Abstract

Mastering digital technology, particularly the ability to use Microsoft Word software, is a highly important skill for students in this digital era (Hasibuan, 2024). Therefore, Microsoft Word training at SMA Islamiyah Weru Lor is considered essential to enhance students' proficiency in using this software. The training program is carried out in several stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. During the preparation stage, training needs were identified and relevant materials were developed. The training was conducted in person with an approach that combines theory and practice, where students were taught how to use various Microsoft Word features, including mail merge. To evaluate the training results, questionnaires were distributed to students to assess the improvement in their skills after the training. The evaluation results showed that the average score obtained by students in the questionnaires was 3.77 out of 5, which falls into the "good" category.

Abstract

Percetakan Digital adalah salah satu cara dalam mencetak gambar berbentuk digital, yang biasanya berbentuk berkas, dan nantinya dapat dicetak ke dalam bentuk berbagai media dengan mudah dan cepat. Dalam setiap perusahaan penyedia jasa membutuhkan SPK (Surat Perintah Kerja) untuk menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara pelanggan dan perusahaan/penyedia jasa, tidak lain dengan percetakan digital yang sehubungannya berjalan di bidang penyedia jasa. Semakin banyaknya pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa semakin banyak SPK yang dibuat dan akan semakin rumit untuk mengelola surat-surat tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mempermudah perusahaan dalam mengelola SPK dan mempermudah dalam pemberian laporan juga pencarian pesanan para pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian yaitu menggunakan metode waterfall, di mana tahapan dalam metode waterfall lebih mudah diterapkan dan peneliti berpikir cocok untuk diterapkan dalam website aplikasi ini. Diharapakan setelah website ini dikembangkan, semoga dapat mempermudah bagi perusahaan percetakan digital dalam mengelola SPK yang biasanya berbentuk kertas dan menumpuk sehingga sulit dalam pencariannya.

Abstract

Seminar tentang keamanan siber yang berfokus pada pengenalan skema penipuan di platform Google Maps adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan publik tentang ancaman keamanan siber yang semakin berkembang. Kekhawatiran mengenai proliferasi skema penipuan yang memanfaatkan Google Maps sering kali melibatkan manipulasi informasi lokasi atau bisnis, yang dapat menyesatkan pengguna ke tempat atau layanan yang tidak sah. Dalam seminar ini, kami membahas jenis-jenis penipuan yang umum, cara kerjanya, dan langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil untuk menghindarinya. Selain itu, kami menyediakan panduan praktis untuk melaporkan dan menangani insiden penipuan. Seminar ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan peserta dengan pengetahuan yang diperlukan untuk melindungi diri dari risiko penipuan online terkait dengan Google Maps dan meningkatkan literasi di bidang keamanan siber. Dengan memahami taktik yang digunakan oleh penipu, peserta akan lebih siap untuk mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan aktivitas mencurigakan, sehingga berkontribusi pada lingkungan online yang lebih aman. Tujuan kami adalah menciptakan komunitas pengguna yang terinformasi yang dapat menavigasi lanskap digital dengan percaya diri dan aman.

Abstract

The Microsoft Office application plays a crucial role in today's digital era, utilized by various groups ranging from primary school children to university students and professionals. Its usage is increasingly popular across different sectors, including offices and the education sector. As a result, training activities are carried out within the context of community service through the Thematic Community Service Program (KKN Tematik) of Politeknik LP3I Cirebon Campus. The purpose of this training is to enhance the knowledge and understanding of primary school students, particularly in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. This training takes place at SD Negeri 1 Kecomberan. The outcomes of this training demonstrate that participants are enthusiastic and capable of answering post-test questions related to basic Microsoft Word knowledge effectively. The method employed involves providing guidance to students to directly practice the conveyed material. In conclusion, this training provides significant benefits to primary school students in enhancing their knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Word.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat berjudul "Pendampingan Pembelajaran Microsoft Office di SMK Salafiyah Plumbon, Cirebon" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan keterampilan dalam bidang komputer untuk siswa-siswi di SMK Salafiyah Plumbon. Inisiatif ini mengadopsi pendekatan yang interaktif dan praktis untuk memberdayakan siswa dengan kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office Word dan Excel. Hasil dari proyek ini mencakup peningkatan literasi komputer, peningkatan daya saing kerja, dan fondasi yang lebih kuat untuk kesuksesan akademis dan profesional siswa. Keberhasilan kolaborasi antara universitas dan sekolah menengah kejuruan ini menekankan pentingnya inisiatif berbagi pengetahuan dalam meningkatkan pendidikan, terutama di era digital. Pengabdian ini mencerminkan pentingnya kerja sama dalam memajukan kompetensi digital dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk dunia kerja modern.

Abstract

This outreach and research initiative discusses the implementation of an interactive seminar on digital literacy at Politeknik LP3I Kampus Cirebon, focusing primarily on online fraud, hoaxes, and cyber attacks. The seminar was conducted using a hybrid approach, combining face-to-face sessions and online platforms via Google Meet to facilitate participation without geographical limitations. The seminar was divided into two main sessions: the first on online fraud, and the second session discussing hoaxes; their general understanding, characteristics, and tools for identifying and avoiding fake news. Each session was interactive, allowing participants to directly engage with speakers and practice using the tools provided. From the survey results distributed to participants, it was found that the satisfaction rating for the seminar's quality was 4.89 out of a maximum of 5. Additionally, 95% of participants reported an increase in understanding and confidence in digital literacy, particularly in dealing with online fraud, hoaxes, and other cyber threats. This demonstrates the effectiveness of an interactive approach and focusing on current issues like cybersecurity in enhancing awareness and readiness among campus employees.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a logo for the SME "Warung Ibu Vivi" located in Weru Lor as part of an effort to enhance its visual identity and competitiveness. In today's globalized era, having a strong and appealing visual identity is essential for any business, including SMEs, to attract consumer attention and distinguish itself from competitors. The methods used in this service project include needs analysis, logo creation, finalization, and implementation. The design process involves active participation from the business owner to ensure that the logo aligns with the vision and values of "Warung Ibu Vivi". The final output of this project is a logo that effectively represents the SME's identity and a banner that incorporates the new logo. The new logo and banner are expected to improve brand awareness and increase the appeal of "Warung Ibu Vivi" to potential customers, thereby contributing to increased sales and business growth.

Abstract

This study discusses an analysis of the covering process for briguna credit life insurance products carried out by PT. BRI Life Insurance. This study aims to understand in depth the covering process carried out by these companies in providing life insurance products related to Briguna. The methodology used in this research is direct observation at PT. BRI Life Insurance, interviews with related staff, and documentation studies. The data obtained was analyzed using a descriptive approach to identify and understand the steps involved in the process of covering BRIGUNA life insurance products. The results showed that the process of covering BRIGUNA life insurance products at PT. BRI Life insurance involves several stages. Each stage in lending must be carried out sequentially starting from credit application, credit analysis and decision, to the final stage, namely credit realization and documentation. Abstract

In the midst of increasingly tight business competition, with numerous imitations of business ideas and solutions, competitive advantage alone is not sufficient to maintain customer loyalty. Considering the importance of maintaining customer loyalty, this study aims to analyze the relationship between positive valence WOM (PVWOM) and customer loyalty, with mediating factors such as trust, value co-creation, and brand image. This research is expected to contribute to theoretical understanding of the variables under study and provide managerial implications to organizations in various industry sectors. It is also hoped to strengthen our understanding of PVWOM in social media, assist marketers in gaining insights into the factors influencing the relationship between PVWOM and customers on social media, and aid them in designing digital marketing strategies. This research involves 4 schools in Kabupaten Bekasi with a total of 210 respondents over three months. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS. The results show a positive relationship between PVWOM and customer loyalty, with trust, value co-creation, and brand image partially mediating this relationship. Additionally, the research findings support a serial mediation model where PVWOM influences loyalty through trust and value co-creation sequentially. Managerial implications applicable to the education sector include the notion that a good level of positive valence WOM will enhance proactive attitudes in teaching and learning activities, as well as foster collaborative knowledge creation. Current conditions urge educational institutions to innovate information and communication technology in every teaching and learning activity. Positive valence WOM can be enhanced through social networks interacting to obtain innovative ideas and insights from their customers. If educational institution customers can actively participate in decision-making, then positive valence WOM can be leveraged to impact management within educational institutions.
