t table (4.279 > 1.991). Incentives and Competencies simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 30.600 + 0.033X1 + 0.238X2. The coefficient of determination value is 38.1% while the remaining 61.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table (9.199 > 2.723).
