Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan polis asuransi di Kota Bengkulu. Pengelolaan data penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 23.0. adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dimana pendapatan, jumlah anak, dan tingkat pendidikan sebagai variabel bebas dan permintaan asuransi pendidikan sebagai variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai R square (R2) sebesar 0,772 atau 77,2%. Variabel pendapatan, jumlah anak, dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan polis asuransi pendidikan di Kota Bengkulu, dengan hasil yang diperoleh dari variabel pendapatan thitung = 6,891 dan sig = 0,000 < 5%. Variabel jumlah anak diperoleh nilai thitung = 4,132 dan sig = 0,000 < 5%. Variabel pendapatan dengan hasil diperoleh thitung = 2,067 dan sig = 0,042 < 5%. Dari hasil regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y= -1272212.591 + 0,466 X1 + 295610,006 X2 + 168004,820 X3.Kata Kunci : Pendapatan1,Jumlah Anak 2, Tingkat Pendidikan3, dan Permintaan Asuransi4

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the number of poor people in the Sumatra region. The data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency in the 2013-2023 period. The dependent variable is the number of poor people in the current year, the independent variables are the previous year's Gross Regional Domestic Product, the previous year's economic growth, the previous year's poverty trap, and the previous year's capital expenditure. The data analysis method applied is panel data regression analysis with a fixed effect model. The research results show that Gross Regional Domestic Product and economic growth have a negative and significant effect, while the poverty trap and capital expenditure have a positive and significant effect on the number of poor people on the island of Sumatra.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Expenses, Operating Income (BOPO), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return On Assets at State-Owned Association Banks (HIMBARA) in Indonesia. This type of research uses secondary data based on 2010-2022 panel data. Data were analyzed using panel data regression using the Eviews analysis tool. The research results show that Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Operational Income (BOPO) has a significant effect on Return On Assets. Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no effect on Return On Assets. Meanwhile, Non-Performing Loans (NPL) do not have a significant effect on Return On Assets at Bank Himbara in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Domestic Investment, Foreign Investment, inflation and economic growth on the unemployment rate in the Indonesia on 1990 – 2022. This type of research is an quantiatif research, where the analytical tool used is time series data regression analysis which is processed using Stata software. The results of this study found that the variables of Domestic Investment, Foreign Investment, and economic growth had a negative and significant effect on the open unemployment rate in the Indonesia. Meanwhile the variable of inflation had no effect on the unemployment rate in the Indonesia, because in Indonesia was heavy inflation and there outlier data because of a monetary crisis in 1998 and was caused by cost push.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of regional elections before and during regional elections by incumbents and non-incumbents. Variables observed include spending on the function of education, health, economy and social protection. This study compares the budget expenditure function before the election and at the time of the election which was attended by incumbent and non-incumbent regional heads. The comparison is done by comparing the average proportion of shopping before and at the time of the election using the paired sample t-test. The results showed that there were differences in the allocation of expenditures for the education function, expenditures on health functions, expenditures on economic functions, and expenditures on social protection functions between the period before and during the election.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the participatory development planning process for the emergence of programs or activities in Pekik Nyaring village, Pondok Kelapa district, Central Bengkulu regency in the implementation of the Village Law. To see this participatory development planning process, qualitative research tools are used. The results show that the participatory development planning process in Pekik Nyaring village, Pondok Kelapa district, Central Bengkulu regency has been running in accordance with the mandate of the Constitution, both from the socialization, deliberation, and participation stages. However, due to the weak understanding of the Constitution and the capabilities of village heads, village officials, and the community, the results of the participatory planning process are still not optimal. So that the results in the form of a draft RPJMDes for Pekik Nyaring village are still not in accordance with the spirit of the Constitution.

Abstract

This activities aims to help empower the community’s economy duting pandemic covid-19 in Pagar Batu Village, Seginim District, South Bengkulu. The potential resources in this village are abundant sweet potato plants, but the processing is still simple and the marketing process is not too extensive, causing the selling price of sweet potatoes to be not too high. The method used in this activities consists og three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation of activities. This activities was carried out on July 26th until August 8th 2021 which was attended by ten women and young women. The acticities of processing sweet potatoes into purple sweey potato sticks got a good response by the community. Many people are motivated to implement this product as a business opportunity to increasing their income from selling the product during pandemic.

Abstract

Employment is one of the main instruments of a country in providing social welfare. Society's perception of job often get comparisons between rights and gender. Various factors that cause society to judge employment have certain limitations and assessments. This study to analyzes the comparison of public stereotypes of employment in the three largest Muslim countries in Southeast Asia. This study uses world value survey data batch 7 (2017-2022) with ordered logit analysis. The results shows that Public perception of the primacy of men's rights in getting a job, public perception of the preference of local residents over foreigners in job giving, and public perception of the negative effects of women's emancipation at working are still relative high influenced by individual religiousity level, the role of social capital, democratic level in that country, and variable of demographic.
