Abstract

Waiting is a waste that is common in outpatient services, especially at Regional General Hospitals, thus reducing the quality of service. The results of the 2018 and 2019 service studies at Rasidin Hospital, the waiting time for outpatient services was 239 and 122 minutes (standard ≤60 minutes). The queuing process started at night and the queue was overflowing in the morning which resulted in late medical record processing, less seating, and low patient satisfaction. The purpose of this service is to design a queue for outpatient services based on Lean Management. The service was carried out in February-July 2020. Lean Management reduces waste on everything involved in the service process, namely Supply, Input, Process, Output and Customer (SIPOC). The service target is the management, head of installation, registration officer, medical record, doctor and nurse and patient. Approaches in the form of surveys, brainstorming, trainning and FGDs for model building. The resulting model is written in a mobile-based application to facilitate queuing patients. The resulting model is an application for booking registration and consultation. Applications can be downloaded on the Googleplay Store. It takes 1 operator to run the application. This application is expected to decipher long queues, provide certainty of time and increase patient satisfaction. It takes commitment and discipline from all parties to carry out services that are on time as promised so that they run on target.

Abstract

The school is an educational institution that runs with tuition fees used by its students. During the Covid 19 pandemic which limits human mobility, this does not affect the obligation to pay tuition fees by students, in a payment information system that is able to overcome this problem, it is urgently needed. An Android-based Payment Information System with a midtrans payment gateway is the solution to this problem. This information system provides payment applications for education without direct meetings between the parents of students and the school. This application has two levels of users, namely admin user and student user. The admin user has the responsibility to manage the application as a whole, including more new students, more billing for each student, payment reports made by students on the system. Users are given access rights to view billing that must be started, view transactions that have been made and make changes to personal data if an error occurs in data input. This application is expected to be a solution for educational institutions in overcoming problems that are now commonly found and able to open people's minds in the process of digitizing life. Abstract

Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) menjadi primadona bagi masyarakat untuk memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan. Puskesmas pada suatu kedaan dan waktu tertentu dapat dikunjungi oleh pasien yang datang secara massal dalam waktu bersamaan, menyebabkan aktivitas pelayanan kesehatan menjadi terhambat, terganggu dan kurang optimal. Akibatnya pasien tidak mendapatkan pelayanan secara menyeluruh, bahkan ada pasien yang menunggu terlalu lama dalam antrian. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut perlu dilakukan simulasi untuk memprediksi jumlah kunjungan mungkin terjadi dimasa mendatang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Monte Carlo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi kepada pihak Puskesmas tentang prediksi jumlah kunjungan pasien yang kemunkinan terjadi dimasa akan datang. Data yang digunakan adalah data jumlah kunjungan pasien tahun 2016, 2017 dan 2018 pada Pusekesmas Air haji. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prediksi jumlah kunjungan pasien masa akan datang dengan tingkat akurasi rata-rata 91% dan 71 %. Sehingga, informasi ini bisa menjadi rujukan bagi pihak Puskesmas mengambil tindakan dan kebijakan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Abstract The preparation of a lesson schedule is a routine that is carried out by every educational institution, both official and unofficial. The block system is a scheduling system that aims to support learning achievement by using a complete learning method with a long duration every day. Permata Harapan SMK currently implements the block system as its scheduling system. The purpose of this research is to design a scheduling information system based on the block system at SMK Permata Harapan. the waterfall method was chosen as a method of developing the system. This method is a software development method that is systematic and sequential, the waterfall method is chosen as a system development method. This method is a software development method that is systematic and sequential. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and literature study. The programming language implemented is PHP with the CodeIgniter framework accompanied by MYSQL as the data center. The implementation of the scheduling information system design at SMK Permata Harapan can simplify and provide benefits for the scheduling process and the smoothness of the teaching and learning process at SMK Permata Harapan.
