Abstract

Smart City Mobile Apps is currently being developed by property developers in major cities in Indonesia and is used by businesses to market their products through the application. Technology integration in city governance is possible, thanks to the internet of things, a network of electronic devices interconnected and capable of sending data or following up with minimal human intervention. This study aims to identify the characteristics of Smart City Mobile Apps users in the South Tangerang area. The method used to see how well the implementation of digital marketing in Smart City Mobile Apps combines the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) models. Questionnaire data were processed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The study results state that the company's digital marketing strategy through Smart City Mobile Apps is already satisfying. It can be seen from the value of adoption of Smart City Mobile Apps users in utilizing this application, which is considerably large at 0.764 based on the coefficient of determination. The attitude variable influences consumers to use the application in finding trade information in the Smart City, with an influence value of 0.412 and the behavior intention to use with an influence value of 0.726, which shows that the intended behavior of the application and the trust in the benefits of the application can encourage users to use this application for purchasing their daily needs.

Abstract

Current technological developments allow online sellers to request pick-ups via mobile apps. During the COVID-19 outbreak and with the stay-at-home orders, a survey in Indonesia showed that online transactions are increased, which led to the rise of pick-up and delivery activities. However, the pick-up order cancellation possibly happens, bad reviews appear, and apps abandonment can not be avoided. The purpose of this study is to examine user acceptance of the pick-up apps and observe its correlation with the COVID-19 stay-at-home orders using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT) model with subjective norm to stay at home from the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) model as an additional variable. The sample was obtained from 205 users of one of the pick-up apps in Indonesia through a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. The results showed that the stay-at-home order due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic affects customers’ intention to use pick-up apps and performance expectancy and social influence. Then, the non-linear UTAUT variables influence each other, which is the effect of effort expectancy and social influence on performance expectancy. Finally, the main factor influencing the use behavior of pick-up apps is behavioral intention. This study can contribute to IS research on technology acceptance and provides an overview of customer behavior using the pick-up apps from a pick-up service provider viewpoint.

Abstract

This paper was prepared to analyze the scientific trends of research on Agile IT Governance through bibliometric studies in the Scopus and Google Scholar databases. From the search results using Publish or Perish in 2016 to 2021, samples were obtained consisting of 132 documents in the Scopus database and 962 documents in the Google Scholar database. The results of querying five years of data showed that scientific publications on Agile IT Governance had increased significantly since 2016. Based on the Scopus database, researchers from Germany contributed the most documents on Agile IT Governance. Still, the number of citations was dominated by the UK for research on this topic. Then, the visualization of research trends on Agile IT Governance also resulted in four clusters of co-occurrence from Scopus and Google Scholar, which lead into some topic areas mentioned in the result; 1) Agile IT Governance management in the world, 2) Agile IT Governance in relating to digital innovation and digital transformation, 3) Agile IT Governance in implementing technological and environmental innovations, and 4) Agile IT Governance in relating to its effect and benefit to society. The findings in this study will undoubtedly help related researchers recognize trends in Agile IT Governance research globally and recommend directions for further research in the future. Abstract

This research will analyze the influence of the quality of sales IndiHome information system (SIIS) on individual performance. In this research, the SIIS dashboard quality aims to accommodate them using a model that meets the updated Delone and McLean model. Individual productivity is measured through the Net Individual Benefit variable. It measures the impacts obtained after using the SIIS dashboard on work success. Indihome is Telkom Indonesia broadband retail brand. In this business, the service must be installed for each house. The challenges are to provide the best service to customers, manage the chain of resources in a series of infrastructures for providing broadband services, and maintain business performance to be sustainable. Telkom Indonesia has developed a geospatial-based Sales Information System by utilizing geospatial and spatial analytics, so the data can be viewed comprehensively in one map. The interpretation of the SIIS dashboard shows that the success rate is at a high level for the six variables (system quality, user quality, information quality, information use, user satisfaction, and net individual benefit). There is also a significant effect in increasing the work productivity of SIIS dashboard users as indicated by the correlation measure between SIIS dashboard success and net individual benefits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the elements that affect user satisfaction and the effectiveness of the implementation of the ERP system at PT Indofarma Global Medika as well as the elements that require improvement in order to boost the effectiveness of the ERP applications at PT Indofarma Global Medika. Information Quality, System Quality, and Service Quality are used as independent variables in this research. Use, user satisfaction, and net benefits are the dependent variables. The study's sample consists of actual users who are employed by PT Indofarma Global Medika in the departments of sales, purchasing, warehouse management, and financial accounting. The sample was taken using the purposive sampling technique. One hundred surveys were given directly to users who were actively collecting data using the questionnaire method. With statistical test hypothesis testing, the statistical approach employs multiple linear regression analysis. The validity test results demonstrate that the Cronbach's Alpha value is more than 0,7 indicating that the variable is legitimate for further testing. The p-values test findings reveal that system quality, information quality, service quality, and user happiness all significantly influence net benefits, whereas use has a less significant impact

Abstract

Instagram has been the place to exchange information for years. Now businesses can work with influencers to influence their followers to try their endorsement products by using eWOM referral. Every post that talks about a product/service is called eWOM, whether it is out of free will or paid, and a referral means to refer someone else to purchase something. This research will examine factors that can significantly influence purchase intention. A questionnaire will be given to determine the tendencies and calculate using SEM-PLS. The result shows that purchase intention is significantly influenced by information quality and eWOM referral.

Abstract

Software testing is a crucial stage in the software development cycle, and it can be divided into two main categories: manual testing and automated software testing. Automated testing can be further divided into Uni, Integration, and UI testing. This paper analyzes the scenario testing process and evaluation results using the Katalon Studio automation testing tool. The data taken from the manual test is a test case from the user acceptance test (UAT) document, while the automatic test data uses the Katalon studio tool. Then, the results of manual testing and automated testing will be compared. As a result of testing, automatic testing of the Harmonie application was successfully carried out. The data shows that automated testing with Katalon tools is 31.90% faster than manual testing. This study highlights the benefits of using automated testing for software development.
