Abstract

The learning pattern is the form used by educators in delivering learning materials and dynamizing the teaching and learning process. Before the outbreak that hit the world, namely the Covid-19, learning patterns in educational institutions were direct, namely the learning and teaching process took place in the classroom where students developed knowledge, thinking skills and psychomotor skills through direct interaction with learning resources designed in the syllabus. and lesson plans in the form of learning activities. However, during the pandemic, the world of education is required to apply indirect learning patterns to prevent crowds that make it easier to contract the disease. There are several patterns that are applied in the learning process, including online, offline, blended methods, home visits and others. The application of some of these patterns in Islamic Religious Education learning is adjusted to the design that has been prepared by the teacher by maximizing the transfer of knowledge and inculcating educational values.

Abstract

Every teacher is required to be creative and innovative, so that learning is more meaningful and students do not feel bored, especially during a pandemic like today. The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge to the teacher of RA As-Sabrowi Suren Ledokombo Jember about the use of waste recycling into creative, innovative and simple learning media. The method used is based on Asset Basic Community Development (ABCD). The steps for this method are as follows: 1) Define; Determine the aspects that will be the benchmark for the assisted process, 2) Discovery; In-depth discovery, in this case empowerment carries out an in-depth search process such as finding and detecting 5 assets owned by the community in RA As-Sabrowi, 3) Dreams; is a step in order to achieve the goals or desires that will be achieved during the assistance, 4) Design; this process has entered the stage of the strategy to be used, 5) Deliver; implement and evaluate all aspects of the lack of waste recycling utilization into creative, innovative and simple learning media. The results that have been carried out in the field are: a) The development of the quality of human resources for RA As-Sabrowi teachers is running effectively or in accordance with the goals that have been set. The teachers of RA As-Sabrowi already know, understand and are proficient in utilizing waste recycling as an effective, innovative and simple learning medium; b) Learning media and learning resources are getting more and more varied at RA As-Sabrowi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the concrete form of Arabic speaking skills learning with the perspective of constructivism theory at Institut Agama Islam Al-Qodiri Jember (IAI Al-Qodiri Jember), how the class setting, the learning process, and the products produced by students after learning. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews. The data analysis used in this research is Miles and Huberman's data analysis theory, which includes: data collection, data simplification, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study concluded that: first, the class setting in Arabic speaking skills learning with the perspective of constructivism theory by the way the lecturer arranges the chairs in the class into groups. So, students can interact actively by practicing Arabic communication. Second, the process of learning Arabic speaking skill with a constructivist approach consists of three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation, all of which focus on constructivist learning by paying attention to the principles contained therein. Third, the product produced by students in this lecture is a language conversation video as a concrete form of the construct results of students' thoughts about the Arabic conversation concepts they make. The process of learning Arabic speaking skills through the methods above can make students master 21st-century skills including creative thinking, communication, and collaboration.
