Abstract

The covid 19 pandemic outbreak continues to occur in various parts of the world including our country so that we immediately conduct a period of adaptation of new habits on all fronts, including the field of PAUD education, so that learning is all done at home. Learning From Home is carried out by parents, but curriculum, planning and assessment are still provided from the school. The purpose of the training is to know the steps that are used as guidelines in Learning From Home for teachers in the event of a pandemic, provide enlightenment and how to apply this method of devotion participatory approach with oriented teacher participation. The first step of the research is to analyze the situation, identification, objectives, problem solving plan, approach, implementation of training and evaluation. As a result of E-Learning From Home, teachers get new insights and enlightenment, teacher skills increase, media in demand in the form of quota-efficient applications, easy to use, accessible on mobile phones, and do not require a large memory.  This devotion will be followed up with the dedication of simple animation making in defense for early childhood

Abstract

Concern for the environment can be explored from an early age. Based on ecology, learning can be an exciting new innovation, in accordance with the character of the child and gives students freedom of learning. Child-centered learning activities, facilitated by the teacher make learning meaningful for students. Through ecological activities, children come into contact with nature, increasing their concern for the environment and the natural environment. Invite him to wisely manage the natural environment as their best friend, and as a source of varied learning materials. Towards the concept of a green school, an PAUD institution includes ecological activities in extracurricular activities aimed at providing opportunities for children to explore their curiosity. One of the problems is because of the limited time a child has at playtime so extra time is needed to get to know the ecology of their environment. Extracurricular role in developing social behavior, personality, talents and abilities, outside ordinary school hours. The study was conducted at the CERAH Eco School institution with descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques in interviews, direct observation and documentation, then triangulation of data for wetness was carried out. The results of the study found that children were very enthusiastic about outdoor activities. Learning becomes more meaningful, enjoyable, and their energy is channeled. This causes the level of concentration when learning increases, social behavior and care for the environment higher.Kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dapat digali sejak usia dini. Berbasiskan ekologi, pembelajaran bisa menjadi sebuah inovasi baru yang menarik, sesuai karakter anak dan memberikan kebebasan belajar pada anak didik. Kegiatan pembelajaran berpusat pada anak, difasilitasi oleh guru menjadikan pembelajaran bermakna bagi anak didik. Melalui kegiatan ekologi, anak-anak bersentuhan dengan alam, meningkatkan kepeduliannya pada lingkungan dan alam sekitar. Mengajaknya untuk bijak mengelola lingkungan alam sebagai sahabat mereka, dan sebagai sumber bahan belajar yang bervariatif. Menuju konsep sekolah hijau, sebuah lembaga PAUD memasukkan  kegiatan ekologi dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bertujuan memberikan kesempatan pada anak-anak untuk mengeksplorasi keingintahuannya. Salah satu permasalahannya karena terbatasnya waktu anak pada jam bermain sehingga diperlukan waktu tambahan untuk mengenal ekologi lingkungannya. Ekstrakurikuler berperan dalam mengembangkan perilaku sosial, kepribadian, bakat dan kemampuannya, diluar jam sekolah biasa. Penelitian dilakukan di lembaga PAUD CERAH Eco School dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara wawancara, observasi  langsung dan dokumentasi, lalu dilakukan triangulasi data untuk kebasahan. Hasil dari penelitian didapat bahwa anak-anak  ternyata sangat antusias dengan kegiatan di alam terbuka. Pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna, menyenangkan, dan energi mereka tersalurkan. Hal ini menyebabkan tingkat konsentrasi saat belajar meningkat, perilaku sosial dan kepedulian pada lingkungan semakin tinggi.
