Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the block system implementation in Permata Harapan Vocational High School based on (1) understanding and apply the block system conducted by teaching staff, (2) understanding of block system implementation by students, (3) availability of facilities and infrastructure at Permata Harapan Vocational High School to support good student competence. This research was a descriptive study. Data was collected by using a questionnaire method based on the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product). The subjects of this study were 50 students in grade X and XI Permata Harapan School and several officials high school. The description of the data carried out by considering the frequency distribution and determining the Level of Respondent Achievement (TPR) in each component and indicator which compared with the criteria. The results showed that the scores were based on an understanding of the implementation of the block system using the CIPP evaluation method which included in moderate category and reached 68.65% percent, with details of each aspect: (1) the context aspect was 81.94%, (2) 63.89% of input aspects, (3) 67.70% of process aspects, (4) 71.52% of product aspects. Based on the discussion results of observation and documentation, the average achievement of all aspects was 82.47%. So, the implementation of the block system at SMK Permata Harapan has been in good classification but it still needs improvement in various aspects so that the goal of implementing the block system can be achieved perfectly.

Abstract

Chanduang’s Religious affairs office (KUA) is an institutionthat provide the service of marriage, reconciliations, and marriage’s consultations for Canduang’s sub district residents. In order to help Religious affairs office in registrations and data processing, an information system is needed to help this registration process can be done everywhere and without attending to the office. Moreover, for wide society, an application to show the information of Marriage’s status is also needed to avoid deception the status of Marriage.An Information System about marriage and marriage status  is designed in web-based with involve language programming HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,Jquery and PHP5 with object oriented-based.  Meanwhile, the data base used is SQL. The design of the system also involves Use Case, Activity Diagram, Context Diagram, Flowchart, Class Diagram, Normalizes and ERD. This system also use the otherwise called in addressing with apply htaccess in the real file address as one of security System.This system information involves three users; Admin, officers andalso bridegrooms. The three levels of users are registered with private account to sign in to the system which has each username and password with MD5 encryption.  The main page of the systemwill show the information of Marriages’registrant and marriage schedule on Chanduang’s Religious affairs office. This system will help the KUA’s officer and also residents in applying marriage datas and show someone’s Marriage status. Key words: Information system, Marriage, Reconciliation, Web Programming

Abstract

The role of management is very important in moving the organization, where through the management process is expected to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Effective means indicating that the objectives can be achieved in accordance with the planning, while efficient means that the tasks at hand are carried out correctly, organized and on schedule. It shows students need role of management that the result of this dedication activities are students unserstand the basic concepts of management in an organization to students majoring in accounting at SMK Permata Harapan, especially class XII. Therefore, our dedication brings goals to carry out activities to educate on the basics management organizations for their softskill knowledge of basic management concepts which is useful as a provision in finding a job. The method of this dedication activities use the method starting from the review, preparation, implementation of activities, evaluation and publication. The results of this dedication activities are students understand the basic concepts of management, improve their knowledge and resources in management and achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

The problem that is the main focus of this research is the lack of interesting interactive multimedia-based educational information media as a provider of information about venomous animals. This information should also be a concern because these venomous animals are very dangerous, especially for children who still lack information about this. The aim of this research is to become a source of educative information to the public, especially children, about venomous animals as attractive as possible and easy to use. Interactive multimedia is one solution to this problem. The Multimedia Development Life Cycle method is used as a guide in building interactive multimedia with the stages of Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. From the results of testing in alpha testing all the features in this interactive multimedia can run well. With the results of beta testing on 30 respondents, they get a rating of 4.54 out of 5, so this interactive multimedia is very good and suitable for use as an educative information medium about venomous animals.

Abstract

The school is an educational institution that runs with tuition fees used by its students. During the Covid 19 pandemic which limits human mobility, this does not affect the obligation to pay tuition fees by students, in a payment information system that is able to overcome this problem, it is urgently needed. An Android-based Payment Information System with a midtrans payment gateway is the solution to this problem. This information system provides payment applications for education without direct meetings between the parents of students and the school. This application has two levels of users, namely admin user and student user. The admin user has the responsibility to manage the application as a whole, including more new students, more billing for each student, payment reports made by students on the system. Users are given access rights to view billing that must be started, view transactions that have been made and make changes to personal data if an error occurs in data input. This application is expected to be a solution for educational institutions in overcoming problems that are now commonly found and able to open people's minds in the process of digitizing life. Abstract

Abstract The preparation of a lesson schedule is a routine that is carried out by every educational institution, both official and unofficial. The block system is a scheduling system that aims to support learning achievement by using a complete learning method with a long duration every day. Permata Harapan SMK currently implements the block system as its scheduling system. The purpose of this research is to design a scheduling information system based on the block system at SMK Permata Harapan. the waterfall method was chosen as a method of developing the system. This method is a software development method that is systematic and sequential, the waterfall method is chosen as a system development method. This method is a software development method that is systematic and sequential. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and literature study. The programming language implemented is PHP with the CodeIgniter framework accompanied by MYSQL as the data center. The implementation of the scheduling information system design at SMK Permata Harapan can simplify and provide benefits for the scheduling process and the smoothness of the teaching and learning process at SMK Permata Harapan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan e-learning pada SMK Permata Harapan dari segi konteks, masukan, proses dan hasil yang didapatkan dari penerapan penggunaan e-learning tersebut. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah CIPP dengan metode mix method yang mengkombinasikan dua metode menjadi satu yaitu metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara beruntun agar hasil penelitian ini bisa lebih baik dan bisa dimaknai dengan baik. Penelitian pada SMK Permata Harapan menunjukkan hasil perolehan yang didasarkan pada evaluasi menggunakanmetode evaluasi CIPP terhadap 36 siswa kelas XI SMK Permata Harapan yang termasuk dalam kategori baik dan mencapai persentase 85,90%, dimana rincian setiap aspek dapat kita lihat sebagai berikut: dimulai dari aspek konteks dengan capaian 85,76%, aspek input 88,24%, aspek proses 84,32% dan aspek produk 85,32% dimana hasil ini diperdalam dengan hasil penelitian kualitatif yang sejalan. Hal ini membuaktikan bahwa penggunaan e-learning pada SMK Permata Harapan sudah tergolong baik walaupun masih ada beberapa hal yang harus ditambahkan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik kedepannya. Kata kunci: Evaluasi, CIPP, SMK,mix method.

Abstract

Perubahan kebiasaan manusia setelah melewati pandemic Covid 19 mulai terlihat dengan jelas, dimana semua pembiasaan teknologi dan digitalisasi yang terjadi dimasa Covid 19 sudah menjadi kebutuhan manusia. Banyak orang mulai faham pentingnya mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. SMK Permata Harapan merupakan bagian dari komponen yang merasa nyaman dengan digitalisasi dan membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi digital yang mendukung banyak kegiatan pada sekolah ini, salah satunya adalah e voting yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan pemilihan ketua OSIS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi yang memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut dengan metode Research and Development yang berupa penelitian yang menghasilkan sebuah produk. Dalam pengembangan sistem Informasi ini digunakan model pengembangan waterfall dengan lima tahapan yang berurutannya dirasa mampu untuk merancang sistem informasi yang baik dan memiliki nilai guna yang tinggi. Model waterfall ini merupakan metode yang setiap langkahnya harus dilakukan berurut sesuai dengan urutannya dan tidak boleh jalan secara bersamaan. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan CodeIgniter 4 dan basis data yang digunakan adalah MYSQL. Sistem informasi yang telah dirancang dan diimplementasikan berpotensi untuk digunakan oleh SMK Permata Harapan, sebab sistem yang dirancang telah sesuai dengan alur dan tujuan dari SMK Permata Harapan. Sistem yang dirancang juga memiliki potensi pengembangan yang baik kedepannya
